What a welcoming staff! Worked hard to accommodate us. Friendly. Sadly they may be a bit understaffed, so please bring your patience...everyone is understaffed. Room was clean and inviting. The BEST hotel beds ever! IMO the only reason not a five star is pool is out of order. Or closed for season, not sure. On a 90 degree day would have been the icing on the cake. Good job on this hotel!

It's a nice hotel with a nice central bar if you want to relax. The rooms are older but updates have been made which make them not feel dated. They even have USB charging ports in the room which make it less likely for me to forget my charger. Pillows of varying firmness were already in the room which is nice if you're picky like me about pillows. Most importantly, the AC worked and kept me nice and cool my entire stay.

We had to cancel our room, vacation plans because the person we were going to see had a death in the family. We asked for a refund or credit 2 weeks in advance of our stay. Your company denied that. We travel to that area frequently and would have stayed there again. Now you have lost our business anywhere. We will never stay at a Sheraton again because your company considers $150 more important than understand their customers needs and unexpected events that happened.

Great property that's very close to the airport. Friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms! You can park and fly here for $5 a day, but be sure to tip your airport shuttle driver!

I’ve stayed at this exact hotel under a couple different owners. Since Sheraton bought and renovated it, it is a 180. Clean and up to date rooms. Very large TVs in the bedroom and living room areas. Really nice bathrooms.

Never again! I stayed there for work 3 weeks. I never ate at the hotel. I woke up went to work came back slept. The staff even know I left early morning back back late in the evening. One after another I kept on getting charges on my card from Sheraton, charges I never made. after the first false charge I told them do not charge me for anything on my card or my room. I will use cash if I need anything. Next day another charge. I informed the hotel staff but they needed to wait for their managers which I understood. I bought this to their attention on Wednesday. A manager could not be found, I left my phone number and shows the hotel staff the charges on my card. Everyday I was getting another charge and the manger did not even have the decency to give me a call back regarding an update, I would have been fine with a call " we are looking into it", but I got nothing. One week later I still haven't heard anything back at this point its been at this point its been about 8 days. When I call the 1800 number no one picks up. On the day of my check out the manager was there and looked at me like a deer in the headlights no idea about my situation. I have over $850 dollars in false charges. At this point I was done trying to work this out with the Sheraton. I had to speak with my credit card company to work this out and dispute all these charges.



To give you more context the hotel staff agreed that these chargers were wrong and someone else might have put it in my room but need to wait for management. I told them have their manager check the camera if they needed any more proof. Also the room was already paid for by my company. And no these charges were separate from the charges that pending on my card the deposit for the room.



I live in new jersey for 2 days I went back home to see my family. While I was out of state I was still being charged.

Booked online. Bruce at the front desk, although very busy, treated me with utmost respect and attention once he finally got to me. Sometimes it pays off to be patient, as he was kind enough to throw in an upgrade merely for the wait. Couldn't ask for better service at a busy time.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would recommend and will be back. Thank you!

The room was clean and the bed was comfy also the shower pressure was pretty good.



The main issue I had with my stay after visiting twice is the they had no extra wash clothes and I stayed with my family (4 Total) I had to go out and buy wash clothes.



Stayed here the following week and they had no soap bar to wash your hands with and still no wash clothes. Embarrassing honestly as a Sheraton property.

I immediately recognized the smell. I stayed in a lot of Sheratons before and I didn’t stay in a Sheraton for a long time. Once I entered the building I definitely recognized the Sheraton smell. And it brought back many memory’s. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. We had the room with the separate living area and we loved all that space specially with kids it is very helpful. It was clean everywhere. During covid roomservice is closed but you could order food and pick it up in the lobby. They also had a mini Starbucks inside were you could purchase your breakfast.

This hotel is top notch! Large room size. Soft bedding, clean bathrooms. Modern decor. It's our hotel of choice of hotels when in Richmond near the airport.

Hands down, this is one of the most beautiful and design functional hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. What blows me away is that it is a SHERATON which is usually synonymous with an old, run down hotel. The staff has been fantastic. Rooms are fabulous. Functionality of the rooms is perfect! Only complaint- zero recognition of Bonvoy status and benefits that should be provided.



Other than that, whether you need an airport hotel or not (you are minutes away from all kinds of restaurants and they have a shuttle that will take you) this is an excellent hotel to stay at.

The rooms are nice and the location is convenient! With that said, I had a less than enjoyable stay in September. I always travel through my company for work and we use the same provider each time with our company cc. 72 trips in the past 12 months without an issue. Last month I checked my personal cc and saw that the charges were applied to me. No big deal as I can call the hotel and sort it out. I called 3 separate times and was given 3 different answers and a promise to look into it and call back which never happened. So this week I had to travel back and so decided to book there again to ensure I spoke to someone face to face. The gm of the hotel half listened to me and then said that is not there job to inform me of the full charges . ( I should have been looking at the card reader ) when I gave them my cc for incidentals . I also was at fault for not getting the names of the 3 representatives that handled my inquiries. Then she said that if my stay was so unpleasant that I was more than welcome to cancel and book somewhere else. I felt as though if she was as assertive with her staff as she is with her guest then there would be less of poor communication and follow through. I'm thankful for the experience as it did teach me a valuable lesson on how some companies operate during these troubled times

First room had so much hair in the drain it was disgusting. Second room was just as bad. No kidding, all i wanted was a clean room. Third room was clean enough but went to the bathroom and NO TOILET PAPER ANYWHERE!

Very nice, however 5 stars was not given because rooms do not have microwaves! I assume this is because they want to encourage your business to purchase food at their hotel.

The front desk was very helpful and accommodated our request for extra linens and towels. I did not like that we were made to sign a waiver not to have a party if the rule was not enforced. I saw a large group of young adults come into the back door and they got on the elevator without masks. One of them clearly had marijuana in hand and smoked it in the building. I notified the front desk and I am not sure if or how it was handled. The party was on my floor and it was loud and the smell of smoke was annoying.

Let me start by saying the staff was very nice and helpful. The guy on duty when I checked in (8/23/20 after 8 pm) was super sweet and even gave me a laugh with our causal conversation. The hotel gave me a gift of free snacks and water. I got the Executive Suite (1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed). The suite was AMAZING! Everything was fresh and clean from top to bottom. The bed was very comfortable and soft and I slept like a angel. The room smelt refreshing and wasn't bright when you walk in. I love how when I turned the tv on, it greeted me personally and when I left it gave me a fare well. The TV had Netflix so I was able to login and watch movies. I couldn't hear any neighbors which was great for me and my guy. The shower was perfect! It was clean, got hot just how I like it and it had a massage shower head. They had plenty of rags, towels and even had bathrobes and slippers. Best hotel experience ever for me. I hope they keep up the great work and I will be visiting very soon.

Not bad. Older property that had been renovated with a modern feel, and it is close to the airport. Clean and well maintained.

The staff can be a bit coarse and unrefined. Poor Bruce, one of the nice guys working the front desk on occasions, looked like he was either on medication or ready to quit.

The lounge was quite fantastic but the hotel does not seem to care when guests abuse their privileges with this nice feature - meaning one or two guests with status will take over the entire lounge with their large group of a few dozen folks most of whom weren't even guests of the hotel, hogging up everything and cleaning out the amenities. The rest of us paying guests did not get to use the lounge as a result.

Believe the hotel should be policing up these abusers and enforce their own policies.

These guys are awesome! I realized in getting to the airport that I had left my laptop in the room. I called and had my laptop in hand in less than 10 minutes! The room was well appointed and clean. Everything and more I would expect from a Sheraton.

Awesome! We stayed because we were looking for a place to park while on our trip. This newly renovated place is great! Friendly and helpful, although we didn't need any help because everything was perfect. Bruce at the desk was particularly nice.

Beautiful atmosphere. Brand new and contemporary rooms . But I didn't get my room cleaned for almost 48 hours even when I told the cleaning lady that I needed one. She promised to get her cleaning materials but she never came back.

New Remodeled Location !!! New “Starbucks” inside the market area opening on 12/20/2019. Hours are 5:30a-11a, Sunday-Saturday. Closest to the airport , express services, fresh travel vibe, with the most welcoming and friendly barista’s & staff. Great for first time and returning visitors of Richmond, VA .

They charged my credit card for food we didn't have at their restaurant. 3 days later and still waiting for the promised refund. The checkin guy Corey was rude and unhelpful. The pool was not heated and fyi breakfast was not complimentary unless you are a gold member. The beds are comfy but so is the Comfort Inns, pay less and stay elsewhere.

Hotel is under renovation there is no dining hall restaurant or bar available in addition there are no soda machines or ice machines available you have to go to the front desk and they will give you a cup of ice. The excuse was I'm sorry we're under renovation that's why we have no Coke machines or ice machines in my opinion that is no excuse for not having at least one Coke machine and one ice machine on the premises. The hotel clerk was very nice and very cooperative the room was clean and spacious. However one TV in the room did not work. That being said there are plenty of local restaurants within a 2-mile radius. I personally will not return to this hotel until after Renovations are complete sometime in November 2019

Had great customer service from representative named Shawn at front desk. I forgot my dental floss and they didn't have any at the front desk. Slightly disappointed I was about to walk away when Shawn called another hotel in the area. He great fully directed me to that hotel so that I could retrieve the dental floss that I required.
