Spring Park Airport Parking

Fantastic experience. Will choose them again now that I know about them!



We dropped off our vehicle and they had a van within 2 minutes to take us to the airport (with lots of bags). I had incorrectly chosen our end date so the representative at the site asked me about it and then corrected it for me. On our return, called once we had our bags, the van arrived at the pickup spot just a few minutes after we got there. When they dropped us off at Spring Park's lot, our car was there, waiting. It was faster than long-term parking at SJC would have been. Amazing service, very professional and friendly staff.

I used this off site parking option for the first time in many years instead of parking at "Economy" parking lot. I was pleasantly surprised. The speed of service was very comparable to the bus from Economy parking lot. The driver, Danny, was very quick to arrive, polite and very safe. He picked me up back from the flight. It's really a good deal, taking into the account that ride share apps will make you pay extra surge for the rush hour.

This is going to be my parking lot to go for future flights out of SJC.

This parking service is the best for San Jose Airport! It is close and convenient. The people who work there are friendly and efficient. The shuttle takes 2 minutes to drop you off and pick you up. Great prices. Don’t look any further!

This was an excellent parking experience. All employees were friendly and professional. We waited only minutes when we dropped the car off at 4:00 am on a Thursday and when we arrived back in San Jose at 8:30 on a Sunday night. This will be my parking place each time we fly! Thank you to all the staff.

These guys are great. I've used them several times for both parking and their shuttle service after leaving the car. As with most flights out of SJC, you have to be there very early. Each time I used this service was before 6AM, and they were always on time and ready to drop us off. The lot is only a few blocks from the airport as well, so you're at your terminal within 15 minutes of dropping off your car.



Each visit, I left my car for several weeks. Based on the number of cars I saw being dropped off, and compared to the bad reviews, I'd venture to say there's more happy customers than these bad reviews. To alleviate any issues, just film your car at drop off and pickup, that way you have proof of your damage, unlike all the bad reviewers who didn't take this simple step to avoid the lot denying the damage claims. Simple CYA.



Make your appointment and pay via the website. Easy peasy.



The drop-off process is very easy. Drive up and park. Unload your bags. Give them your mileage and keys and grab your tag. DON'T LOSE IT and TAKE A PHOTO OF IT. Jump in the van, and you're off on your vacation or business trip!



When you land, give them a call once your baggage carousel starts spinning. Each pickup time for me took around 30 to 40 minutes from the time I called to pickup. Try to plan ahead and time it right so you're not waiting too long. Have your tag ready!



I always tip the driver.

I've used it twice now for a long term parking option. It's very convenient and better than the SJC airport long term lot parking process. Just as fast or faster. Good service and a better price.

Annoyed that the service changed. I didn’t see that you have to choose self park. I normally park my car in the front and give my info and I am on my way. This time I was ready to go and he told me to park inside, then I have to scan a QR code and all this nonsense and then go and park it myself, and in that time I missed the shuttle. I had to wait for another one. You really need to update your loyal customers that things changed, had I known that I would have got here a lot sooner! I’ve used this garage plenty of time and have always had a great customer service. But the new system takes longer and having missed the shuttle was an inconvenience. ---

I had never flown out of SJC before but one thing that brought me great peace of mind was how helpful and efficient David and team are. It was a very simple check in/valet process. The shuttle was there and the ride to the airport was quick. Coming back I called to request the shuttle pickup but David was already there and waited for me. The ease of parking here will make flying out of SJC a more frequent occurrence. I will absolutely use Spring Park again.

Best airport parking near SJC. Eli and the folks at Spring Park are efficient, courteous and punctual. Dropoff and pickup from airport is usually fast and convenient. We always park here when we fly out of SJC.

Contacted them by phone/e-mail about 36 hours prior to our previously paid reservation- needed to cancel due to last minute change of travel plans. They were courteous about our circumstances and very promptly honored their policy and issued a full refund. Kudos Spring Park SJC!

I’d give them more stars if I could. Experience was better than expected and the service was next level. We had a few unexpected issues upon returning from our flight but the airport pickup and customer service from spring park was amazing. They went above and beyond to help us when they could have easily said, not my problem. If you’re flying San Jose, park here. It’s really easy, safe, clean and the staff is awesome.

It's a friendly, family owned business, which is always something I want to patronize.

They have repurposed a multi story indoor parking lot, and provide fast pick up and drop off service to SJC.

Their rates are very competitive, especially for indoor parking.

The only thing to be aware of is that it's a little tricky to find. You drive all the way down the alley (next to the Sonora residence complex) past a closed entrance to a different parking structure, then at the end of the alley, turn left and you will see the entrance to their parking.

Was priced lower than the airport lots rates when i was looking.



Efficient process which makes it a smooth experience. Although the parking lot is a mile it or two away from the airport, I had my car with me within 15 minutes of landing. Would definitely go with them next time.

Excellent service at a reasonable rate. Quick shuttle makes it awesome! I parked my car inside the garage for 3 days and now I see why it has such a high rating. I saw people commenting that it could be hard finding the place, but I didn’t have any issues, just followed the google map.

Very easy hassle free way to get to the airport. The shuttle picked me up quickly once I was back and my car was waiting for me. It is a little tough to find the entrance, since they only operate out of one of the parking garage’s entrances, so I would recommend looking up the directions and location of the parking lot before you leave.

I had such a great first time experience with them! Affordable and good value. And great service from the staff. Shuttle dropped us off and picked us up from the airport quickly, and car was ready for us at the front when we returned. Will def park with them in the future!

I always park here when I travel given the convenience of being able to get back to your car rather than dealing with rideshare. Car is always left safe and in good condition and they stick to their policy of getting you to and from the airport anywhere from 5-20 minutes so I always plan for 20 just in case. Best in the area for longterm/shortterm parking, especially for SJC fliers. Lot of open spots all year round (covered/uncovered) with great attendants. Never had any safety issues. The shuttle service is excellent, maximum wait time less than 10mts either way. I have used their service probably more than 25 times. Very satisfied.

Excellent service in the garage & to SJ airport. Clean premises & vehicle. They give you a ticket for your car that has their phone number which you will need to call for airport pickup. I decided to upgrade to inside parking instead of outside roof parking.

Parked here for almost 10 days and no issues. Just didn't like the fact that I have to leave my car keys to them. Car has same mileage on it and my car looks fine. Will use them again in the future...

Service was smooth as silk! Drop-off and pick-up were quick, the shuttle was prompt in both directions, the price was great, the time to the airport is not really any longer than other lots even if it is physically farther away, and they made sure to get our flight info so that they'd know if we were delayed. Will definitely be parking here next time!

Great service for much less than SJC parking rates. I’ve been a loyal customer since early this year. I probably have parked with them more than 10 times now and I always recommend them to my friends.

First time using Spring Park. We arrived early morning, dark, heavy rain. We stopped the shuttle to see if we were going on the right direction. Shuttle driver turned around and guided us to the parking area, then loaded our bags and took us to the airport. Same efficient, courteous service when we arrived home. I highly recommend this airport parking service.

We found Spring Park to be an excellent way to stow our car for a week when we flew out of SJC. Easy drop off at a secure lot. Fast transfer to SJC. Fast pickup at 7:45pm on our return. It's got to be the best airport parking service I have ever found.

Spring Park SJC is hands down the best place to park if you're flying out of San Jose. Whether it's short-term or long-term, this is the most convenient and affordable option. I used the valet parking (only $8.99/day with a covered garage), and it was 100% worth it—especially if you have heavy luggage.



Compared to airport parking at $12/day with shuttles that only run every 20 minutes, Spring Park SJC is a no-brainer. Their shuttle runs every 5 minutes, and they’re super close to the terminal. Great service, fast, and hassle-free. Don’t waste time researching—just book here and go!

Very happy with the parking and shuttle arrangement. Staff are friendly and courteous. Been parking at a hotel a block away. They were great but spring has even better prices. A bit hard to find the first time. Make sure you go to the back side of the parking structure.

I have been parking with Spring Park SJC for the past 3 months on weekly basis and every time had absolutely a great experience.

They halve outstanding service, have polite staff members, and work very hard to keep their clients satisfied. They are always on time and prompt in their response.

I have referred several of my coworkers to use their services and will continue doing so.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I wanted to extend my gratitude to the folks at spring park for helping me when I came back from a trip with a completely dead car battery the night before Thanksgiving. Amidst holiday travel pick ups they didn’t hesitate to help me with not only one, but two jumps, when I was stressed out. The airport pick up and typical service was also prompt and properly communicated.

Spring Park SJC is great and would recommend to anyone flying out of San Jose Airport. I have used almost every parking spot available and my experience with Spring Park has been the best. It is my go to for all my trips. The customer service is superb since I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes to go to the airport when flying out and when flying in they are there to pick me up within 10 minutes, but usually earlier. Clean cars, friendly staff. Dave is very helpful and recognizes me when he picks me up.



The first time it can be confusing to find, but they added a new sign so you can spot it easier and if you call they will come out to help direct you.

Super easy and efficient and cheap parking. Parked for a few days they had a shuttle ready to go at 5 AM for my departing flight. On the way back you have to call them and they send a shuttle to pick you up. For me it was stop 10 after the ride share pickups. They came right away.

It is difficult to find the place because google maps directions puts you in a parking lot next to it. I had to come out on the main road again and try the next entrance without knowing. Luckily I spotted a van being loaded with luggage and I drove there and they pointed me to the garage.

I think a sign on the main road would help and also providing feedback to maps so that it can guide people there correctly.

Last thing you want is to not find the place when you have a flight to catch!!

One of the best parking services I have used it. The drop off and pick up process was very smooth. I found all of the people working there to be very professional. This parking space is literally 5 mins away from the airport and very convenient.



My overall experience was amazing with them. However, I want to add few things which can be improved.



1) Even though you have signs of spring park parking. It is very confusing from the main road to find you guys. You can put a little bigger board/ banner. It would be very convenient and will not confuse people.



2) The shuttle ride is very short. However, the AC was not working and it was bit suffocating in the heat. Please fix that.



To summarize, I would definitely use and recommend your parking services.

Highly recommend. Left our car early in the morning. There was an attendant there to greet us. Quick drive to the airport. Upon returning they were quick to pick us up and hard our car waiting out front. Our flight was delayed 8 hours and they didn’t charge us extra. Great customer service.

Superb service! I arrived the parking lot at 9:30am, left my key for valet parking, recorded the odometer. Then arrived at SJC airport at 9:40am. Great efficiency!Also, the next day, my back flight arrived at 9pm, I thought it might take longer waiting for shuttle bus, but surprisingly, it came just 5 minutes after my call.

All staffs are warm, 100% recommend!

Accidentally booked our travel at this CA garage instead of a Seatac garage and they were kind enough to refund us fully even though it was the same day. After an insane day of travel complications, this was such a relief. Thanks!

Truly, this is the most pleasant off-airport parking experience. The staff are very friendly, professional, and prompt. The parking site is close to the airport, resulting in only a 3-5 minute trip. The rates are reasonable. My car is always ready and waiting by the time we arrive at the site from the airport. And for those early (4-6 AM) drop offs, the staff and drivers are chipper and kind. This feels like a team of colleagues who actually care about their work.

Best parking services you will ever find!

I use Spring park regularly as I have to commute to other cities every other week, and they have never disappointed me.

Shuttles are usually pretty quick to pick you up once you call them to request for shuttle. (~10min)

Drivers are always super polite and friendly!!

Spring park has one of the lowest daily parking fee near SJC.

I’ve tried 3-4 different parking services/lots in SJC, but Spring park is by far the best option you will find.

Fast service. 8/25/2022 at 3:30pm, we arrived here, as soon as Vinny took our car to park, he drove us to airport with one of their vans. Return: 5 days later at 12:15am (midnight), called and Vinny picked us up in 15min. Our car was in the front and ready when we returned to the parking lot.



FYI If you're with delta, when you come out from the building, turn left and go all the way to the end the building, wait at #8 at the shuttle bus stops. This may can a little bit confused if it's your first time. You take a short traffic light crossing to the shuttle bus stop island, you should see number 7 and 8, etc.



I will use spring park again and I recommend this place to you all.

I've done a few park and fly and this by far has been the best and easiest. As soon as I pulled in they greeted me and helped put my bags in and had me on my way to the airport in less than 5min. When I came back they were there pick me up 5min after I called and had my car pulled out and ready to go. I didn't have cash to tip on my way home so I told him I'd be right back and he insisted not to. He told me "you've been traveling all day just go home and relax don't worry about it, seriously!" I was shocked how amazing. 100%great customer service. I will only use them going forward!

I would very much recommend these folks and use them again. When I had left my car there and the shuttle driver was driving me to SJC airport, I had mistakenly forgotten my eyeglasses in the car. He was very nice and drove me right back to the lot so I could retrieve my glasses. They are very friendly, fast, efficient, and I had no problem. I left my car there for 3 weeks while I was in Houston, and it worked out like a charm! Will definitely go with them again.

Absolutely wonderful team, very understanding and on time at every step. Please book directly on their own site and not through a third party. I had an emergency stop back home mid-trip to check on a pet and while they did not allow in-n-out privileges, they graciously made an exception for me. The shuttle service is also very helpful with luggage, and the other service members very friendly and happy to assist with anything.

It was a bit confusing to find, Google actually directed me to a neighboring business's parking lot. A simple sandwich board sign or two would be really helpful. Otherwise though, the service was good and as described. I would use their services again.
