Park 'N Go Charlotte

Traveling from Charlotte to Ft. Lauderdale. Parked with Park & Go for 8 days. Folks were friendly and attentive. Girl who drove the bus was wonderful. When paying, they offered bottles of water for my drive home. Highly recommend and the price was fair.

Super fast service, the prices are amazing and when I returned from my trip, someone had actually turned my prescription glasses in that I had left in the shuttle :)

I love parking here! Great staff; helpful drivers; reasonable prices; safe, secure lot. Easy to book online or just drive up. We've done both. They pick you and your luggage up at your vehicle and drop you back right at your vehicle. After using airport parking, I can't say enough good about Park n go.

Used their service for the first time recently and found them to be prompt, professional, and courteous with reasonable rates. They performed quite well eventhough it was cold, rainy, and early in the morning. Will use them again for business in conjunction with Queen City Tours and Travel.

Love this parking option since they started in Charlotte. Always friendly and courteous staff. One of the cheapest pricing around. Quick in and out with easy access to I-85. Tipping not required and they treat you well regardless. Probably half of people do tip. I tip if they help me with luggages and not when I travel alone and take care of my own.

I left on my trip last Thursday and just came back last night. This was my first time using shuttle service at the airport and I must say it was excellent service! From The Helpful phone Representatives to the on time drivers getting me to and from the airport. This was the utmost great customer service I was very impressed! I thought that I would be waiting at my car for a while once I arrived it was not even a minute before the shuttle pulled up leaving the airport I also thought I will be waiting coming back and the drivers are pretty much around the clock. I was also traveling by myself. Great company! I Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved Park N Go until I left my 2012 Cruze in their valet care overnight in June'17. When I picked up my car the following night the Clutch reeked of being severely burned, had trouble engaging and slipped out of gear multiple times on the highway. I had to have the clutch replaced the next day and it had functioned perfectly prior to my leaving it in their care. It was clear Park N Go allowed someone to drive my car who did not know how to drive stick shift and who had severely abused the clutch to the point of needing to be replaced. After many months of following up with their insurance company Selective, I was told in late October that my clutch burned up prematurely but had nothing to do with Park N Go. From my experience, this is not a company that stands by their customers or can be trusted with your car.

Used this place during the Christmas rush (Christmas Eve) when everywhere else was full and they had plenty of space available. Prices were extremely reasonable. As long as you submitted a request online before arriving at the gate (i just pulled into the parking lot of the hotel across the street and did it on my phone) then you were all set. You put your car in a line of other cars and you hand over your key. They park the car for you. The employees unloaded my bags and put them on the waiting shuttle bus for me. They give you a tag that you'll hand over to the driver once you arrive back. They have a system that pinpoints the location of your car in the lot and they drive you right up to it. They'll even unload your luggage and put it in your car if you ask. Just be sure to tip the drivers in both directions. Very good service and well run as opposed to the general chaos that was happening in and around the airport that day.

Best place to park if you are flying. Customer service is #1 - can't say enough good things about them. If you're not parking your car here you are missing out!

They shooed me away because I️ didn’t have a reservation, “but you can get one right now online”, people don’t have time for that bs. I️ just need to “park n go” because I’m in a rush to catch my flight. Why do I️ need to make a reservation if there are plenty free parking spots. Terrible! Unbelievably dump and frustrating. Never go there if you don’t want yo waste your precious time
