Excellent service! Professional, clear, punctual and reliable people. Everything is written clearly and concisely on the booking email. If someone writes the opposite, it's because they don't read. However, a day before departure, Scuderia Malpensa wrote to me via WhatsApp repeating all the useful information to know, and they are very available in case further clarification is needed.
They open punctually at 7.00, payment preferably in cash (it is written on the reservation), if by card €5 more. You must respect the time of the reservation otherwise notify. Seems fair to me and doesn't bother me at all.
Very good, really. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that I left my car in good hands.
Next time, I already know where to leave my car.

Excellent parking, maximum efficiency of the staff, immediate transfer to and from the airport. The only thing I suggest is a friendly communication to customers about the not insignificant fact that the car park closes at 6pm on Friday and reopens on Monday morning. Personally, due to a flight delay, I risked having to spend two days in Milan waiting for the reopening. However, the staff suggested that I move the car to a nearby car park that was open on the weekend. Personally, if I had been previously informed I would have opted for another car park.

The owner/manager was very obliging and helpful, the car was running when we returned so the windscreen was de-iced which was useful, hence 4/5. The only disappointment was that the driver of our shuttle when we returned at 17.20 on 2/12/21 was wearing his mask over his mouth & nose; he also allowed a fellow passenger to sit next to him and she was wearing hers also not covering mouth or chin. Maybe the pandemic is over in Italy?
