Very nice was pleased with the room bed was very comfortable . Good breakfast the great grandkids were happy.
We had ants in our bathroom. Not bad but still annoying. The rooms are nice but the hall ways could use some touch ups.
This is 1of the worst quality inn's we've ever seen. The doors dont lock coming in. There was a police chase in the hallway. The only maid asked if we had weed to sell, then for a ride. Lights don't work, it smelled. Had to stand at desk for 15 minutes to even get someone to check us in. The outside is a mess. No water pressure, toilet and sink dont drain right and to top it off there's ants in the room's. We will definitely find somewhere else to go next time. Definitely needs renovation or tore down. Worst quality inn we've ever seen.
Oh man, where to start? The guy in the evenings at the front desk, Jeff, was rude and unhelpful the 6 times we had to go get keys for all 3 of our rooms because they kept deactivating. The rooms smelled of mildew. One of the rooms air made noise all the time it was running which meant either be hot at night or listen to it. Bathrooms were all pretty gross, the one the shower head hardware where it attached to the wall was unattached. Cleanliness was sub par. Asked them to come in and switch towels and trash in one room and run the vacuum, she assured me that it was no problem and would be taken care of - didn't happen. Breakfast was blah, they were out of most things, tables and counters were sticky. Pool was alright though the area around was gross as was the bathroom off the pool area. Lots of unattended children running around. Housekeeping staff who also apparently lived there were fighting and cussing through the halls, threatening each other. Plug ins were all too loose to allow things to remain plugged in. Mini fridge was yucky. All the window screens look like they had been removed from the outside and barely put back in. The were electrical wires sticking up through the ground out by the BBQ grill area. Asked for extra blankets and they said they didn't have any. No guest laundry, which was alright because there is a laundromat next door but still kind of a bummer. Other than keys not working we had to slam into the one door to get it open. Many "secure entry" doors to the outside didn't latch. Shower curtains a dingy yucky color, could use washed. Paint peeling significantly in bathroom. Hair and dirt on bathroom floor at check in. Is that all? Blah. 3 rooms, 3 nights, not impressed.
I want to stay by saying the staff here couldn't be any nicer or more accommodating. They have the right attitude for running a hotel. Unfortunately the hotel they are running is in pretty bad shape. There was a terrible smell throughout, including in my room. The bathroom looked dirty and there was hair left all over the bathroom. The hotel feels old and not very clean. But the main thing is that smell ... like stale food, wet dirty dog and mold all mixed together. Makes it really hard to enjoy your stay.
When I arrived there was no power and couldn’t check in. When I finally got to my room, it hadn’t been cleaned. Put me in another room. When I got in the shower there was mold. The breakfast was terrible. The two guys working the desk were full of excuses. For the mold, it’s the humidity, the breakfast, it’s not something we normally do we’re doing it as a bonus for you. Definitely would not recommend.
Staff was nice, but this hotel needs some serious TLC. The lobby smelled weird (can't even describe it), room was very musty smelling with obvious moisture damage evident on surfaces. It was dingy and grimy. Sheets were clean though. I would highly recommend a thorough cleaning of all surfaces and if possible a full remodel. It's beyond needing it.
With every place being severely understaffed lately it was a pleasure to stay here. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Coffee and limited breakfast were served as best as can be with so many restrictions by friendly and welcoming hotel staff.
If you need a place to stay in a bind or just in general, this is the place for you!
My family and I were traveling from Fl back home to AZ. We were re-routed to MO and our flight left us before we even landed. Then we were notified our flight was changed to the following day. We were in an unfamiliar state, with no car and no housing-It was around midnight and we have 4 kids including a toddler and a 5 month old baby.
Quality Inn provided us a room at a great price when no other hotels were available in a 10 mile radius. After arriving, Jeff helped us get our bags out of the Uber and inside. We were just talking amongst the family about how we were hungry and Jeff offered to get us food since we didn’t have a vehicle. He went to McDonalds for us and stopped off to get us some drinks as well. We ordered pizza the next day and weren’t there in time to receive the delivery and Jeff offered to pay if we reimbursed him.
We had trouble with our car rental return time and the GM offered to pick me up from the airport and Jeff was more then willing to take me and my family back to the airport at 4am. Thankfully, they didn’t have to, but their customer service and accommodations were amazing. All the staff was beyond friendly.
The room itself could use a little better housekeeping and maintenance. The headboard needed to be mounted to the wall better and the shower heads fixtures need to be changed; however, all the linen was very clean and the water was nice, the AC worked great.
We would definitely stay here again if we come back to MO. Thanks for everything!
The entire place smelled like a veterinarian's office or kennel, so the $25 pet fee isn't used for cleaning. The tub faucet is loose in rm 304, and about to fall off the shower. The garbage from the last tenant was still in the trash can, and a large wad of their hair was in the bathroom floor so I have to assume the entire room is unsanitary by COVID-19 standards.
The following morning there were no staff on duty from 7-8:30 AM, and the place was trashed. I had to go out to eat breakfast. I called the corporate complaint line, and contacted the motel later that night to complain, and was offered no compensation for my troubles. I actually looked around the facility to make sure staff weren't lying around unconscious somewhere, because it looked like there had been a robbery. I assume the staff quit, or were arrested.
I love this hotel! Everybody was very friendly, they gave suggestions to things i asked about and really went the extra mile!! The rooms were very clean ,, and they had alot of good channels on tv!! Thank you Ricky and staff!! Ill be back again !! Much love!! ❤️❤️❤️😁
It was great stay. Good customer service. Definitely coming back. Stayed on Weekend had nice hot breakfast
Julie is amazing I hope the contract is renewed. The stay was amazing. I wish time didn’t tick tock so fast, or I would’ve stayed longer!
Price was great. Came in late. Desk lady was very nice. Priceline said pool, continental breakfast, and mini bar were to be included. No pool cause a bday party was held and a kid puked in the pool. No breakfast because of covid and no mini bar either. Vending machine was terrible. No where to get food. Room was big. Bed was very comfortable. Another annoying thing is that room has coffee maker and they only give you decaf .
We had fun. Nice bathroom. Pool closed😭
For the most part the bed was clean room looked good. no pool because some body puked in it.nothing in the vending machine .the coffee had two bags decaf only. No mini bar bathroom was clean .no Continental breakfast.they could have at least poisted. This on there web padge .plus there isn't any place to order food .over all it really sucked.
Just don’t. There was dried shredded cheese on the door of the fridge. The fridge had a half full glass of water with ice in the fridge. The cabinet holding the fridge had fluid stains down the front. The dust was thick in the corners. The hair build up in the corners in the bathroom wasn’t appealing either. But the bed held while we slept.
When we went to check out, there was a note “helping a customer”. We waited and a gentleman came out of an office and asked why we didn’t ring the bell. Another fine worker came in from break at the same time. They explained the messy room as they were training someone new.
The last notable experience of this hotel was the construction material, the poor paint job, and the finely wrote note on a door stating the maintenance man is f$cking pathetic.
Nice people. Friendly and attentive. Good price not many amenities during Covid-19 but overall a fine place to stay.
Nice place to stay. Conveniently located off of I-29 South. Large parking lot and rooms. Food establishment right next door.
Great place, employees are all nice and friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean rooms.
If the room I had was an example of the rest of the rooms find another place to stay.
See photo of bath tub. Room was only slightly better.
Used their parking lot while we flew out of town. Great place. Very prompt picking us up on our return.
Bed was super comfortable. Corners and behind furniture need cleaned more often lots of dust. Safety lock on door was broken. And could see thur the edges of the door too much.
Always stayed at quality inns, never will go anywhere else. They are cheap and clean. Super nice
The outside exit door was next to my hotel room and didn't lock. Non-Guests entered that entry door, broke into my hotel room, stole my cash, and my car keys. Stole my car. I have called and spoken to management now 4 times. They refuse to do anything about it or even give a free room for the future.
The room was also dirty and hot as hell. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Very nice rooms, very friendly staff, good family, always helps me when I lose my keycard😂 10/10
No pool. Did not say so in booking.
Wasted $78 to take our kids to....nothing. wish we were home. #transparency
Room looked clean, restroom looked remodeled ,one room smelled like someone had smoked in there. Went to switch to another non-smoking room but it was extremely hot like the hall and still had smoke smell. I hate to say with my underlying health condition I was unable to stay. AJ was wonderful along with the rest of the staff. Very patient and helpful staff. Just wish the rooms wasn't hot and it didn't smell like they had been smoked in. Have not had a chance to talk with them, but I was so grateful they did not take the room out from underneath me, because I showed up late so even though, I did not stay ,I did go ahead and pay for the two days which is fair due to me showing up around midnight the third day due to health issues,so I understood they charged me for that day as well. Looks like I may have been charged for a fourth day which I need to call and check into so they can explain. Not sure if there's an error on their part or my understanding. Like I said AJ / management and the other staff that worked with me were wonderful.
Ajay the manager/owner is super friendly. We had an issue with our initial reservation but he got everything straightened out. Very accommodating with our dog. Super clean room. Only about 10 minutes to KCI airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family or friends staying in KC.
Hotel has a strange odor and is extremely hot. I got to my room and it was just as hot and the odor lingered inside the room as well. Even with COVID the hotel says it would have coffee and individual wrapped pastries available for breakfast, and there was nothing there. I stood in the lobby so I could speak with the staff and the staff walked around and refused to acknowledge my presence.
It was clean. But the service was definitely lacking in many ways. We called the front desk 3 times to check on breakfast times and no one answered. When we went to check out no one was up there and finally had to call the main number to get anyone to come up.
Very comfortable rooms. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Took extra precautions for the pandemic like not touching personal items unnecessarily. Felt safe. Will stay again.
Check in was fast. Room was clean. I'm a daytime sleeper, they made sure to put me in a quiet area. Will definitely stay here again.
Bed was good. Rest of room was a little dated. Front desk worker was also the airport shuttle lucky I got there right before she left. Some people that came in after I had checked in had to wait 30+ minutes to check in.
Front staff was not super friendly. If you park on the backside of the hotel and have to walk in, it's quite a distance. Room was spacious and pet friendly.
Very relaxing place to stay, clean and wide room, good price, safe place to stay, glad they have an open restaurant nearby, they need to update the comforter coz it has some tear maybe bcoz it’s too old.

This is a very great place to stay and the folks running this Quality Inn and Suites are wonderful, friendly, helpful, very kind and so much help and so very considerate! We appreciate their good hearts! We made a wise choice in choosing this motel for our stay!
Avoid at all costs. I used them for airport parking. When I returned I had to call 4 times before someone finally answered. When some lady finally answered I was informed that it was too late for their shuttle, and I had to drop $25 on a cab to get back to my car. Also the license plate on my car was stolen and the hotel could not care less
A solid 3.5 stars. This was a great option for us since our flight was leaving early in the morning and we live over an away. They provide a free continental breakfast, free shuttle to the airport and allow you to leave your car there while you're out of town. We didn't have to wait long for the free shuttle when we got back to town. The room is very basic, beds not the most comfy, not a lot of pressure in the shower, but there are two sinks which helps when two people are getting ready in the mornings!
We had our flight cancelled, it was a mess and we were really stressed out. We got a hotel voucher for this place for the night. REALLY GREAT place! Our shuttle driver Roy was a real treat! This guy went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and ease our stress. Best shuttle driver I've ever had.
When it comes to making the best out of a bad situation, this place checked all the boxes. 10/10
Nice room(free TV too, all the good channels!)
Nice complimentary breakfast
SUPER Nice shuttle driver
Awesome and accommodating staff
Thanks a bunch guys.
I used Quality Inn & Suites car parking service, instead of using the overpriced airport parking. It is very reasonably priced. The shuttle service was also outstanding. We had the pleasure of being driven to the airport by Roy. He is very personable and I made it to our destination safely! Highly recommend their services!!! (But don't use the travel car website to book reservations).
Never had such a rude front desk assistant. Used this hotel for shuttle and parking. We had to wake the lady up at the front desk by ringing bell twice. Finally she came out just to argue with us about the confirmation email we needed. She definitely wasnt a morning person
We didn’t stay at the hotel but we did use their park and shuttle service for the airport. Roy was our driver and he was very polite and quick to get us in the van and on our way. Highly recommend using their parking services - it is much cheaper than airport parking!
We stay , Park and fly. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Shuttle driver Roy was prompt and very pleasant—and a safe driver. We recommend Quality inn and suites to our friends who park and fly.
I didn't stay at the hotel, but I was able to park my car there by using the app SpotHero. Roy, their shuttle driver was AMAZING! He was there super early in the morning waiting to take people to the airport, got to the airport quickly and safely, and was so sweet. When I got back from my vacation, Roy quickly came to pick me up within 15 minutes of calling the hotel to say that I had landed. Please give this guy a raise, he was one of the best shuttle drivers I have ever had!
Parked there for shuttle service to airport on 11/26. Driver was a great guy, fun conversationalist. Got us to the airport quickly and safely. Can't complain.
Parked there to shuttle to the airport. Roy was a great, friendly driver. Very easy and quick process making it to my flight. Will be parking there again!
The host let me stay a couple hours until my flight departure, very courteous! Our shuttle bus driver, Roy was an excellent driver and helpful! I will definitely be coming here for my travels again! Thank you!
Had great parking experience . Just parked my car day on Friday and a nice shuttle ride to the airport. The driver Roy was so friendly and caring.
Excellent as always....return stay. Host is always courteous and very friendly. Goes out of his way to ensure our visit is comfortable.
They do not change the sheets between tenants. My Room had soap and towels from the previous person who stayed here. I left for work for the day, came back, and still towels and sheets were not changed. They also have rooms open with no one in them and doors to the parking lot do not lock. You can come in, find an open room and stay for free if you wanted to...
The shuttle service was okay on the way to the airport. Getting picked up, on the other hand, was awful.
They had our return flight info, and we called as soon as we landed, per their instructions. The receptionist answered but said to call back in 10 minutes. After waiting and calling back, we received vague information - she didn't seem to know where the driver was. We were then told the driver would call us soon and then be there in 15-20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes (with no call from the driver), we called back to check. A different person answered, who turned out to be the driver, staffing the front desk and clearly not on his way anywhere.
Finally, after we got picked up and left the airport, the driver received a call, turned around, and went back to get another person (who of course wasn't ready to be picked up, so we had to wait for the driver to get the phone number, call, and find them). All in all, it took us over an hour to get back, for a 10 minute drive.
Very disorganized and unprofessional. It would have been easier and more reliable to use a real parking lot that has a regular shuttle / bus.
We arrived at around 11 in the night. The front desk person was nice and courteous. We needed an extra bed for my sister but the bed provided was the most uncomfortable bed ever. Nobody can sleep on it. The elevator was not functional and we had several bags with us. It was very difficult to move the big bags up and down the stairs. The breakfast is lame like all the other similar quality hotels. The rooms are spacious but the carpets stink. The air conditioner made so much noise, it was like sleeping in a helicopter. The worst part of the trip was talking to this another female at front-desk who looked like the manager but I could be wrong. She was super rude and was speaking as if I am running away with her money. She desperately needs some customer care training. The shuttle driver was very helpful and polite.
Just like every "quality" inn, the quality is nowhere to be found. After waiting on the desk clerk for a very long time, I know training takes time and I don't fault her, I am put in a room that apparently, the only way to it is to walk around the outside of the building to a specific door, then up the stairs to a part of the hotel that the non-working elevator doesn't even service. Just to be crammed in a small, out of the way corner of the hotel with everyone else, no spreading out in the slightest for privacy. The rooms are lacking, and just like every cheap owner, the ac was off so the room was hotter than outside. Been waiting 30 minutes for it to cool down.
I can tell by looking that the sheets have not been changed in some time. There is a foul odor in the hall. The room is dirty, and just not up to par. Never going to stay here again, and I work in the area several times a week.
The beds were comfortable and it was conveniently located near the airport. However, I was very dissatisfied with the room. Large portions of the bathtub were peeling. It continued to come off on your feet while showering. It is July and the AC was off when we checked in late at night. It took an hour to 1.5 hours before the room was cool. The elevator was not working.
I cannot say enough good things about this property. The owner has gone above and beyond for me. When I checked in I was going through a hard time and he made sure my stay was not only comfortable but checked on me daily. I didn't have a car and he made sure I made it to work on time. He went far beyond his duties as a hotel owner. I cannot express how kind AJ his wife and brother are. His staff was phenomenal as well. Between his house keeper Matt who always made sure I had clean sheets, towels, and blankets and the front desk clerk Montana who made sure I felt at home away from home this property deserves 5 stars. Anytime I need to stay in a hotel it will definitely be with these guys. Thank you so much for kindness, great service, and all around experience with this amazing hotel.
Montana Monroe was the most helpful and knowledgeable hotel concierge/front desk worker we've ever encountered. Derrick Smith was also a fantastic driver. Very personable and made our drive so pleasant! Thanks so much for a pleasant stay!!
