We were turned away from staying here due to our service animal. Not only was it rude, but it is completely illegal (they have papers, actual ones from a real therapist. Not the fake ones from online people sometimes use). They also insisted that we told them the disability for them to even consider letting us stay there. We refused and were sent away. Completely illegal.
Hotel is outdated as far as looks go. I arrived at the airport and had to call for a shuttle. Their site says it runs 24/7. When I went to take the shuttle in the morning they told me I was supposed to sign up for it. There was no mention of that anywhere. However, the people were friendly and the restaurant inside the hotel was good.
The Room was not cleaned, the key cards did not work multiple times. There was a disabled woman that got harassed by the front desk when all she wanted was an extra blanket. Whenever the front desk was contacted, they ignored the phone and we're not at the front desk when people went to the lobby. There was also issues with the elevators. If it was possible to give my experience 0 stars, I would. I am appalled at the dirtiness and total disregard for others that is apparently allowed here. I will not be returning and if you are looking to stay somewhere, I suggest you look elsewhere till there is new staff. With just the fact that they don't clean the rooms during COVID-19, they are risking the spread of diseases out of laziness. If you even ask them for help and I quote "You're just being picky." So remember guys and gals that if you want to be treated with respect and have a clean room that you are being picky. Also don't bother reading the responses from the hotel about "How they care about you and take matters seriously" because they do not care and they will not make necessary changes for your benefit. If you are looking for hospitality you will never find it here.
Hotel was to close to airport and lobby is clean and room looks good. front desk service was great because we arrived after midnight but still got efficient service... will come back again!!
Tonight’s driver was amazing!
He came to the airport in 5 minutes, instead of 20, and was super nice and polite with us. He even helped me to carry my backpack to the lobby.

I normally get cold easily, but our room is HOT as the AC does not work at all and the windows are sealed shut (2nd floor). Asked to move because we can’t sleep. No rooms with working AC available, but a fan was offered. Put a soaking wet towel on it for evaporative cooling.
The front desk staff was very welcoming and the food in the restaurant was good, but the bar closed at 10:00 pm. Overall, this is not anywhere near what I would expect for a 3.5 star hotel. Two stars at best.

Our experience was horrible. If I could give less than one star I would. We started in one room, pulled the bed down and there’s blood in the sheets. They switched us rooms because they had no one on staff but the front desk lady. Second room had hair and lipstick in the sheets. They switched us to the third room which had a broken air conditioning system and it was 80° all night. In the morning, we came down for our shuttle (that we booked) at 4:30 and were told we weren’t on it but just try to get on. The shuttle is now 30 minutes late and we are still waiting and hoping we don’t miss our flight in an hour. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Never had a hotel room with a second floor loft! Definitely unique and fun! Well maintained and clean. Management is a Gem! 👍
0 stars from me. I was profiled as soon as I walked through the doors. Front desk staff and manager were rude to me and other person staying in room. Stopped that guest and was eventually locked out of room for reasons unknown. I will not recommend staying here or recommending hotel. Thanks to nighy staff who was polite and helpful
Lobby looks great. Rooms are old and dirty! Staff is amazing! Manager is rude! Mice run up and down the halls on the first floor! Will never stay here again! Just a fancy version of Motel 6
Do NOT choose the Radisson hotel for airport long term parking! Spend the extra money and park some place safe. The parking is in an open garage under the hotel that is completely exposed in a bad side of town. Our car was broken into while we were away for the holidays. When I spoke with Sagar the manager, he said that they had no video footage of the incident and would not compensate my parking charge. For such a “nice” hotel, you’d think the least they could do would be to refund my parking charge while I fix my broken glass and interior and replace the tools stolen from my trunk while under their care. I thought I’d save $40 bucks parking there vs. Diamond parking, but instead it cost me upwards of $400 in charges, lost items, and damage. I learned a big lesson on this one and hope you’ll learn from my mistake: spend a little extra and park in secure lots while you’re away.
Our room was clean, front desk agent was very nice. Our room was very WARM and no way to turn down the heat. Agent said it was heater only in winter, air conditioning in summer.

The hotel is Nice the rooms are big and well cleaned however they offer shuttle services long story short they shouldn't, I was there for a week in a business trip, they were supposed to get me to my office and back, one of the drivers trow me in the middle of nowhere in the rain and cold and a second time they didn't even showed up.
Didn't stay at the hotel but used their airport parking service. Pay online and you go to the counter and get your car tag. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes. Very simple and fast.
The remodeling in the lobby is nice for an older hotel. Good wifi on the first floor. Rooms could be updated. No problems on this trip. Adora and the rest of the staff was very helpful and nice.
Very accommodating, we stayed here for the day while waiting for a red eye flight. The rooms could use a bit of work, but the beds were comfy and the Tvs were brand new in the room. Also, the airport location is nice.
Had a rough day with traveling. Checked in late and Lena was the best! She made sure our stay was comfortable. Went above and beyond with helping us with our bags! She also gave us a free breakfast coupon just to lighten the load. Breakfast attendant in the morning was also the best! Greatest hotel experience during my long trip
Rebeca was phenomenal at the Sapphire Bar & Grill! The staff was short- handed but she was literally running the floor to make sure all of her customers were taken care of. Excellent service and great food!!

Hotel was nice, fairly clean. Not sure how well they vacuumed because we found a small piece of what looked like an earring on the floor in our room. It has a nice restaurant, but $14 for the breakfast buffet seemed a little steep to me. Also, the complimentary shampoo smells like rotting pumpkin. The conditioner was better though. Overall, I would stay again. I would definitely bring my own shampoo.
