I’m not much of a person to leave bad reviews, but pictures say enough. Spend $10 more and get a clean place to stay where they clean the showers. Front desk was friendly though

The staff has been very nice and treated us very fairly. We have stayed there for over a year and they never had a problem working with us. Of course we have always made the payment. As long as your respectful you won't have any issues.
This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We came in on a late night flight and just needed one night to rest before we picked up our rental car the next morning . We realized the hotel shuttle was not working when we arrived at SLC. We had to call an Uber at midnight to take us to the hotel. They did reimburse me for that. We checked in and went to our room. The beds were made but it was definitely not clean. There were no pillow cases on the pillows, trash was in the floor, the toilet had not been cleaned, the shower was absolutely disgusting, and there were only 2 half folded towels in the room. We went back to the front to tell them and we got sent to another room. This room was better but still not up to expectations. There were only 2 towels-no washcloths and there was a gummy bear shoved in the sink side drain. If it would not have been midnight we would have found a different place for sure.
Yes. This hotel should not use the Wyndham name at all. They had homemade do not disturb signs on cardboard cutouts that looked like my grandchildren made.
When we arrived, the smoke detector kept beeping because of a low battery. My husband had to go to the office to get a battery. Plus, there were no batteries in the remote control. The customer service was horrible. I reserved three nights in advance. However, they were unable to confirm this and told me I had to check in physically each day. So we did. On the third day, we had somewhere to be early in the morning. When I went to check in they were updating their system and asked me to come back in 20 minutes. When did this, there was no one there. Everyone was gone. I waited an hour almost and no one ever showed up to the front desk. Because of this I cancelled my room for the third night. During our stay, there were homeless people meandering throughout the property and the parking lot! I was even asked if I had any drugs while coming out of my room! There was trash in the parking lot, such as a large bag of needles. Our room was clean and we did have a restful sleep. So, that was a good thing. But everything else was horrible. Housekeeping did a good job and were very nice. I will say that much. But as for the customer service and the homeless, it was awful. As a matter of fact, the homeless come in and take the free breakfast. I don't mind helping people out. But I expect excellence and feeling comfortable at the hotels I stay at and I work hard to be able to be comfortable where I choose to stay as a Wyndham member. Especially at the Ramada. I would never have expected this at a Ramada hotel. One more thing, breakfast was not offered because of COVID. They stated they were not offering breakfast because of a food shortage. There is no food shortage! The pool and fitness center were closed as well. Ridiculous.
Rooms are great, area not so much, staff does a great job, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, again my only complaint is the area that the hotel is located in. There are a few convenience stores very close, and many fast food places very close which is nice, but it's in a so so place.
Got to the room, there were no towels, were asked to come to the front desk again instead of having them brought to us. Those towels we got were dirty. The door to the bathroom was broken, wouldn't close/lock. Overall the hotel was pretty gross. I understand you get what you pay for, but $60 is way too high for this experience.
No tissue in the room n the AC doesn’t work the room had cigarette butts on the floor in a none smoking room

Would give a no star if an option, found a used needle in plane sight, and also had to wait for 20 mins to get checked, while not even being acknowledged by employee
Used this place as airport parking, very disappointed!! Booked through Way but when we arrived they said they had ended their contract through Way and our reservations were no longer valid. We had 3 cars, 2 had booked through Way, the guy finally said he would accept our reservation after a lot of conversation. Then found out their shuttle was only a mini van and couldn't take all 11 of us together, had us drive the 3 vehicles to airport, drop off extra passengers and luggage, went back to Ramada and he drove us 3 drivers back to airport.
The worse part was when we got back, 8:40pm on Sunday night, called to get the shuttle and they said they don't have shuttles that run later on the weekend. Had to find out own way back to our cars. They advertise on Way that shuttle is 24/7, and advertise on Parkway (3rd car of our group booked through) shuttle 7am-11pm (no specified days). 3rd car of our group coming back tonight at 9pm, called earlier to check about shuttle, told them they don't run shuttle after 8pm.
On the plus side our cars looked undisturbed when we got back.
If you have late or extra early flights this is not the place to park, you will have to pay for a taxi to get back to your car.
Nobody was at the front desk the parking lot has tons of trash half the guest look like crack/meth/heroin heads and to top it off the room that was booked was unavailable
I wasn't planning on staying at this hotel, I was just trying to use the cheap parking service when I went to the airport. I knew the reviews were bad, but I thought I could care less because I was only dropping off my car and leaving. I showed up promptly at my reservation time to no one at the front desk. There were already several angry guests in line. I waited for as long as I could before I needed to catch my flight, but no one came. It was also clear that the shuttle was not operating as advertised. I left and just coughed up some extra money to park at the airport. Too bad I couldn't get a refund because I could never get a receipt from the hotel that the third party service I was requiring. At least it wasn't too much money that I lost... and I was able to make my flight despite the massive delay.
This is the WORST hotel I have ever had the displeasure to stay at. The place is filled with addicts, underneath the beds were filled with trash from prior guests, we asked for more clean towels multiple times a day for three days before ever getting any and then we only got 2 for 7 people and two rooms. The ONLY good thing about it is that the water is HOT for showering.
While walking around the perimeter to find the office, noticed several first floor rooms with cracked/broken windows. Some rooms appeared to have furniture pushed up against the windows. I walked through and enclosed foyer to the courtyard, still looking for the office and nearly stumbled on a homeless looking man in the middle of doing drugs. I found the office and told the desk clerk about this person and he merely shrugged. I told the desk person I wanted a room near the office because the hotel was not feeling safe to me. He assigned us a room. I went out to the parking lot and told our son that I didn't feel safe and wasn't sure we should start there. He agreed as he saw additional unsavory characters and questionable activities. Apparently this is a "crack house". It should not be on Hotels.com as an available hotel. We left, we never went to the room. Luckily we found a safe hotel. I am now going through Hotels.com to get a refund. I will give this a one star because this review cannot be submitted without at least one star - please know that this hotel should not be open. It is unsafe.
DO NOT GO HERE. No air conditioning, no soap, 1 towel, and when we arrived there was a fire alarm going off and no one doing anything about it. We are constantly hearing yelling and fights. Belligerent Homeless people are outside on the lawn and will bother you as soon as they see you. The staff is nice, but we paid money for a hotel room with amenities and not just minimal niceties from hotel staff. Overall, supremely disappointed in this spot. I’ve been to better equipped and safer hotels for WAY CHEAPER in third world countries. Not kidding.
Lots of people just hanging around in parking lot. A lot of needles in lot also. Plus they did not have shuttle to get me back from airport to get my car as advertised. Bed was comfortable though and shower was good.
If you are traveling do not go here. There's people always fighting and arguing and very loud. If you like that drama then its your place. The staff was nice and helpful so 2 stars
My Family has been here for almost 4 months. It's not as bad as people make it out to be. Yes there's something's that could be better. But the two gentleman that work there have very large hearts and I believe are doing the best they can for not just what they have to work with but the area as well. They just want to make it in this business.
Last time I stayed here less than a month ago it really wasn't a bad room for the price I paid for it. However today I am highly disappointed. The room has some spots on the carpet. The bed runner has a tear in it. The fridge makes this weird noise. There is a crack in the ceiling. The TV doesn't work. The tub drips constantly.
This place would never pass a health inspection. The room was so bad I wanted to cry. The neighborhood felt unsafe. We checked in at midnight with no where to go but first thing in the morning left- the lady acknowledged knowing how bad the room was, saying it shouldn’t have been rented, but wait, she was the lady that rented it to us. The bathroom light was busted out and not working. There were stains on all walls and ceiling, the carpet had stuff all over it and what appeared to be poop. The halls smelled like urine and we’re filthy, the ice machine had what looked like drugs in it.

Checked in and they gave me a room that needed cleaned from fur on the floor and beds to the tub not having a faucet and the toilet needed a lid and water connected.
I went down to the front desk told them the condition of the room and they let me know they would have a different room ready for me shortly. That one needed a vacuum and the condoms picked up but otherwise very good stay. Thank you
I like the location and the prices are more than fair for the rooms which I thought were clean and adequate. The unfortunate part of my experience was with a short haired white lady working over night. She is extremely rude and acts as if someone checking in after 10 pm is a HUGE inconvenience! If it hadn't been so late and I so tired I would have gone elsewhere immediately. Please consider replacing this unkind, unfriendly, unhappy employee. She makes your entire outfit look bad!
Room was efficient and decent, the short haired white lady who works nights is horribly rude, nosey, and thinks she doubles as security when she walks around with her dog. She needs to be replaced immediately. I see multiple reviews that refer to her being a problem and thought maybe she got a bad rap until I experienced her ugliness for myself. My husband was smoking a cigarette outside the room when she yelled at him across the hallway that smoking was only downstairs so he went to go downstairs and she yelled not to take his cigarette through the stairwell because it has a slight indoor thruway but it is still outside if that makes sense. So as he exited she came right up and said if we couldn't follow the rules we could leave. What in the world??? I've been with ramada since I was 25. I'm now 58. I won't be using ramada again because of 1 horrible employee
Lady with service dog is HORRIBLE! She should not work for ramada, giving my favorite hotel my least favorite feeling! She should not work in customer service! Please consider replacing her soon. I see others have had issues with her. How many bad reviews does it take for 1 employee to ruin a company. It's sad because otherwise I love the place but wont be back because of her. She is completely out of line with her attitude and entitlement issues.
Everything was good with the room and most of the staff however the lady who works overnight with a service dog is COMPLETELY out of line!!! My aunt reserved a room and stayed for 2 weeks but it wasn't until the last few nights she was there that we had a problem. I went almost every morning before dawn to check on my aunt, usually around 5/530 am and the last time I went the lady followed me harassing me and asking what room I went to. As I was already at my aunt's door which she answered so I went inside and the "employee" came banging on my aunt's door and said she had too many guests. We were the only people in the room my aunt and I. My aunt was extremely upset and checked out early that morning. I'm not sure why the "employee" felt she had the right to harass us like that. We wont use ramada again. One person changed a lifetime customers feelings about staying there. It is very sad that someone with a clipboard feels so entitled.
I would not recommend this hotel. It took over 40min to check in because they needed to check the rooms and make sure they were ready. We booked 3 separate room and each one had its own issues. Room 1 was the “cleanest” with stained towels and bedding and we wouldn’t let our bare feet touch the carpet. The 2nd room was missing the TV and when they brought a TV up to the room it never worked. The 3rd room was by far the worst. It was one of their suite room. The couch and floor were covered in questionable Stains. There were dead bugs in one of the beds and in the shower. The phone was covered in some sort of dried liquid that had to be wiped down, smoke alarm was covered in plastic and the other bed had a used bandaid on it. Each room looked like it hasn’t been really cleaned...ever. We will not be staying here again.

I would rank this as the worst hotel experience I have had. The rooms were dirty as well as multiple windows were broken and boarded up. My wife also noticed swastikas on a few of the doors. I made the request to have a room on the first floor near an exit and was told by the hotel staff that they would honor the request. Not that they would do their best, or make every attempt to honor the request but that they would actually do it. What we got was a room on the second floor that was not near an exit. When this was brought up to the managers attention, all we were told is that it was a miscommunication on their part and they hope we stay with them again. That's it. No type of compensation whatsoever was offered for their lack of hospitality or professionalism. Please do whatever you can to never stay with this hotel or a Ramada Inn and if you do, this is the service you should expect.
This motel was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed at!! The room didn’t look like the pictures! There was mold in the restroom! And the water didn’t want to drain, water wasn't hot enough to enjoy! They’re gangsters outside my door looking shady! The car alarms kept going off! I couldn’t get a good 4 hours of sleep!! I don’t recommend this motel to anyone!
. We booked it online. We get there and then they tell us we had to be 21 but they let us stay anyways. Then they don’t have a tv in the room but it clearly states all the rooms do. Honestly will never come back.
Our room had a dirty fridge and microwave upon arrival. The wifi is not working. No remote for the television.
Called the Front Desk and they were unwilling to address any issues because they had no maintenance staff. They suggested we checkout and go to another hotel as all their rooms are booked and can’t move us. All I wanted was a remote for the TV and they escalate to we are busy and don’t care about you or the money you prepaid with.
Absolutely the worst service I have received at a Ramada and their license should be up for review.

We stood in the lobby over half an hour waiting for service. We thought something happened to the clerk because no one was answering the phone while her belongings and hotel phone was left unattended we saw the hotel clerk coming out of one the outside rooms. So after being up since 5:30 a.m. my attitude was not nice. I told her I had never been at a hotel where you just leave the front desk unattended that long. She was very snappy stating we could leave like she owned the property. She sent us to room with no heat and the bathroom was not in working order. So of course we had ask for another room. Overall we tried to get through the night. If you can find another hotel please do. The only reason we stayed is because our company paid for it. Run if you can!
Life’s challenges drove my husband and I into having to stay at a hotel for the past two months after two different extended suites we tried the Ramada on North Temple. Breakfast served every morning of such a variety of exactly the kinds of foods you would eat at home gave me more time and less stress to take care of things. Dinner at the in-house restaurant with chiefs that took the time to learn what you liked to eat. And best off the team of employees there seemed like family and maybe they were but to see them in and out everyday visiting in the lobby gave me a sense of familiarity and other qualities of home I really needed to deal with the shock of uproot I was experiencing. The cleaning ladies were happy and open to my expectations. The friendly smiles I got there told of the place and the people at the Ramada. I would highly recommend staying there if anyone finds themselves in temporary housing because the price, place, and people.
I didn’t feel safe. The walls where very thin and I would be having a normal conversation with my partner in the room and you could here the homeless yell down the side walk what we just said. And they’re where people jiggling my door handle and stomping at the foot of the door all night. Definitely felt uneasy. thought about contacting a form of police to come escort the homeless off the property who where screaming cursing and stomping except it was 4:30am. My heart doing flips all night because it feels like I’m about to be broken into. The shower was also cold and the tv didn’t work. Really was scared the whole night.
Dirty and run down. Ceiling has dark stain from leak. Wish I could leave a pics. Ceiling in bathroom falling apart. Hair in the bed and on the nightstand. Batteries won’t stay in remote. Fridge is so loud I had to unplug it. Customer service is non existent. This place is a dump, I won’t stay here again. Desperately needs updating/remodel.
I was going to use the parking and shuttle for the airport. I had to bang on the bathroom door to get the attendant to come to the desk. She was video calling her family in India. She never even hung up so it was hard to hear her over her little sister telling on the phone. I gave up and tried a different place. When I went out to my car to leave there were two men looking in people's cars with a flash light.
It's your basic hotel experience at an older facility that needs just a little more maintenance than what it gets. But that doesn't interfere with getting a good night's sleep and a hot "eggs/sausage/waffle" breakfast (and sundry other items) at what must be at or near the lowest price in town - hence the four stars.
Poor customer service, we checked in, pee stains were dried up on the toilet. The shower didn't get hot, even the warm water ran out. We lay down to watch a movie, there's no remote to be found anywhere in this facility. When I called n asked for one, the man at the front desk hung up on me. And we've only been here for 2 hours, I'm leaving my review early. Why can't we leave NO STAR reviews.
Me and my fiance paid for two nights and just checked out as of yesterday. They allowed us to pay with cash and do a cash deposit. Then when me and my fiance came back again tonight to get another room the lady at the front desk said it was her decision if she wanted to take cash deposit or not in that she wasn't going to take cash tonight because she didn't feel like it. Even though me and my fiance had just barely paid with cash for a room the night prior with no issue. It was the lady with the service dog. We will not be coming back here again and we will not recommend this to any of our friends. That was the rudest customer service I have ever got. The night before was fine that's why we decided we were coming back this lady is seriously rude and needs to be fired
My husband & I stayed here for a couple weeks of February 2019 . It was ok the rooms were decent & the pet area had lots of space .. but someone broke into out room at about 5 in the morning thank God we had the dead bolt on .. because he would have made our day alright .. plus our German shepherd in the room helped but I would advise not to stay here if you have a family .. spending more money isn't always easy but you can't put a price on piece of mind !!!!
First and foremost the General Manager is by far the worst GM I have ever seen. I have been requesting to speak with the GM for 2 weeks now and the GM continues to dodge the problem. This is the only hotel I have ever been to that changes your rate after you reserve your room. My rate increased $60 and they refused to fix the issue. The reason for the increase was “someone told me wrong”. When I called Ramada Corporate they said they would fix the problem.... they never did and the GM of this hotel continues to get away with terrible service tactics.... staff was alright but they were simply lying through their teeth just like their GM has trained them. Room was old out dated smelt like a cigarette and had a hole in the wall. I thought $40 per night was a fair rate. Hot Tub was about 75 degrees felt like I was sitting in a like warm fish bowl. Breakfast was old terrible just avoid at all cost
We made reservations couple months ago and the rooms was terrible/nasty! We check in and they gave us a room and when we went inside the room, it had some nasty stains on the sheets. So they gave us another room and I requested something closer to the pool and so they did. We went to the next room and it had hair all over the bathroom floor & shower, also the sheets was wrinkled so bad. So we walk to the pool area and see how the pool was and it was CLOSED. The front desk never once said it was closed and there was trash all over the property and wall pouches everywhere. Even the front desk(employee)was very rude. Don’t let the pictures on the internet fool ya! There are giving Ramada Inn a bad name!
The hotel rooms were OK for the price. But let me say this, the staff is very rude. I went and paid my stay for my second day, and I told the guy at the front desk that I need to go to the bank so I can Pay the rest of what was owed because I was clearly told that the rate would be 80$ today And when I went to check in again, he told me it was more, saying that the rate fluctuates. Which I didn’t know rates could fluctuate in the amount of an hour. When I clearly called earlier in the day to ask for the rates. On top of that they came to my door to see if I was going to stay over and the guy open my door without knocking. I was in bed and undressed because I had just woke Up and I said hold on one second, and the housekeeper was yelling at me saying open the door. I finally go to pay and after that they were harassing me and knocking at my door for the next hour Because of their own miscommunication. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless it is just for like a night. Other than that not worth it
DO NOT USE PARKING SERVICE!!! Gave them flight details in advanced when booking way ahead, called them when we touched down on the plane, flight landed 30 minutes earlier than we even planned for. Was told by Ramada/Parkway Parking there would be their by 11pm latest at 10:36pm. NOPE! Called at 11:30ish and was told they didn’t have a shuttle driver (suddenly?) and the front desk had no idea what was going on and she just got on shift?! We would have been stranded unless we created an Uber account, worst service ever!
I thought Ramada's were pretty safe for a nice stay. This one, Ramada should second guess if they want their name on this one. It was so late arriving otherwise, I would have gone somewhere else. Our key didn't work, the lady that checked us in was short and was not friendly. Our sink didn't want to drain, there was hair in our tub, mold on the walls and we had to hunt down an ice machine. The only on that worked was in the front lobby. The so called breakfast was not at all like the pictures. It was in a space of 5x10 and they used a bookshelf for counter space. It was not worth the money I spent at all!
Two-star prices for one-star services. Non-smoking areas were neither regulated or enforced, leading to smoke coming into our room through the AC unit multiple times - and calls to the office resulted in zero action. Mold/bugs/falling tiles in bathroom. Door to outside had a gap underneath it, and the door frame fell apart making it difficult to latch, and even close, the door. TV channels went in and out. No visible elevator to second floor. Parking lot littered with food, trash, and clothes. Although nothing happened, I did not feel safe sleeping there or leaving our belongings during the day. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place.
The hotel is run down. The fridge wasn't plugged in when we got there and there was mold in the bathroom. The walls and ceiling had holes and stains. But the sheets were clean and the customer service was amazing. The breakfast was good, the stereotypical continental. The in house Indian restaurant had awesome food.
