This is a scam. Besides the poor customer service, The prices on the website does not match the location price. Their website is saying $8 per day while the real price is $23 per day. Strongly recommended to go somewhere else.
Always a quick pickup at the car. Usually waiting for me before I get out of my car. A little slow picking up at the airport.
I am very disappointed. I was attempting to make a reservation online as there is a discounted rate through me employer. The transaction did not go through on my end yet my credit card was charged. I thought it was an authorization that would fall of however it was an actual charge. I never received a reservation number yet I was still charged. I still parked here as I called to advise the online system was having issues. Now 2 weeks later the charge is there and I am getting no where fixing the charge. Today I was told I need to show my receipt from paying again at the pointe of my exit which I no longer have. I was charged by both US Park and Qwik Park as the system is basically the same. I parked at Qwik Park and paid upon exit.
The best way to park when going to DTW! Quick and great customer service. The drivers are always wonderful and helpful. It's also a great price!
First and last time for sure. Almost 30 angry passengers were waiting for a shuttle for more than half an hour. Also since there was no specific waiting area when one bus finally came it drove past those of us who had been waiting for half an hour and just randomly took people till the seats filled up. Definitely saw other shuttle services running more frequently.
I parked here every weekend for almost 6 months. Never had any issue during that period. Shuttle is quick and there is hardly any wait time. Its around 10mins from airport. It was 10$/day in 2018 when i parked there. With corporate discount u can get it for 7$/day so check with them if they have discount with ur employer.
Wonderful service and honest employees!! Definitely will use this service again. After a 10 day vacation we returned for our car. My husband accidentally left his wallet (with cash and credit cards inside) on the shuttle bus. We didn’t notice his wallet was missing until after arriving home over three hours later! I immediately called Qwik Park because he knew that was the last place he had seen it. They had his wallet locked in the safe! The driver found it and turned it in for safe keeping until we could retrieve it...with all its contents still there! So thankful for great service and employees with integrity!
A completely different experience online and offline. The online booking software was completely awful. It was like pulling teeth to get through. However, the in person experience was phenomenal. The staff was so friendly and down to earth, and they were extremely fast. The experience in person was the best parking experience I've ever had. But the online was one of the worst booking experiences I've ever had. Qwik Park - fix your booking system and you'll have a great thing going!
