Yes the hotel is an old building. However the staff seems to be trying their best with what they have to deal with. Paying $60 for 1 night stay was totally worth it. Mira at the desk was just amazing! She helped us with an early check-in. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and had my room clean out early so I could check in. Really good staff and service. Normally any hotel just asks to wait till the check-in time even when they might have rooms available. It made me feel very special. The hotel room was just like any other average hotel you would stay at. The pool was closed but that is to be expected. Breakfast was just Jimmy dean sandwich and orange juice which was free, but then considering the rate, that was good as well.
Pictures make place look way nicer than it actually is. Our room was non smoking but had very strong stench of smoke, especially the bathroom. Weak wifi signal. Staff not helpful when asking for extra items like pillows, etc.
Upon arrival the lobby wreaked of raw sewage. Our room smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke (it was a non smoking room), did not have a smoke detector and the door did not lock. We called the front desk and were told he could give us a different room but could guarantee the door would lock or that their would be a smoke detector. Ummm... What? We cancelled our reservation and went somewhere else. I will say, they did refund our room so that was nice.

I was so disappointed in this hotel.
The first time I stayed there they were amazing the second time they put my baby and I into a dirty room. Twice. We payed for a king room and I was told not one of the king rooms was clean. I said I could wait for them to clean one of the rooms and they said I couldn't do that. That it would take a day or two for them to get to those rooms. So they put us in a smaller room with a smaller bed. I co-sleep with my baby since he is still little and my husband is a big guy so there isnt mich wiggle room on a smaller bed. The lady was rude when I offered to wait for the bigger room to be cleaned.
Found a cockroach in my room, management didn't seem to care and I checked out the next day. Along with having to have the front desk redo my room card everyday because they didn't program it right. It's a place that if your broke and need to stay then it's ok I guess. Best part was the mirror was held up by duct tape and toilet plungers down the hallways like fire extinguishers.
Terrible! Didn't have a room that was reserved a week in advance ready. Remote control did not work. Requested a pillow (as there were only 2 for a king size bed) and had to wait at least over 2 hrs The jacuzzi tub was a disappointment too as only one jet worked and it was dirty!
In addition, when I picked up food from the bar and grill they got on me about no mask. As I looked around the bar, I saw 6 people mingling at the bar sitting on stools all of which had no masks on. I explained that I was just picking up food and have no problem wearing a mask. However, it needs to be consistent to all customers!
All in all, I would not recommend this place at all. The staff was very rude and impatient and acted like we were the inconvenience!
The room had a definate musky odor as soon as you walked in. The electrical outlet was cracked and loose, and the shower head had a loose fixing. The tissue holder in the bathroom was broken and empty!!I mentioned these to the front desk and they nicely offered another room but, they had the exact same issues. I know this hotel is undergoing renovation but if you are going to allow these sort of rooms to be booked, at least offer them at a discounted rate.

Its an ok hotel for a quick visit but if you are staying for 3-7 days I personally wouldn't recommend it. The ice machine was down. The cold water filter was down. No coffee at the time of my stay either. The air conditioner is louder than other hotels I've been too also. 2 star hotel for sure.
1 working ice machine for hotel, sprinklers spraying the side door, walkway & my car that I just washed. Breakfast was Jimmy Dean's egg, sausage & cheese biscuit with 2 small muffins & Sunny D. No phone or clock. Condition Shampoo looked like someone used it 😵 Customer service good.

Disgusting!! They give me a room with a DISGUSTING toilet!! They didn't clean the toilet!! On top I have to wait a whole day for them to send house keeping to clean it! This place is very inconvenient. Not good service at all. They don't have elevators! FYI
Charged 25.00 bucks a night for my dog plus 50.00 deposit. Which I never got refunded. Nothing was wrong with my room when I left my dog didn't damage a single thing . When I asked about my deposit being refunded she said 2-5 days . Still nothing refuned . 100.00 bucks for 6 nights.
It was decent, at best. We really enjoyed the outdoor bar. But all in all, it's a pretty old, run down hotel. The plumbing seemed to be a bit rickety, and it desperately needs a full interior remodel. But again, you get what you paid for, here. Unpretentious and simple. Nice staff. 😀
The staff has been extremely rude and not helpful or friendly AT ALL. The manager as well. Super unprofessional. I’ve been accused of smoking in my room and I’ve been accused of getting blood on towels. Both times the hotel was wrong. I’ll never be staying here again and I won’t recommend it to anyone.
Low budget hotel. Moderately clean, grounds up keep needs help. No smoking hotel but the smokers don't get far from the doors and litter the ground with their butts. The staff is nice if not to helpfull. Took a week of asking to get the light and hair dryer fixed. Many transients stay here. Poor lighting in parking lot.
Checked in on 02/20/20 for three days for work paid for 3 people with my card. My brother didn’t show up till fourth day.
Got same room from 02/23/20-03/01/20 for 7 days and paid cash for four adults. So why are they charging my card for an extra $78.86 now that’s scandalous . I asked why he said cause you didn’t pay for extra people. WHAT! oh call back tomorrow to talk to management.
I showed the front desk attendent the price of the room on Google maps, they said they would honor the price. But the next morning at check out they refused and charged me $10. more.
Plus the room was noisy and dirty.
The breakfast provided was inedible.
Everything was great during my stay. I have stayed here before but this time I was given a room which was renovated with new curtains and I am really glad that I chose to go back and stay here. The grill had wonderful choice of food and the front desk was really on top of everything!
I was not a guest in a room, so I can't speak to that aspect, but I attended a reception for a foreign dignitary hosted by the local community. The PA system was inadequate to the extent that presenters ended up doing their best to project to the room with no amplification. Traditional dancers performed on the wood stage area in bare feet which revealed that it was visibly dusty. I was mostly chagrined by the restroom. There was a toilet seat cover dispenser on the wall but it was empty. The roll of toilet tissue was not secured but just resting in its dispenser similarly to the giant roll of paper towel sitting on the counter between the sinks where it could easily get wet. What I could not believe was the complete lack of hand soap. 😲 From what I've heard, the organizers have no intention of holding events there again.
I had parked my car for 3 weeks. When I returned the battery was dead, the shuttle driver John helped me until the car started. Appreciate John's help as it was late night.
Dirty and the clientele is mostly CDL trainees. Food was decent but walking back to the room a guy was falling down drunk. The shower curtain was on the floor on arrival they did get me a new room but what the hell was going on when it happened or cleaning missed it
The shower was broken, so no water to shower, phone was broken so we couldn’t call the front desk. There were also shoes left in the room from someone else. We asked for a discount at checkout, they sent us on a wild goose chase to ask the right person, 2 hours later and many conversations later , the manager said they could give no discount. SERIOUSLy. We will never go to a Ramada again, and advise people to choose a different hotel. Reaaaalllyyy bad service all around.
Allegedly pet friendly so I book a hotel in a nicer room, the website says pet friendly so awesome! We can bring the puppet, but no end up going through this whole hassle and get seriously downgraded. Same price but far from the same room. Other than that it wasn't too bad.
The hotel room itself was filthy. There was hair on the beds and towels, toenail clippings in the floor, and everything just had a dirty feel to it. The shuttle attendant was rude and unhelpful as was the front desk. It was honestly one of our worst stays at a hotel that I have ever had. Highly recommend going somewhere else.
We did the park and fly option. Great price. But when we called to be picked up, they said they would be there shortly.
We stood outside in 30degree cold waiting for them for 30 minutes. We called them to see where they were. Said they missed us. Told us to wait in a specific spot. We did that. 30 minutes later, we were frozen and had to get a taxi back to their place.
When we got there, they said they were out there 3 times. No they were not. We watched every van come and go. Other shuttles for other hotels kept asking us, because we had seen them 3 times. Would not use this place ever again.
It is really nice place to stay in for any type of vacation. I love to go there just to enjoy myself there and with family

I have been staying here two weeks as of this writing for My trucking school. Upon arrival I checked out the room I was in. The shower curtain was considerably ripped, did not have a plastic liner, and didn't get changed for almost a week. When they did get changed, it was an improvement, but still no liner. For some reason they decided on drop-ceilings in the bathroom and they are gross.
I have had a turn-down on average every two or three days. I have not been given the small bottles of shampoo and conditioner except on My first day.
Both My roommate and I have had our keys stop working on the same day three different times. The guy at the front said they 'demagnetize easily' but why would two different people's keys stop working at once three times?
(edit): the key stopped working again. As did four other people's keys. Turns out it's not 'demagnetizing' as I was told. It's set for a time limit and that limit was reached. Why was it necessary to lie?
When eating at the bar I was not provided the side (fries or onion rings) unless I asked for them. I was almost charged for both the soda, dish, and onion rings side separately when there is a clear meal deal listed.

I get my room 5:am at Saturday 10/26/19. And let 11:am Sunday 10/27/19 . When I check my banking account. They charge for 3 days. I call the phone number at the website.

Reservations were made online for two of our employees to stay here during a recent conference. One of the employees used the men's room prior to checking in and it was disgusting with unknown substances on both the floor and walls. Needless to say after that, they did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel. I contacted their management to tell them that they may want to ensure their main lobby and restrooms are clean since this is a guest's first impression, but it didn't seem that my feedback mattered to them one way or another. So after traveling cross country and encountering this dirty hotel, they had to find an alternate hotel 45 minutes away which was a major inconvenience for both the conference and their early flight reservations. Since the hotel's cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival, they refused to even consider refunding the 1-night's cancellation fee for each guest. They even so far as made a mistake and charged the entire stay for each guest. I was told it was in error when I called to explain the circumstances surrounding the cancellation, as well as ask them again to consider refunding the entire fee. We did finally receive a 1-night refund for each guest. Lesson learned, but we would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The hotel hasn't been renovated in probably 25 years, but it is clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and it has the best coffee I've ever had from a complimentary hotel breakfast. It seems to be a family-run business, and it has a great vibe. There's a free airport shuttle, too.
The staff is rude and incompetent. There is always something missing from your room. A tv or a mirror in the bathroom or a do not disturb sign. If you call the front desk, they can’t help you... even if its just a do not disturb sign. The place is DUMPY and everything is broken. The ice machines, the soda machines, and the treadmills are always broken! Also, even with the do not disturb sign, they will walk in without knocking. It happened to me and I witnessed it happen to someone else! Beware.
Friendly staff and restaurant food was good. Didn't care for room smelling like someone just ate their Indian food in it though. The carpet in the room was in serious need of cleaning...you could see it and feel it with your feet.
I stayed here on my drive back to my home. The facilities they have are great for the price you pay. I needed a room close to the lobby as I can't walk well. The young lady had a great smile and she took an effort to check all the rooms she had available and gave me a room close to lobby. They also had FREE breakfast in the morning which I thought would be coffee and some baked goods but instead I got eggs, sausage, apple. They also had waffles available. The breakfast attendant took really good care of me and brought me a plate when he noticed I was not able to walk good. The rooms are great as well. But the staff is very courteous and helpful. If I ever go back to Salt Lake, this is where I will be staying for sure!
