This place gets five stars because their room water is the best hotel room water I've EVER had. Seriously: I don't know what you guys are doing to filter out the nasty, salty, hotel taste that I previously thought all hotels had, but wow yours doesn't have it!
For people who find there's more to a hotel than water in the rooms, I would probably give this place a 4 star. It's not the fanciest hotel I've been to, but the rooms are bigger than some of the national chains, and it seems nice.

I had a great experience here in November 2023! The front desk person (I think his name was Emron) could tell I was tired, and helped me secure a quiet room and gave me an express introduction to the hotel. He was so kind and efficient. The rooms are dated but comfortable. The whole staff was fantastic. It was close to the airport and has a shuttle. I’d stay here again.

Stayed here my last night in utah as it is really close to the airport. Breakfast was not included and after September the pool is closed. Had some trouble with the tv channels, the room was good no pest seen and furniture was clean and organized. Shower worked fine cold and hot water was good. Hotel staff were great and friendly.

The remodeling in the lobby is nice for an older hotel. Good wifi on the first floor. Rooms could be updated. No problems on this trip. Adora and the rest of the staff was very helpful and nice.

Didn't stay at the hotel but used their airport parking service. Pay online and you go to the counter and get your car tag. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes. Very simple and fast.

We had a great stay for our two nights there. We had an issue with the room late at night but we waited until morning to have the problem fixed. I asked a Housekeeper to check out our issue with the room but she did not understand me. She ask another coworker to help, his name was Franky. He was very nice and came over to our room to see what was going on and was able to have an engineer come to our room. This man was great as well and took care the problem right away.
Our last night we decided to give the restaurant a try again Franky was there and greeted us with a smile and talk with us some. Seems like he lives there as he was always there but it was great to see him, he is a very welcoming person.
We had a great stay only thing we really saw was the rooms need some good TLC.

I don't have a lot of experience with staying at a hotel, or flying, but this hotel has made my trip so much easier! They've been so accommodating and informative, I couldn't have asked for a better first time in Salt Lake City. The loft room was beautiful, clean, cozy, and really put me at ease; like a home away from home. Plus, the convenience of the shuttle to and from the airport meant no rental cars, no dealing with city traffic, and no pressure. My hotel room also had a pretty good view of the mountains (not that they're hard to find).
Overall, if you're looking for good rooms, good service, and a relaxing experience, this is the only hotel in Salt Lake that can give you all 3!!

The hotel is older than I expected and smells musty for the price. But the rooms seemed clean and the staff was very friendly and hard-working. I was especially impressed with the young man who worked the front desk, Emran. He was very kind and accommodating to me and and my grand-daughter and the customers who were piling up behind us due to flight cancellations or delays. As my granddaughter and I watched some of the customer behaviors, I explained to her that the person who runs the front desk has the hardest job in a hotel. I commended Emran each day of our stay for his demeaner and perseverance. He was humble and grateful. I hope his employer has an opportunity to thank him for making our stay at the Radisson worth completing this review.

First time staying at this hotel and I'm very pleased with the stay. The concierge was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. After settling down in my room, I went downstairs to have dinner. Francisco took care of everything and I had an amazing meal. The meal prices were a little high but I'll take a quality meal over powder eggs and stale tortilla chips at the airport. I would come back with my family in a heartbeat.

The general manager Mazhar Kathi was very friendly and helpful. He helped us out with all of our questions and extra arrangements with the shuttle, parking etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here to everyone.

The best thing about Radisson was the young lady at the front desk, Priya. She was smiling, happy, informative, we just felt welcomed! Then, I love the big staircase up to our second floor room. Which had a great shower! The pressure was excellent! Room was clean, position of the hotel is perfect! Near the airport, yet, the road this hotel is on goes right up to the downtown area of Salt Lake. Easy drive to airport or downtown.

I was flying through Salt Lake on my way home on Oct 21 when an unexpected database outage grounded all flights in and out of the airport. My flight cancelled, I was fortunate to find this hotel instead of being stuck overnight in the terminal.
I arrived with another traveler also stranded. We both checked into our rooms very quickly. We then met at the restaurant/bar area. From there, I watched a steady stream of customers arrive, most of whom had not planned to stay but found themselves there the same as me.
Despite the fact that the hotel was mot prepared for all of us, the staff pivoted and took great care of us. The service in the restaurant was great, the margaritas helping to take the sting out of being stuck overnight. I signed up for the free shuttle for 6am to catch my 8am flight. The staff had also made sure that the breakfast area was open and we were encouraged to grab food/snacks before leaving. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was comfortable. More than that though, was the ability of this staff to take care of a large influx of guests and do it with a smile.
This has been a tough road for all of us; many service/hospitality industries are hurting for people. I don't know if this hotel had the staffing it usually does on a Monday night outside of ski season, but I do know that they did a great job accommodating an influx of customers without notice. If I need to stay in Salt Lake in the future, I'd absolutely stay here again. Bravo team.

I appreciated having a restaurant on-site after a long day. The food and service were good. Rooms were nice with comfortable beds. Hallways are undergoing renovations, so they are investing in the place. Check out was easy. Lobby had some lounge areas and business center with computers.

Room was very spacious. But, no phone-had to walk back to desk for question. Had a fireplace room, but it didn't work. Was looking forward to relaxing. Still, it was a good experience.

Beautiful hotel. 1st room was perfect except there was NO heat. It was in the 30's outside. They had us move to another room (after we fully unpacked) without assistance; new room smaller but thankfully had heat...but only tepid shower water. Even tried taking a shower at a different time of day...still not hot. Very close to airport, shuttle on time.

However to my surprise it was totally different The rooms were cleaned the food was great and Shaqeesh at the front desk (then working at the bar) was a pleasure. Hotel was nice, fairly clean. Not sure how well they vacuumed because we found a small piece of what looked like an earring on the floor in our room. It has a nice restaurant, but $14 for the breakfast buffet seemed a little steep to me. Also, the complimentary shampoo smells like rotting pumpkin. The conditioner was better though. Overall, I would stay again. I would definitely bring my own shampoo.

This is the best value of all the airport hotels in the area. Check- in staff Ragu was very efficient and professional. Rooms were clean and up to date. Amenities were standard for price. Disappointed that breakfast was not included. Have to pay, but it's delicious.

First time here. My experience was nice starting from the friendly shuttle van driver who picked me up at the airport, to Troy the gentleman who checked me in at the front desk. Troy was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. For someone who worked the swing shift he looked so refresh and happy. The people who worked the lobby restaurant for both dinner and breakfast were also nice. The room I had was spacious. It had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker all the essentials that I need. I didn't give the room a 5 star because the desk chair was old and the leather was all torn up. Bed was super comfy which I liked.

Everything else was pretty much perfect though, we had a loft room with a nice view and everything. After working a convention out here for roughly a week, it was a cozy little vacation. The shuttle was also very convenient. Overall, a very good hotel and I would come back the next time I'm in Salt Lake City. 👍

I stayed here a couple weeks ago and was checked in by Emran who was so kind and welcoming. It was an easy check in process and great experience. There wasn't much of an explanation about the parking situation, so that was a little confusing but I got it figured out. The only issue in the room was the heat was left on so it was so hot in there and I couldn't open windows to help cool it down and the A/C was not working either so that wasn't super comfortable to stay in. The room was a little outdated and could use some TLC, but it wasn't a horrible stay and I thought it was worth the price.

First I have to say this you really have to do an outstanding job to get a five star from me . So they're getting a four-star he's quite a bit . Overall the hotel is pretty good. I wish I'd seen have seen the pool on the second floor if it was open. I was there in February so kind of doubt it. My only complaint is that the windows were impossible to open. Again it was February and they had storm windows in. The condition between the two panes of glass had me concerned. Other than that everything was simple and quiet. The question that is always asked: would I recommend them? I would say yes.

It’s a nice hotel, very comfortable queen beds in our double bedroom, coffee and tea, soap, shampoo and towels available, breakfast was not included but it was good, maybe a bit pricey. The rest of the hotel is nice, they have a pool and a little area to buy snacks and toothbrushes or other, the people working there are good and polite. They have a shuttle to and from the airport, also near the train station. Very convenient. I recommend this hotel

My husband and I stayed there Saturday night March 30th through the 31st. We asked for a late checkout and they want us it was granted and that we would be leaving by 4:00 p.m. then following days. 12:30 damn I get a call that we are getting kicked out and we have 30 minutes to pack up our stuff and leave. The reason, the airport had to cancel some rides and they were fully booked. I understand their situation that they were in but there was no budging no nothing my husband and I had to hurry and pack up our stuff and leave. The manager on duty was quite condescending telling us that he is fully booked and he couldn't grant our request for a late checkout. Fine, would that being said it could have at least given us until 2:00 p.m. instead of having us brush and gather everything together and get out of the hotel. They do offer a continental breakfast, for a fee. The room was actually quite pleasant the atmosphere of the hotel was very nice but their customer service is severely lacking when they kick out 12 rooms in 30 minutes. They could have compromised and let us still have a later check out like I said 2:00 p.m. so people did not feel rushed to get out of their hotel. So fair warning if you ask for a late check out does not guarantee even though they said you can does not guarantee that you will get it. I for one will not be coming back because of the manager!

It has a gym, guest laundry, bar, restaurant open from 5pm to 10pm. Its also just steps away from at least a couple excellent choices for outside restaurants.
Its got an underground parking garage with 3 elevators to get to and from the upper levels of the hotel. You need to get a parking permit from the front desk that has to be displayed in your dashboard/windshield. The entrance to the garage is at the Northwest of the hotel with a max clearance height of 6'10".
Overall a pleasant stay, will stay again if its needed. 5 stars 🌟!

I loved this hotel. Everything is gorgeous, beautiful and classic looking. Super clean and comfortable. They cover every detail. The staff is very attentive and kind. The room has amazing bathroom space, comfortable bed and soft and fresh pillows. A nice room and wonderful view. The pool area is nice. I would definitely come back when in SLC. Oh also they have a good location, close to different places in the city and the metro that is very useful for transportation around the area

This is easily the most beautiful, upscale classic, luxury hotel in all of Salt Lake City. I am a regular guest of this hotel for my leisure trips, and have never been let down. Their staff have a real eye for detail and even after a significant amount of time between visits, a couple staff members still recognized me and greeted me by name. Nowhere else does that happen!

I am really impressed with my stay. Very friendly staff. Checking in was quick. My rom was clean. I had an issue with the bathroom it was addressed quickly but couldn't be fixed. They apologized several times and moved me to anther room, Rizwan was great to work with. I ate at the Tuscan Bistro inside the hotel. Very good food, Shalim (Sunny) was great and helped me order a build your own pizza to take back to my room. I will definitely stay here my next trip to Utah.
