Onsite bar and restaurant. Mourad at the front desk was amazing. Room was clean and VERY well designed. 0.4 miles from the airport. Would def stay here again!

Room was fantastic, nice and spacious, comfortable bed. Great complimentary items such as water, shampoo and conditioner body wash and moisturiser. Which were all high quality. Great location right near the airport with a great shuttle option. Starbucks coffee in room and in lobby. Staff were great and restaurant looked good too. All round 10/10 would definitely stay here again

Manager and housekeeping did an amazing job and went above and beyond. My jewelry accidentally fell into the trash when I was cleaning up my room and didn’t notice until the trash was taken out. I went to the front desk and asked the manager and housekeepers about it and they were so helpful in looking to find them!

Quiet room close to airport. 5 floors & lots of rooms, plus conference rooms for meetings.

Great breakfast bar & at night full restaurant with bar too.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here & will come back again when I am stopping over.

I didn't stay at the hotel, I was waiting for the shuttle ride to the airport. I got to meet the front desk clerk named Bruce. He was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. We had a great conversation while I waited for the airport to open up. He was super sweet and soft spoken. I will definitely stay at this hotel because of his friendly personality

I travel A LOT for work… and this is hands down the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen in a while. It’s feels like a new hotel even though it isn’t. Customer service was excellent. The rooms were spacious.

In the genre of “decent hotel near airport,” this place is 5 stars, but 4 overall. The rooms are recently renovated and my suite (an upgrade), was well appointed in a functional way. Restaurant was fine too. Free shuttle to the airport and local businesses.

Clean place. Banquet room was very spacious. Staff didn't seem to be as friendly but maybe it was because there was many of us.

Let me start by saying the staff was very nice and helpful. The guy on duty when I checked in (8/23/20 after 8 pm) was super sweet and even gave me a laugh with our causal conversation. The hotel gave me a gift of free snacks and water. I got the Executive Suite (1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed). The suite was AMAZING! Everything was fresh and clean from top to bottom. The bed was very comfortable and soft and I slept like a angel. The room smelt refreshing and wasn't bright when you walk in. I love how when I turned the tv on, it greeted me personally and when I left it gave me a fare well. The TV had Netflix so I was able to login and watch movies. I couldn't hear any neighbors which was great for me and my guy. The shower was perfect! It was clean, got hot just how I like it and it had a massage shower head. They had plenty of rags, towels and even had bathrobes and slippers. Best hotel experience ever for me. I hope they keep up the great work and I will be visiting very soon.

Great staff, very professional. They were able to book me in short notice and have a room ready early that same morning! Large rooms, large and very comfortable beds! I can't wait to see what this place looks like when they're done with all the construction!

I am Platinum status. Had a king room reserved and pre-checked in through the app. Got there late at night. Got keys from friendly front desk personnel and reserved an airport shuttle ride for noon the next day. Got to the room, and it was 2 queens. Went back to the desk. She got me a k8ng room. Again, the employee was very helpful. However, I discovered that they don't give their regular paying customers the first choice of rooms that they reserved. The kings all go to the flight staff when they precheck in their rooms that stay at the hotel that night. Unless customers take the time to do what I did, which added 15 min to my check-in, we don't necessarily get what we reserve. The staff was amazing all around, but I question the management's policy on that. Breakfast was fabulous, and again, the staff was amazing!!! Then I arrived in the lobby at 1155 for my 1200 shuttle. I verified at the desk that they had the shuttle scheduled for 120, and they did. They said the shuttle was in its way. Yay! Note, we are 1/10 of a mile from the airport does. 1205 still no shuttle. The last called again and said 3 min out. 1212, still no shuttle. I would definitely stay again. I would just verify room choice when first checking in, and I'd leave extra time knowing the shuttle may not be as punctual as I prefer.

Had great customer service from representative named Shawn at front desk. I forgot my dental floss and they didn't have any at the front desk. Slightly disappointed I was about to walk away when Shawn called another hotel in the area. He great fully directed me to that hotel so that I could retrieve the dental floss that I required.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is pretty decent, it is easy to get in and out Richmond. If you are on business travel and driving to different places this place is ideal. Kudos to Mourad from reception who was very understanding and helped me with getting late checkout!

Hands down, this is one of the most beautiful and design functional hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. What blows me away is that it is a SHERATON which is usually synonymous with an old, run down hotel. The staff has been fantastic. Rooms are fabulous. Functionality of the rooms is perfect! Only complaint- zero recognition of Bonvoy status and benefits that should be provided.



Other than that, whether you need an airport hotel or not (you are minutes away from all kinds of restaurants and they have a shuttle that will take you) this is an excellent hotel to stay at.

Beautiful atmosphere. Brand new and contemporary rooms . But I didn't get my room cleaned for almost 48 hours even when I told the cleaning lady that I needed one. She promised to get her cleaning materials but she never came back.

Nice place, great for a quick night needed with a delayed flight. Was looking forward to the hot tub, but it was out of order. Otherwise, good stay.

This hotel is top notch! Large room size. Soft bedding, clean bathrooms. Modern decor. It's our hotel of choice of hotels when in Richmond near the airport.

I immediately recognized the smell. I stayed in a lot of Sheratons before and I didn’t stay in a Sheraton for a long time. Once I entered the building I definitely recognized the Sheraton smell. And it brought back many memory’s. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. We had the room with the separate living area and we loved all that space specially with kids it is very helpful. It was clean everywhere. During covid roomservice is closed but you could order food and pick it up in the lobby. They also had a mini Starbucks inside were you could purchase your breakfast.

What a welcoming staff! Worked hard to accommodate us. Friendly. Sadly they may be a bit understaffed, so please bring your patience...everyone is understaffed. Room was clean and inviting. The BEST hotel beds ever! IMO the only reason not a five star is pool is out of order. Or closed for season, not sure. On a 90 degree day would have been the icing on the cake. Good job on this hotel!

This place was excellent. The one bedroom suite was more than what I had expected. It had a separate living room and an area with a refrigerator , coffee maker and office space. The staff was accommodating and friendly and the hotel was covid conscious, using sanitary procedures and applying cautionary measures, such as requiring all guests to wear masks and providing hand sanitizer.

It's a nice hotel with a nice central bar if you want to relax. The rooms are older but updates have been made which make them not feel dated. They even have USB charging ports in the room which make it less likely for me to forget my charger. Pillows of varying firmness were already in the room which is nice if you're picky like me about pillows. Most importantly, the AC worked and kept me nice and cool my entire stay.

Quick stay at Sheraton Richnond airport hotel. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Small complaint, I could literally hear my next door neighbor snoring throughout the night. Which means walls are very thin. It literally sounded as if they were in the same room I was occupying. Overall, good stay, the shuttle ride was less than five minutes which was a plus. Not sure if I'll stay here again because I really need my rest after a long day of travel, but a pleasant stay.

These guys are awesome! I realized in getting to the airport that I had left my laptop in the room. I called and had my laptop in hand in less than 10 minutes! The room was well appointed and clean. Everything and more I would expect from a Sheraton.

After having the absolute worst airport experience of my entire life, and let me tell you, I've had some doosies, American Airlines gave my fiance and me a voucher for a 1 night stay at The Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel so we could be close by to catch our rescheduled early flight the next day. Upon checking in, the gentleman at the front desk, Chris, showed so much compassion for our situation. He was so accommodating. We literally had nothing as we had already checked our luggage at the airport and it was already on its way to our final destination. He provided us with 2 goodie bags full of snacks and bottles of water. He gave us a super nice room with a comfy bed. Later on, when we needed toiletries, the front desk gave us everything they had. Like Toothbrushes and toothpaste. We asked about deodorant but they didn't have that. So we resigned to having to go purchase some later on. When we came out of our room later, a different member of the front desk approached my fiance with a bottle of deodorant he had gone out and purchased for us!!! What hotel does that?! He said he heard what happened to us at the airport and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. If you want a hotel that will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of, this is the place!!!

The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was nicely stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was a nice room. The bartender, David, was pleasant also.

Absolutely loved loved loved this hotel very updated and clean made me wanna stay longer but most Def will be using in the future for my Richmond stay

Only 4 star since 1st time there and didn't get a chance to explore the property other than the bar. Only had something to drink. But the bartender was very polite and on his game. Will upgrade later if I return

This hotel is super close and convenient to the airport, but was quiet for a good night's sleep. The rooms are modern and the beds are comfy. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the shuttle, or the restaurant but nice to have that option. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

During my stay I felt very relaxed. The front desk team was fantastic in helping me with whatever I asked of them. The rooms were nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

You would never know this was a double tree. Clean, quiet and close to the airport. This is what you think when you hear the name Sheraton.

We generally use this hotel for our Richmond Airport stage. Shuttles and the front desk help are awesome. The long-term parking option is great. Lots of food options around. Not the cheapest but certainly the most effective

Exceptional Hotel! I was here on an extended stay for work and had a really great experience. Rooms are renovated, modern, spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Starbucks coffee shop, restaurant (serving breakfast and dinner), fitness center and pool all on property. A sundries area served fresh made salads, sandwiches, fruit parfait’s and the usual snacks. Plenty of large conference and event areas as well. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and personal travel needs.

Quick overnight stay at this Sheraton in Richmond. Guest services were very welcoming upon our arrival. The room was clean, and a comfortable bed. I've stayed here before and would most likely return in the future. The airport is very close, which is a positive for early a.m. flights.

After traveling all day and being delayed in Miami, For almost 5 hours, it was wonderful to be at the Richmond airport hotel. Add everything ready for us to check in. At two, AM Anthony at the desk was very helpful. In kind. We appreciated that after a long day of traveling from Spain.

I went for an event with brunch. All seemed to be well with the accomdations of the meeting room which hosted approximately 124 people. The food was tasteful. Banquet style

Awesome! We stayed because we were looking for a place to park while on our trip. This newly renovated place is great! Friendly and helpful, although we didn't need any help because everything was perfect. Bruce at the desk was particularly nice.

Very nice, however 5 stars was not given because rooms do not have microwaves! I assume this is because they want to encourage your business to purchase food at their hotel.

Very convenient hotel to the airport, almost literally walking distance. They seem very busy due to this. The room that I stayed in was very spacious and despite being next to the airport, was very quiet. Check-in was a little slow but it seemed like a computer issue, not concierge’s issue. Nice open and bright lobby to welcome you. Plenty of parking as well. I only stayed one night but would stay again. Everything was in great condition that I saw. I do believe there is limited service in the restaurant/bar area.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was nice. Shower was spacious and hot! I would stay again.

I’ve stayed at this exact hotel under a couple different owners. Since Sheraton bought and renovated it, it is a 180. Clean and up to date rooms. Very large TVs in the bedroom and living room areas. Really nice bathrooms.

Stayed here right after the grand re opening. Whole hotel is remodeled now. Nice clean rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff, good food at the restaurant. Would come here again.

Booked online. Bruce at the front desk, although very busy, treated me with utmost respect and attention once he finally got to me. Sometimes it pays off to be patient, as he was kind enough to throw in an upgrade merely for the wait. Couldn't ask for better service at a busy time.

We were there for only about 9 hours and 6 of them were sleeping hours. Room was fine beds were comfy, not extravagant, but comfy. The shower had excellent pressure. Would stay again if we come this way. Oh and near the airport...never heard 1 airport noise.

Closest to the airport , express services, fresh travel vibe, with the most welcoming and friendly barista’s & staff. Great for first time and returning visitors of Richmond, VA .

Beautiful, comfortable, modern, friendly, convenient airport hotel! This hotel has always been one of my favorite airport hotels. I love the design and look of the hotel and guestrooms. This Sheraton is a five story hotel located near the Richmond International Airport, making it the most convenient for guests traveling to and from the airport. Although not a new property, you would never know this walking into the hotel, as the entire facility looks brand new!! I have visited this hotel many times over the decades, but this was my first visit since the hotel became a Sheraton. The upgrades, remodeling and refurbished interior and exterior are amazing! The interior and exterior of the hotel looks and feels like a completely new facility. The lobby, registration and lounge areas are bright, open and inviting. My guestroom was equally inviting and comfortable. I absolutely love the mini-suite design, featuring a separate living room with work desk and bedroom. My guestroom, like the other areas of the hotel, has been completely remodeled with sleek, modern furniturings and amenities. My relaxed, quiet guestroom included two large flat screen TVs, mini refrigerator, safe, comfortable queen size bed and upgraded bathroom with glass, walk in shower. I had a pool/patio view from my guestroom. It appears the pool and outdoor patio/lounge areas have been refurbished and upgraded, too. In addition, it looked as if a few really nice fire pit, sitting areas have been added as well. If you are without a vehicle, there is not (to my knowledge) any restaurants nor shopping within walking distance of the hotel. However, I enjoyed a delicious Cheeseburger from the lounge, adjacent the lobby. The lounge offers a diverse menu and very reasonable pricing. The Cheeseburger sounded interesting to me. It turned out to be an excellent, delicious choice. The onion rings I ordered as a side were equally delicious! Finally, I must give a thank you to the staff associates. All of the individuals I had the pleasure meeting were very friendly and professional. I must give special recognition to Bruce, at the front registration desk, for being so kind and pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. The Sheraton Richmond Airport is a fantastic hotel. I always enjoy my visits here. If you need excellent accommodations at the Richmond Airport area, I highly recommend the Sheraton!

I had a late flight into Richmond, and the Sheraton staff was there to invite me in. Close to the airport so that I could pick up the rental car in the morning. The shuttle drivers are great. The need was so comfortable, and the rooms had enough space. I got a chance to get a decent sweat in the gym. I will definitely go back when I visit family.
