Quality Inn & Suites Kansas City Airport

This is a very great place to stay and the folks running this Quality Inn and Suites are wonderful, friendly, helpful, very kind and so much help and so very considerate! We appreciate their good hearts! We made a wise choice in choosing this motel for our stay!

Great place, employees are all nice and friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean rooms.

Check in was fast. Room was clean. I'm a daytime sleeper, they made sure to put me in a quiet area. Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at a few of these Quality Inns. This one was clean and everything looked and seemed fresh. As I don't judge by the age of decor and stuff, I tend to judge by sleep quality. It was great. Delivered exactly as expected and no complaints. Room was clean beds were clean. No garbage under the beds or anywhere else in the room. Nice hot shower amd polite and courteous staff made my quick overnight rest with my kiddos a delight.

Very relaxing place to stay,clean and wide room,good price,safe place to stay,glad they have an open restaurant nearby,they need to update the comforter coz it has some tear maybe bcoz it’s too old.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we did use their park and shuttle service for the airport. Roy was our driver and he was very polite and quick to get us in the van and on our way. Highly recommend using their parking services - it is much cheaper than airport parking!

Always stayed at quality inns, never will go anywhere else. They are cheap and clean. Super nice

Room looked clean, restroom looked remodeled ,one room smelled like someone had smoked in there. Went to switch to another non-smoking room but it was extremely hot like the hall and still had smoke smell. I hate to say with my underlying health condition I was unable to stay. AJ was wonderful along with the rest of the staff. Very patient and helpful staff. Just wish the rooms wasn't hot and it didn't smell like they had been smoked in. Have not had a chance to talk with them, but I was so grateful they did not take the room out from underneath me, because I showed up late so even though, I did not stay ,I did go ahead and pay for the two days which is fair due to me showing up around midnight the third day due to health issues,so I understood they charged me for that day as well. Looks like I may have been charged for a fourth day which I need to call and check into so they can explain. Not sure if there's an error on their part or my understanding. Like I said AJ / management and the other staff that worked with me were wonderful.

Ajay the manager/owner is super friendly. We had an issue with our initial reservation but he got everything straightened out. Very accommodating with our dog. Super clean room. Only about 10 minutes to KCI airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family or friends staying in KC.

The lady that checked me out was fantastic she was so nice smiling the whole time thank you for a good stay.

Price was great. Came in late. Desk lady was very nice. Priceline said pool,continental breakfast, and mini bar were to be included. No pool cause a bday party was held and a kid puked in the pool. No breakfast because of covid and no mini bar either. Vending machine was terrible. No where to get food. Room was big. Bed was very comfortable. Another annoying thing is that room has coffee maker and they only give you decaf .

Nice people. Friendly and attentive. Good price not many amenities during Covid-19 but overall a fine place to stay.

Bed was super comfortable. Corners and behind furniture need cleaned more often lots of dust. Safety lock on door was broken. And could see thur the edges of the door too much.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The owner has gone above and beyond for me. When I checked in I was going through a hard time and he made sure my stay was not only comfortable but checked on me daily. I didn't have a car and he made sure I made it to work on time. He went far beyond his duties as a hotel owner. I cannot express how kind AJ his wife and brother are. His staff was phenomenal as well. Between his house keeper Matt who always made sure I had clean sheets, towels, and blankets and the front desk clerk Montana who made sure I felt at home away from home this property deserves 5 stars. Anytime I need to stay in a hotel it will definitely be with these guys. Thank you so much for kindness, great service, and all around experience with this amazing hotel.

Montana Monroe was the most helpful and knowledgeable hotel concierge/front desk worker we've ever encountered. Derrick Smith was also a fantastic driver. Very personable and made our drive so pleasant! Thanks so much for a pleasant stay!!

Used their parking lot while we flew out of town. Great place. Very prompt picking us up on our return.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I was able to park my car there by using the app SpotHero. Roy, their shuttle driver was AMAZING! He was there super early in the morning waiting to take people to the airport, got to the airport quickly and safely, and was so sweet. When I got back from my vacation, Roy quickly came to pick me up within 15 minutes of calling the hotel to say that I had landed. Please give this guy a raise, he was one of the best shuttle drivers I have ever had!

The host let me stay a couple hours until my flight departure, very courteous! Our shuttle bus driver, Roy was an excellent driver and helpful! I will definitely be coming here for my travels again! Thank you!

Parked there for shuttle service to airport on 11/26. Driver was a great guy, fun conversationalist. Got us to the airport quickly and safely. Can't complain.

Great place located bt the airport. Quiet safe, not bad for the price. Rooms are spacious, the bed is cleaner than Super 8 on Barry rd and on ambassador and 83. It is as non-smoking hotels. The best part is that the staff are attentive and talk to you better than any hotel I have been to. Aj was great. Store for shopping and dining waking distance. Definitely will be back.

Rooms are extremely nice for the price. As long as you don't stay one night, you gotta get in 2 burner. Stove parmesan's fridge. Plan your room to walk around in for 2 or 3 people. Front desk help is real nice and agree with smile. No attitudes, they do the best. They can to get you in as fast as they can. If they think you booked by mistake, they give you a call before your reservation can't be canceled. Just to make sure you're still comino.Get on a first name basis with you.I'm thinking about living here.Full ti have a reasonable monthly rate as well as weekly rates

Had great parking experience . Just parked my car day on Friday and a nice shuttle ride to the airport. The driver Roy was so friendly and caring.

Great hotel near the Kansas City Airport! The staff is always very friendly, and the rooms are always in tip-top shape. They have a shuttle to the airport, or they're a five-minute drive. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby - I always like walking over to Roxanne's across the street, where you can enjoy a nice home-cooked meal and some delicious desserts. Or, go check out the beautiful view of the river from downtown Platte City! Wonderful place to stay.

For me personally I have a king suite. The room from the kitchen bathroom living room and bed room is full renovated and spacious. Everything is upgraded. I can't speak for outside hallways or other peoples experience but I have 0 complaints and I would fully recommend this place for people traveling or just a single person transitioning. I also have a pull out couch in my living room and my room was clean when I ✅ in and I've seen zero bugs. 😊 Great especially for the price. And the area is peaceful

My family and I were traveling from Fl back home to AZ. We were re-routed to MO and our flight left us before we even landed. Then we were notified our flight was changed to the following day. We were in an unfamiliar state, with no car and no housing-It was around midnight and we have 4 kids including a toddler and a 5 month old baby.



Quality Inn provided us a room at a great price when no other hotels were available in a 10 mile radius. After arriving, Jeff helped us get our bags out of the Uber and inside. We were just talking amongst the family about how we were hungry and Jeff offered to get us food since we didn’t have a vehicle. He went to McDonalds for us and stopped off to get us some drinks as well. We ordered pizza the next day and weren’t there in time to receive the delivery and Jeff offered to pay if we reimbursed him.



We had trouble with our car rental return time and the GM offered to pick me up from the airport and Jeff was more then willing to take me and my family back to the airport at 4am. Thankfully, they didn’t have to, but their customer service and accommodations were amazing. All the staff was beyond friendly.



The room itself could use a little better housekeeping and maintenance. The headboard needed to be mounted to the wall better and the shower heads fixtures need to be changed; however, all the linen was very clean and the water was nice, the AC worked great.



We would definitely stay here again if we come back to MO. Thanks for everything!

With every place being severely understaffed lately it was a pleasure to stay here. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Coffee and limited breakfast were served as best as can be with so many restrictions by friendly and welcoming hotel staff.

Got a 3 times delayed aircraft departure from Austin. Quality inn and suites had room and picked me up at the airport. Awesome.

We had our flight cancelled, it was a mess and we were really stressed out. We got a hotel voucher for this place for the night. REALLY GREAT place! Our shuttle driver Roy was a real treat! This guy went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and ease our stress. Best shuttle driver I've ever had.

When it comes to making the best out of a bad situation, this place checked all the boxes. 10/10

A solid 3.5 stars. This was a great option for us since our flight was leaving early in the morning and we live over an away. They provide a free continental breakfast, free shuttle to the airport and allow you to leave your car there while you're out of town. We didn't have to wait long for the free shuttle when we got back to town. The room is very basic, beds not the most comfy, not a lot of pressure in the shower, but there are two sinks which helps when two people are getting ready in the mornings!

I used Quality Inn & Suites car parking service, instead of using the overpriced airport parking. It is very reasonably priced. The shuttle service was also outstanding. We had the pleasure of being driven to the airport by Roy. He is very personable and I made it to our destination safely! Highly recommend their services!!! (But don't use the travel car website to book reservations).

Very nice accessible room. Beds are so comfortable.

Nice place to stay. Conveniently located off of I-29 South. Large parking lot and rooms. Food establishment right next door.
