A small yet large airport! Great restaurants within. The airport itself looks and feels updated new, clean and modern. Plenty of souvenir shops and plenty of restaurants to chose from as you wait for your flight. The car rentals are off location which is my only complaint and you must take a shuttle to get too.

The airport is set up well and the 30 bus is very helpful. Some stores have closed inside the airport and the variety for affordable food isn't the best. I do like that there's ample places to sit and relax.

Clean Place, flying back in on Saturday. Use to live in Connecticut. Loved the define season and the cleanliness of the state. Dislike the drivers, and attitudes lol. Overall Bradley is a beautiful place, and the TSA gets everyone in fast.

Overall airport is nice especially for its size

Parking is decent, food is decent, and getting my bags was average...

TSA is a hit or miss..... Some of the officers are either nice or just plain rude I mean its obvious which ones hate their life's.....

Good airport but it is small with limited restaurants and long line to get through security.

Bradley International was a lot bigger than I expected, but it still has a small airport feel. I boarded a Delta flight to ATL at 2pm on a Thursday and I was through the entire system in 20 minutes, including car rental return. Really fast!

Pro Tip: Two Roads Brewing has a really nice tap room in Terminal A right beside gate 1.

Great service, nice space, easy to walk through between gates and food, refillable water station, etc. Just what I need from an airport. I also appreciate that they left some flowers for pollinators!

HUSKIEs home ground, Connecticut.

Small and Tidy Airport but I can tell you, this is one of the busiest airport as well.

Few nice restaurant to have food and relax. You will see Huskies picture there at the airport.

UCONN logo too at airport. Feeling good to see them all.

Economical Parking.

This was my first time flying to Bradley last month and I was having wonderful experience. It was like Home coming for me.

I highly recommend Bradley to anyone to reach Connecticut!

New and improved airport! Love the ease! Amazingly for an outgoing flight, we parked right across the street from the terminal on the ground floor of the parking garage at 3:30 pm on a week day. The parking fee was affordable .

New decor, smooth transitions, many more affordable food options and comfortable open areas and seating. Friendly helpful Southwest staff from beginning to end. (A special thank you to PEDRO at the gate.)

Bradley is our choice because it is People Friendly.

Smooth sailing. Easy parking, shuttle to terminal. no issues through security check. Lots of options to stock up, fuel up prior to boarding. Every time i fly out of BDL, it's a decent experience. 5 stars

This airport is well managed and well kept. The staff is very well behaved and helpful. The airport does get busy all the time so plan ahead. Don't think that it's a small local airport and you'll be able to make it to your flight if you come 60 mins before the boarding.

It is an airport and anything can come up between your security check and boarding time. Be prepared. Plenty of restaurants and gift shop options. Not that you'll find designer bags here but for a normal tourist who is looking for souvenirs and small bites/drinks, you'll be happy.

Restrooms are kept pretty clean and the charging outlet works most of the time too.

They have renovated the place and added more direct flights as well.

Nice airport that is well maintained. Lots of little shops and places to eat. Was easy to navigate. Not all the drinking fountains were equipped with bottle filling stations and there was a line at the ones that did.

Small airport clean and newness to its design and decor. One terminal for every flight. One terminal for charters. TSA usually very good , today only three out of six stations operating so a backlog of people in line caused some angst. I wish they would add one more European country flight in addition to Ireland.

Small airport (just what I love flying in to). Flight was on a Sunday at 10:50am. Went through TSA Precheck at 10:36 and was through by 10:39. My friend was not precheck, entered the regular line at the same time and was through at 10:55.

We rented a car through Turo and met at the Sheraton right next to departures. There is a skinny sidewalk that lets you walk there. It's literally right beside it, a 30 second walk away. However, car rental return looked like it was a bit away. Probably possible to walk through the garages or maybe they shuttle you. I'd plan a little extra time for that.

I saw signs for gates 1-12 on one side and gates 20-30 on the other side. There were some charging stations as well as some comfy lounge chairs in addition to regular airport row seating.

Bradley Int'l Airport is a fantastic airport! The new parking garage is an added bonus when traveling for a few or several days. Even with construction going on, signs were easy to read and follow. There is a car lane to drop off and pick up passengers, which is separate from any public transportation. This ensures a quicker pick up and drop off for both eager or weary travelers. Inside the airport is very clean and gates are easily accessible.

So convenient for people living in the area, if you can fit the available schedules and routes. Better parking rates -for an airport and the new parking building will solve the lack of covered parking as the current building is running at max capacity. If the city os promoting the airport and bringing more people, security checkpoints need to be improved!!! as the lines are frustratingly slow and long, so schedule yourself a minimum of 30 to 40 minutes of wait at this step.

Great small/medium sized airport. I usually fly out of the NYC airports so this one was like a breath of fresh air. Parking was great with easy access to the terminals. If you need to stay at a hotel before your flight it is attached to the airport. No shuttle needed.

It's a small airport compared to Dulles or SFO but well laid out with good facilities and clean.

I prefer smaller airports where you don't have to walk so much or take a stupid train or bus to get to your gate.

It's nice that car rentals are now connected to the terminal so you don't have to take a bus.

Plenty of restaurants and other stores.

My phone wouldn't connect to the airport wireless for some reason but other then that the rest is nice.

Bradley is a decent size airport, neither small nor big. The airport is well maintained. The security section is not that bad depending on the time. I have always been able to get through it in time. There are decent amount of food options inside. The bathroom are kept clean too which is a plus. For locals, beats the stressful traffic of going to JFK or Logan. The bigger airports do always have more options for destinations and carriers, but Bradley is not bad for what they offer.

Small and very convenient Airport to fly from to many destinations. Not a large airport but easy to navigate. I would have given it a 5 star review easily but gave it 4 stars only because sometimes there isn't enough parking. They are in the process of completing another parking garage which would turn my review into a 5 star rating once it's completed. The check in lines are pretty quick as well now that they added kiosks inside for quicker check in process. The carousels that deliver your luggages are quick and convenient as well. Security check in is not too long of a wait, generally I get through security in no more than 20 min tops. Once you get through there are some restaurants inside and some stores as well. I strongly recommend this airport to everyone for the convenience and fast turn around of checking in and going through security fairly quickly. A++ rating

One of the better smaller airports. There is plenty of comfortable seating areas with couches and rocking chairs and a decent number of charging locations, especially on the United side. Decent variety of food choices with prices on the lower end of the airport scale (given the captive nature of the audience)

Very easy to navigate arrivals and departures. Parking is simple and well organized. The waiting lot when picking up friends or family is close, easy to find, free, and there is also an EV charger if needed. The traffic flows smoothly most days and the employees are friendly which isn’t normally the case at airports these days.

It’s a pretty nice airport. Bigger than I thought it was. Was clean and well laid out. Multiple different Dunkin Donuts, which I thought was funny.

Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, Connecticut is a great airport to fly in and out of. The airport is well-organized and clean, with plenty of amenities for travelers.

One of the highlights of Bradley International Airport is the ample parking available for both short-term and long-term stays. The parking lots are well-lit, and there are shuttles available to take travelers to and from the terminals.

The airport itself is modern and spacious, with a good selection of restaurants and shops. There are plenty of options for food and drink, from quick bites to sit-down meals. The shopping options are also varied, with a good mix of souvenir shops, bookstores, and duty-free outlets.

Security at Bradley International Airport is efficient and well-staffed, with plenty of TSA agents to keep lines moving quickly. The airport also has a TSA PreCheck lane for those who have signed up for the program. We were in and out 5 minutes max. Great job, guys 👏

We highly recommend Bradley International Airport to anyone traveling to or from Connecticut. It's a well-run airport with great amenities and friendly staff. Our home airport ❤️

If your looking for a great alternative to driving into NYC or Boston Bradley is a great little airport. Not a ton of nonstop flights but rarely long lines or busy and very clean with a few good pleces inside to eat

This was my first time flying out of Bradley and it was a seamless experience. We parked in the parking garage across from the terminal and paid $85 for Wed-Fri parking. It was a little pricey, but worth it for how convenient it was. It's a fairly small airport, which made it incredibly easy to navigate. We were glad there was a Dunkin right next to our gate, so we were able to enjoy breakfast before our flight. We arrived at 0800 for a 1030 boarding. It took us around 30 minutes to check our bag and get through TSA. We got to spend the rest of the time eating and relaxing before our flight. I highly recommend Bradley to anyone flying out of Connecticut! (This is the only photo we took. It's not really helpful, but I always try to add a photo.)

Bradley International Airport made some upgrades since last flying in here in March 2020 right before the pandemic closed things down. There are much larger and more sophisticated airports in the U.S. but some travelers choose to drive to BDL from neighboring states or southern CT because of its more intimate size, though it's still the second largest in New England outside of Logan (Boston, MA). A modern structure, it's added a few more stores/food services.

There is one non-stop flight to Dublin, Ireland daily, as well as international flights to Toronto, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Montego Bay, Jamaica. Several airlines offer direct flights to over 30 cities but some are seasonal. Always check the schedules online. Ample parking. Worth the extra money to skip the TSA full body scan. In a new white blouse and leggings I got chosen to get quite a rub down while my partner just walked through without even having to remove his belt.

Nice and clean airport, so modern and new.

It’s so cozy that I stayed chillin for some minutes just to get my head cleared after flying from LA-Chicago-Hartford and now driving to Massachusetts.

I didn’t try the food here but restaurants are neat.

Restrooms are nice, clean and modern!
