The pricing here is really good compared to long term air port parking. I have also interacted with multiple drivers here on separate trips and they are all genuinely nice people. I lost the key to our car this last trip, and only discovered it once we got dropped off back to our car. One of the other drivers stopped while we were figuring out what to do and allowed us to sit in their break room while we waited for another car key to arrive. On the wall of the break room it says “Rule #1: If we don’t take care of the customer, somebody else will.” These guys really took care of us and I could feel the genuine care. Definitely recommend them!

Shuttle drivers are always helpful with your bags, we never have to wait long for the shuttle at the airport, and if anything they are too fast to pick you up from your vehicle before you can even get your bags out, but super friendly, and usually remind you to lock your vehicle and take a pick or remember where your parked for your return. Never had a bad experience using them, and we do so often.

We are standing outside waiting, have been for 15 minutes and the phone number to call isn’t working. It says “they can’t take your call now”. It’s been fine other than the fact that we can’t get back to our car…which means it’s been terrible.
We never got a hold of anyone and ended up waiting 30 minutes at the airport. Need to sort out the phone and get your shuttles out there on time. It’s frustrating to call and just get a message that the number isn’t working.
**Edit** Once we got back to the lot we found out about the power outage in the area. It wasn't their fault. Updating to 4 stars and will be happy to come back looking for a 5 star experience.

We've used Park N Jet many times, but our last experience was quite stressful. The delays experienced there almost made us miss our flight. First we had to wait 15 minutes to get to the check-in window, then we had to wait half an hour for the shuttle. They definitely need to have more employees during busy travel weekends.

This is the most convenient way to fly out of the SLC airport!!!! They drop you off and pick you up at the convenient shuttle drop off location at the airport, based on the terminal, (airline you are flying).
No having to have a friend or family member trying to deal with airport traffic picking you up and dropping you off.
I used their services last weekend. Jason, our shuttle driver was friendly and had a great customer service attitude. It was such a great experience I thought I would do a review.
Easy to find, Park’N Jet is located just off of North Temple.
The shuttle driver picks you up (and on the return drops you off) right at your vehicle. They also bring your bags on the shuttle and off for you.
Tip: Call ahead for reservations for busy times of the year/holidays. They will sell out.
Side note: have some cash handy to tip your driver.

My family and I came in the morning on August 2, 2018 and the 2 ladies in the lot were just very wonderful they offered us water and newspaper and our bus driver greg helped me and my husband & our kids with our luggage which was very kind of him. We recently parked our car here and it was a different staff at this time and it wasn’t the same as our first experience. The driver didn’t help with our bags or no water was offered this time. We had a whole bunch of smiles our first experience and this recent one felt like we had attitude thrown at us for absolutely no reason. 5 stars for the ladies and our bus driver who made the start of our day awesome.

There was a miscommunication about my reservation and it didn't get logged for my rewards and what not but they corrected it pretty quickly. I only say 4* because it would have taken 2 second to fix on our way in if they had asked an additional question. Overall good experience though and very good price.

This place typically has been a solid and A+ pick for airport parking. As of recent it seems as though they are starting to slowly down spiral in their customer service and logistics of airport parking/shuttling. Currently am sitting at 7A waiting another 20+ minutes for a driver to come pick us up because the first shuttle got full…. Will continue to use them but may update my star rating in the near future. Currently at 4/5. 9-11-21.

Cheap and nice parking place. I always park my car if I have to take a flight. They do also provide free pick and drop airport shuttle. If you need oil change they will do it for you. I feel pick up service can be improved a bit.

First time using them, I set up my arrival/departure times on their website and prepaid. Showed up to the lot and was directed to a row to park where we were met by their shuttle bus to take us to the airport. It was very nice to have them already there and ready to take us and others to the airport right from our parking spot. Leaving the airport we were able to call them to ask when the shuttle was coming next, so we only had to wait about 15 min for them to pick us up and take us back to our spot again.
This really was 5 star service, as the shuttle was super convenient so we didn't have to walk through the lot just to get in and out. Plus the price was fair for several days of parking. I would definitely use them again.

I love the Park-n-Jet lots in Salt Lake. They are my go-to lot when I travel. I pre-pay, and generally save a little money. I have never had a long wait for a shuttle going to the airport, and VERY short wait times leaving the airport. They are close to the airport as well, so it is a short hop from the lot on the shuttle.

If you are getting pick up from the airport. never and I mean never call ahead if you're not at the pick up spot. dont even called one minute ahead. they always have drivers going to pick up customers. If they pick those customer up they will think you are in that group. and then you finally got to the pick up spot and wait for couple minute and get upset and call saying you call but nobody show up. so don't call ahead unless your name is Berry Allen then do call ahead.
Airport drop off. If you go in it always faster to make reservation online. so at the gate they will just scan your reservation and you will be set. if is night leave the car running with lights on. if is not raining stand outside your car with your luggage for fast pick up and go. Thanks it! great size parking lot so quick to go in and out.

I've used Park N Jet a few times and it was smooth everytime. The rates are reasonably priced and the kind lady at the gate got us priority parking, even though we didn't sign up for that. The shuttle was super fast, maybe too fast. We just parked and they're already waiting for us. Great experience overall.

I see management seems to care to respond to reviews. We have used their services for years. Unfortunately I agree with a previous sentiment of delayed pick up. Call for pick up was told one would be on the way I called back after 15 mins asked how far out the shuttle would be? I was told it had not left yet and they need to have more people before they would send the shuttle. Probably 30 mins before I got to my vehicle. They have a great service Unfortunately something has changed.
Seen their competitor The Parking Spot come by a total of 5 times before I seen mine. Driver was also was on phone the whole time and was clearly unhappy with a tip I provided.

I would be able to give them a 5 star if they could ever get their estimate for pick up arrival at the airport within 10 min.
Both of the last 2 times when I called they said the bus would be there in 4 minutes and one time it was 15 minutes and the other time it was almost 30 mi minutes.
Everything else is great.

Outstanding experience. I rolled in without any reservation to park for 6 days without issue. They kindly directed me to a spot and a shuttle came by every 10 minutes offering me a ride while I packed my bags to leave. I was mildly concerned about thieves damaging my truck or dirtbike, but they have a good fence and well lit lot, so it was not an issue. The best part about this experience were the shuttle drivers that took me to and from the airport. They were both very friendly, made great conversation on the short drive, and seemed to love their jobs.
The daily rate wasn't bad either, about $10/day.
I'll definitely use this lot again.
