Used to be good. Competition has led to fewer drivers and MUCH longer waits at the airport. Lyft offer below is mentioned nowhere when you drop the car off, nor by the operator when you call. I counted 7 shuttles from the competition go by while waiting. Lastly, there is no hint of apology from the drivers or dispatch (or review cleanup crew here) when they leave you stranded at the airport.
I have used Park N' Jet for years and have been satisfied with their service. I was on a return flight about a month ago and again this last Sunday evening and the pick-up at the airport was 25-30 minutes each time. I kept seeing your competition vans drive by. We did not get service until I called the dispatch and they sent over a pick-up. When checking out the attendant stated they don't send a pick-up that late (11:30 pm) unless they have several people there to get and they receive a call. When we were originally taken to the airport we were given a card stating the pick-up was every 8-10 minutes, nothing about having to call for a ride. The attendant also stated she had record of two drivers that went to the airport during our wait and we didn't get on. We were at door 6 waiting for the ride and there were NO transportation to the Mountain lot during that time, we for sure would have gotten on if they were there; don't like to hang out at the airport that much. The Arch lot came by once during that time. The excuses of the person checking us out were degrading to my wife and I and that is why this review was posted.
My family and I came in the morning on August 2, 2018 and the 2 ladies in the lot were just very wonderful they offered us water and newspaper and our bus driver greg helped me and my husband & our kids with our luggage which was very kind of him. We recently parked our car here and it was a different staff at this time and it wasn’t the same as our first experience. The driver didn’t help with our bags or no water was offered this time. We had a whole bunch of smiles our first experience and this recent one felt like we had attitude thrown at us for absolutely no reason. 5 stars for the ladies and our bus driver who made the start of our day awesome.
There was a miscommunication about my reservation and it didn't get logged for my rewards and what not but they corrected it pretty quickly. I only say 4* because it would have taken 2 second to fix on our way in if they had asked an additional question. Overall good experience though and very good price.
Well, there is %10 coupon if you sign up for offers on the website, for 5 days you end up paying around $47, the con is that if you lose the ticket they give you when you arrive, they are not able to track how many days your vehicle was there, even if you make the reservation online and you have the email confirmation, then you’re in trouble. The car wash is ok, but they won’t give you a free complementary car wash ticket unless you ask for it. Also They advertise the shuttle driver will help you carry your luggage, but he did not, I had a long 12 hours flight, I was very exhausted and I had to put the luggage by myself because the young driver decided no to help me with that (2 big and 3 small luggages) Water? There was no bottle water available for us (This happened on 7/10/19 at 12:30am). But at least your car is safe though.
