I will never use this place again. I made reservations through the website,checked in fine and paid a portion of the fee and parked. When I went to leave the extremely rude lady at the window double charged me and told me “ there is no way you made a reservation on your own, maybe your company did for you!” And to “ NOT do that again!!” I was on vacation with my family. My work had nothing to do with my flight or parking. Still to this day I have no idea what I am not supposed to do again. But I had to pay twice anyway. If you stay here I hope you don’t have to deal with that kind of customer service. I will never recommend anyone to park here ever.

Waited on Qwik Park for 20 minutes before finally calling for myself and my husband. The dispatcher said she would send someone. We waited another 15 minutes. The driver tried to leave my husband and I for this family he didn't want to break up but never even asked who was waiting first. Needless to say we wouldn't allow him to leave us and we will not be using Qwik Park again. Too much chaos. Too long a wait time. Simply put an inconvenience.

Qwik Park has been my parking lot of choice for the past three years, but I'm seriously considering switching to Airlines Parking or U.S. Park. I fly every week for work, usually out on Mondays and back on Fridays.
For the past six months or so, Qwik Park has had absolutely terrible wait times for shuttles. In the 30+ minutes spent waiting for a Qwik Park shuttle I see five to ten shuttles come and go from the other lots. It's almost as if they wait for a crowd of people to build up before sending one out. Half the time, the crowd is so large it requires the driver to radio back requesting more shuttles.
I see no reason to keep using Qwik Park when the other lots provide the same exact thing, at the same exact price, with much better service.

Arrived at Quik Park around 4:30 am, kind of busy because the shuttles are allowing 6 people on at a time, because of the social distancing. (Very good idea). But what bothered me the most was that the way the dispatcher was talking to the drivers with an sarcastic attitude. Do they know that customers can hear them?

Has always been our go-to place to park but this last time was a real disappointment. We waited 40 mins at the airport for a pickup and had to call to see where the shuttle was. By the time one showed up the line was long and people wanted to pile in - which isn’t safe right now. No apologies. No nothing. Even woman taking our money seemed miserable. Oh...and we found out they raised their rates when we went to pay. Surprise.

While they took good care of my car and the shuttles are quick and easy, the business side of Qwik Park is horrid.
I had paid for my reservation online prior to dropping my car off, but did not know that I was supposed to show them my payment confirmation when I left. I was charged twice, and if it wasn't for the fact I had recently checked my bank statement, I wouldn't have known at all. The worst part is that if I didn't pointed out that I already paid, the exit attendant would have let me leave after paying DOUBLE what I was supposed to pay. The attendant told me that they can't see whether a customer has paid or not based on their exit ticket. When I asked him why it was up to the customer to avoid being charged twice, he rudely told me that "I'm not in charge of that, I don't make the system."
I will NOT be using Qwik Park again. Saving a few dollars isn't worth the headache.

Pickup at airport was great. Finding my car great....Went to check out. I had reserved and already paid. I presented my ticket and was informed that it would be $60.00. I explained I already paid $56.00. So they were going to charge me an additional $4.00. I had to present my printed off reservation. If I would not of printed it off and brought it with me, I would of had to pay again to get out of there. Very rude and unfriendly. Needs to retire!!

I have parked here many times in the past with not problems. But this last time I waited almost an hour when I returned. To be fair there was a significant back up of people waiting. However, other airport parking shuttles came multiple times before a QwikPark shuttle. Then when I got back to my car there was a frozen bank of snow behind my vehicle from plowing that was about a foot high. I finally got over it but it ripped a hole in my muffler which costed $100 to fix.

Great parking place for a good price with fast service. I’ve been using Qwik Park for years and have never had any problems with them! Their shuttles are always prompt and fast, and their employees have always given good service. I have no question I can trust them with my vehicle.

This is a scam. Besides the poor customer service, The prices on the website does not match the location price. Their website is saying $8 per day while the real price is $23 per day. Strongly recommended to go somewhere else.

I am very disappointed. I was attempting to make a reservation online as there is a discounted rate through me employer. The transaction did not go through on my end yet my credit card was charged. I thought it was an authorization that would fall of however it was an actual charge. I never received a reservation number yet I was still charged. I still parked here as I called to advise the online system was having issues. Now 2 weeks later the charge is there and I am getting no where fixing the charge. Today I was told I need to show my receipt from paying again at the pointe of my exit which I no longer have. I was charged by both US Park and Qwik Park as the system is basically the same. I parked at Qwik Park and paid upon exit.

First and last time for sure. Almost 30 angry passengers were waiting for a shuttle for more than half an hour. Also since there was no specific waiting area when one bus finally came it drove past those of us who had been waiting for half an hour and just randomly took people till the seats filled up. Definitely saw other shuttle services running more frequently.

I parked here every weekend for almost 6 months. Never had any issue during that period. Shuttle is quick and there is hardly any wait time. Its around 10mins from airport. It was 10$/day in 2018 when i parked there. With corporate discount u can get it for 7$/day so check with them if they have discount with ur employer.

Wonderful service and honest employees!! Definitely will use this service again. After a 10 day vacation we returned for our car. My husband accidentally left his wallet (with cash and credit cards inside) on the shuttle bus. We didn’t notice his wallet was missing until after arriving home over three hours later! I immediately called Qwik Park because he knew that was the last place he had seen it. They had his wallet locked in the safe! The driver found it and turned it in for safe keeping until we could retrieve it...with all its contents still there! So thankful for great service and employees with integrity!

A completely different experience online and offline. The online booking software was completely awful. It was like pulling teeth to get through. However, the in person experience was phenomenal. The staff was so friendly and down to earth, and they were extremely fast. The experience in person was the best parking experience I've ever had. But the online was one of the worst booking experiences I've ever had. Qwik Park - fix your booking system and you'll have a great thing going!
