When you Arrive at the Parking lot
Upon arrival, enter the parking lot to the check-in area, where an agent will take your vehicle’s keys. The agent will help you with your luggage. You simply board the airport shuttle for a brief ride to Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG).
When you Return
Call 859-746-0300 after you’ve collected your bags to let Quality Inn & Suites know you’re ready for pickup.
Room was great and clean. Breakfast was pretty good, they had waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, also the lady working the Breakfast was very helpful. Also yogurt and muffins. Overall it fit the bill. I would recommend and there was room in the parking lot for our truck and car trailer. I would suggest pulling in a little earlier to get rig parking because we kinda got the last spot available in the big parking lot.

Requested a shuttle past their official time of service (past midnight), Krishna, who was also leading front desk, went extra miles to help several customers by running the shuttle past midnight due to delayed flight… unfortunately we did have people who don’t appreciate but always like to complain about everything. Krishna handled this situation professionally and with good focus. Way to go!!! And thanks for all of your efforts to continue to improve this service.

Staff was some of the nicest people I've ever encountered while traveling. Our flight was cancelled and they were very accommodating in getting us a room and setting up shuttle and parking service. The breakfast is well stocked and well maintained. Overall great and would recommend!

Great room, friendly staff. Note of advice to truckers - if you have more than a 40 ft trailer, do not book here! Parking entrance and exit is not truck friendly.

Best experience from a hotel. Its a smoking hotel & best hot water around. They accommodated me with very little notice without charging me extra. Very nice room, just an awesome place 2 stay. They also provided a shuttle service to & from the hotel 2 the airport. I would recommend Quality Inn 2 anyone looking 2 stay.5 stars from me.

This was a perfect hotel to stay in before I caught my plane at the CVG Airport. This was accommodating for the price and location. They shuttled back and forth to the airport and we were able to leave our car at the hotel while on vacation. This was super reasonable and covenant. Great place to try out if you are catching a flight from Cincinnati.

Just checked in and our service has been amazing! Falling asleep on the most comfortable bed! Check in was a breeze with Sam who was so kind and courtious. Sometimes you stay at place and you get a feel that it is just like all the others, between the beautiful brick building and one well kept hotel, I could tell this was someone's baby. Thanks!

This is a nice clean hotel with plenty of parking. The staff were all nice and helpful. They have a shuttle bus that picked us up very quickly. They have a nice warm breakfast selection. The bed was nice and comfortable and the room was very roomy.

Staff is very friendly and supporting. We were leaving early before breakfast time but the person brought us some cupcakes to go, I was able to update my room. Shuttle service is there. Room was cleaned every day. I had good experience.

I also want to put that Hope E Roberts works here and she is an amazing person everyday she goes above and beyond her work duty's and gets all the customers the her that they need ...

The room was Very clean. The breakfast included fresh waffles, sausage, eggs, donuts, etc. The hallways seem to be in the prosses of being renovated. For the price I was very happy. At the other end of my trip I stayed nextdoor at Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn I had to walk with my luggage a really long way and no free breakfast, yet about the same price. I would definitely stay at Quality Inn again for the value.

We use the hotel lot for long term parking… staff are always professional & kind. Also, after reading one of the rude comments … their English is just fine. Also, the lobby & bathrooms are always clean & tidy.

Denish was amazing, and really helpful. Really good customer service from the whole staff there. It's nice to talk to a person about making reservations versus online. I recommend this place and the gym is clean and nice.

Highly recommend this hotel. Everyone at the front desk is so nice and helpful. The owner is extremely nice and will make sure you are happy with your stay. The pool is nice and they have complimentary breakfast every morning. All the staff are extremely friendly. I actually witnessed a very stressed out guest because they lost their ID and had to board a plane that morning. Hope at the front desk actually took the time to go through everything and found a photocopy of their ID and was able to help him to get on the plane. I know a lot of places wouldn't take the extra effort to do that. They will take the extra steps that a lot of places won't. As many reviews have stated, the king beds are ridiculously comfortable. Any reviews that are terrible I truly believe to be exaggerated. For a quality inn, I was very impressed. The one in downtown Cincinnati is truly disgusting. This one is nothing like that. Anyone who is disappointed, is coming in thinking they are staying at a luxury hotel. Anyone with common sense knows the quality inn is not the same as The Ritz. Definitely the nicest quality inn I have seen. If you find anywhere cheaper, you were going to go somewhere with bed bugs that is disgusting. Also extremely close to the airport and they have free shuttles.

Great service, very cheap and comfy bed. Stayed for one night as we only came for a concert but we had the best service. Very easy check in and out. The room wasn’t dirty but want the absolute cleanest either. Would for sure stay again!

Not sure what some of these whiny reviews are about. This place is great! While it’s a very affordable option, the staff really go above and beyond to accommodate guests. Krishna was super helpful to us. I really like the shuttle bus and long term parking options available to guests as well. Overall, I would stay here again and I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of our stay for the price. Also, here’s an early congratulations for your degree, Krishna!

Didn't stay used Park in fly though for the week I went to vagas got us there quick and called the hotel directly and came got us really quick close to the airport and my car was fine all week tmand very economical to park here and fly out will use it again on my next trip to Las Vagas.

We have enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff has been top notch since day one. The shuttle ran on time to and from the airport. Large hot breakfast in the morning and super clean pool. The rooms were just as clean with very good cleaning service. The front desk attendant could put a smile on anyone's face. We appreciate the excellent service and will definitely stay here again in the future.

The ONLY place that we will stay at when we are flying out of the airport there. Unbelievable deals on long term parking and shuttles to and from the airport. The MOST helpful and friendly staff working there that we have ever had at any motel chain. 5 STARS!

The hotel is clean enough, for the price range I would recommend it but if you're willing to spend an extra $20 or so there are better hotels in the area, the staff are friendly and accommodating but the breakfast is somewhat lackluster, but I chop that up to living in the age of COVID. The rooms have their problems, it took about 3 tries to get me into a room with functioning heat, but the staff were very willing to continue trying and didn't complain when I complained, which is something I value very highly. If you're not looking for luxury, just a safe place to lay your head at a reasonible price, this is the place for you.
