I loved every moment at this fine establishment, from the shuttle driver to the very nice women who prepared a scrumptious breakfast for us before our flight. This hotel gives Southern Hospitality a new meaning. I could not imagine a better place to stay

Quite & clean hotel. Just the room did not have the remote for the ceiling fan. But front desk did offer you change the room. I do thick it would've been a good idea to have hand soap or detergent ok in the kitchenette area

James the night clerk was amazing, helpful, courteous and very professional. We had a small issue with our room and the young lady on duty was very helpful and accommodating (unfortunately I didn't get her name). Lovely stay.

Great hotel for a weekend visit, short drive to the Panthers stadium or the Nascar museum. Free parking, rooms were clean, but a bit dated, staff was super friendly!! Breakfast was ok, typical hotel buffet, but I would stay again!

Great experience. All of the staff were courteous and helpful. “ Mr Robert’s “ as he calls himself, is a treasure! He was professional, courteous and respectful of all of my needs from the breakfast bar to getting me to the airport via the shuttle. I wish he could teach work ethics country wide. He said his motto is;” if something needs to be done, I do it even if it’s not technically my job”.The new hotel is nice and bed is super comfy. Because it’s so new it’s clean but some small attention to detail for cleanliness in the rooms could be implemented. It’s very convenient to get to from the airport and shuttle service was perfect. Would stay here again for flight layover.

My family & friends stayed here for the weekend. The hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating. We were able to get all our rooms in the same floor & some of them were connecting.
I even had a small gathering in the hotel lobby. The staff was welcoming and joined us.

Hotel was clean and the staff member was friendly. The snack/convenience bar had little to nothing stocked. This would have been fine, but I could not find any vending machines at this location. Ice machine on my floor was not working.. Very close to the airport.

I found it to be a great experience, staff very professional and wonderful. My room very clean, hotel entry way well organized and super clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Your surounded by many area for lunch or dinner, also close to airport.

The rooms aren't great, but it's a hotel airport so don't expect the Ritz. I have to applaud the service though - Maddie (the front deck manager during the evening) was absolutely incredible when dealing with a loud, rude, belligerent guest who would not stop yelling at her when she was trying to explain the Marriott had oversold the hotel (which is totally out of her control) and comped them a night at a different hotel (which honestly this guy should be happy about because he wasn't missing much here) and weren't charging them for anything. Maddie handled the situation was so much grace and poise.

Staff was really great and friendly. Breakfast was awesome. The food was fresh daily. Anything you need he service desk provided. Loved this place minus the smell on the fifth floor. Trash needed to be taken out. Weekend staff was low when I arrived Sunday.

When I arrived at the airport, I called about the shuttle. I was informed the shuttle driver was out and I should take a taxi or uber to the hotel. They would either reduce my bill by $15 or give me 2500 points. Since I was using points for the room, I requested the points. When I returned home I checked for my points. After 5 days, I called the hotel and left a message on the manager's phone detailing what happened and asked her to return my call. It's now 2 days later and the points have not been added and my call has not been returned.
The manager called me today, apologized, and credited me with the points. Everything else about the hotel was excellent for an airport hotel.

Arrived at 6 am shuttle picked me up within 12 minutes of calling. They allowed me to check in early because a room was available and I was able to get some sleep before my event. This was very nice because most places don’t offer that hospitality. She also said to be sure to grab breakfast before I went up for my nap, food was delicious had sausage, eggs, multiple fruits from pineapple, kiwi, oranges, apples, berries, along with cereal, raisins, and bread and bagels. Bed was very comfortable (and I’m picky). Marriott won another customer because of this stay, I will only use 3 hotel chains now and this is one of them

Stayed here for a short stay during the weekday. The evening front desk gentleman Jamar** was so kind and friendly. Good Hot water in the rooms and the breakfast spread was better than I expected! Having banana chips for my cereal and hot sauce for my eggs at the breakfast bar is something I don't see often but I love it!!!! Lisa the breakfast attendant was friendly in making sure I had enough. Clean rooms. Walmart down the road. Will consider this location again!

i appreciated the staff, breakfast, and ease of access to airport. unfortunately I wouldn’t consider staying again until the rooms are updated to some extent.
the room was spacious, but looked and felt dated. the towels felt pretty thin/fully depreciated. personally i’m not a fan of carpet in the sink area. the bath tub/shower and toilet are in a separate tiled room from the sink.
the staff was great and kind during check in.
the complimentary breakfast was great compared to other similar hotels selections - in addition to the basics, there were many different cut fresh fruits, kiwis, chobani yogurt, chocolate, non-dairy milk options, individual oatmeal packets, coffee, eggs, etc.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Nice continental breakfast setup. Friendly staff and great location. The ONLY drawback is that this hotel sits right off the highway so you may get a lot of traffic noise at night.

I would like to start off and brag on Ruth, Angela for their A1 guest service's professionalism!! When I arrived I was checked in by Angela. My reason for the stay is for me and my Fiance to celebrate his birthday that was on Wednesday overall the stay was great not to mention the sink was stopped up well (drained slow) also my bed was made inside out with the fitted that had HAIR on it after I removed the linen before departure from my room!!

Tasha greeted me when I arrived and was efficient. Recommended nice restaurant to get chicken salad. Stay went smooth, 7 min to CLT airport. Quick breakfast of sausage biscuit and yogurt. Great stay.

I was booked into the Baymont by American Airlines, when a 12 hour delay caused me to miss a connection. Upon arrival at the Baymont after midnight, I thought the hotel looked and felt really sketchy—and was afraid for my personal safety. I quickly decided to try this Marriott next door instead. Tia and Lasha at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and nice. The hotel is lovely: quiet, clean and comfortable. It will be the first place I book if ever staying in this area again.

At the airport hotel the rooms and public areas were clean, beds very comfortable, and breakfast fresh and tasty. The male desk attendant on the evening of 2/23/23 was an adept troubleshooter, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

Got in late last night. I sent a message when I Landed. The desk responded. That was a plus. I grabbed something to eat (frozen pizza). Not very good but not a hotel problem. Breakfast was not what I was used to at a Springhill Suites. I enjoy eggs. We had a prepackaged fritta. Not the best but edible. Everything else was great! Worth the booking here.

The hotel seems very old and kinda like it’s falling apart. Had a wonderful lady working the front though. Tina was her name. She saw me through my frazzled state after having missed my flight and was so attentive and had a great energy that it brought me a bit of tranquility. She was always eager and quick to help with anything I needed.

Our overall stay in early June 2021 was good. It's not the best place to stay but it's not the worst. They have free continental breakfast. Rooms are spacious and include a microwave and small fridge. They do Not run a shuttle on the weekends so you'll have to take Uber Lyft or a taxi.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Tia, the woman at the front desk was so helpful and she made me feel very safe after I had a bad experience at a different hotel nearby. She went out of her way to make sure I had made it to my room safely, I really appreciate what she did and that extra level of customer service. Beautiful hotel with clean rooms and excellent staff. Will defiantly stay here again next time I am in Charlotte.

I think I loved it more because of how amazing the staff was; helpful and thoughtful during a trying time. Traveling during a pandemic can be stressful and they made a lasting impression. If I have to return to Charlotte this year that's where I plan to stay if I need a hotel. I tried to include pictures of my room, which was very comfortable!
