Typical Hampton Inn - decent stay. Rooms clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Parking is a bit diffiult, as the large rear lot was almost completely full. The electronic key feature of the Hilton app worked fine and is convenient.
Rating this 4.5 stars so rounding up to 5. We were looking for a cheap hotel near the airport after a long day. Plenty of parking for our uhaul and trailer. Ended up paying about $50 for one night. Awesome, awesome room and experience. Girl at the front desk wasn’t that friendly, but the room was clean and comfortable. Only other con was the a/c could’ve been a bit more powerful. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend it if you need a place to stay and park.

Great nights stay before our flight. Yummy breakfast, especially since most aren't comparable due to covid. Really prompt and efficient parking and shuttle service! A great start to our trip! Thank you!
This is just for the parking services. Absolutely do not park here. Takes shuttle 45 min to pick up from airport. Dispatch will tell you shuttle is “a few seconds away” when he has not even left to go to the airport.
This is a very impressive complex two swimming pools families with large amounts of luggage kids swimming and playing in the pool. The capability of this complex to accommodate people is nothing short of amazing.
Best hotel workers on the planet. All very nice help you out with anything. Also very very clean everywhere.
Don’t schedule to park and shuttle to DTW from here unless you realize shuttle only runs every hour on the hour!!! Working on getting my online deposit back because when I got there I had to cancel because I couldn’t wait 50 minutes! But staff has been very pleasant!
Booked a room based on the need for a microwave, website showed it-no microwave. Asked the front desk-they don't have rooms with microwaves.
Setup to make coffee, plug in the coffee maker and brownish liquid starts to ooze out. Open the back of the maker to find it overrun with mold.
All night the toilet constantly leaked and would refill, not quietly.
Once notified, they did work to correct issues.
The hotel wasn't following the added precautions stated on the Hampton Inn website and that I've seen at other a Hampton Inns. At the room, the door wasn't marked with the lysol sanitized sticker, the remote wasn't wrapped indicating it was sanitized. They did have breakfast socially distanced.
Traveling for work, Hampton Inns have become a mainstay and normally provide a needed consistent. This one fell short.😐
This has been the worst experience I've ever had. The staff from front desk is not friendly and not helper at all, except for Annie she is nice but she can not anything to help to improve the client experience. I had to wait for an 1 hour to be picked up from the airport, a shuttle service that is supposedly "on demand" as was clearly explained when I took the service. Never ever have services with this hotel! Worst experience ever !
We had a nice stay, comfortable bed, nice staff too. Minus 1 star due to elevator floor had same dirty spots for 2 days in a row! Not a good sign during Covid!!!
