New Remodeled Location !!! New “Starbucks” inside the market area opening on 12/20/2019. Hours are 5:30a-11a, Sunday-Saturday. Closest to the airport , express services, fresh travel vibe, with the most welcoming and friendly barista’s & staff. Great for first time and returning visitors of Richmond, VA .

Stayed here right after the grand re opening. Whole hotel is remodeled now. Nice clean rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff, good food at the restaurant. Would come here again.

Great staff, very professional. They were able to book me in short notice and have a room ready early that same morning! Large rooms, large and very comfortable beds! I can't wait to see what this place looks like when they're done with all the construction!
Under construction but still a nice hotel. Clean. Coffee maker. Great bathroom.
They charged my credit card for food we didn't have at their restaurant. 3 days later and still waiting for the promised refund. The checkin guy Corey was rude and unhelpful. The pool was not heated and fyi breakfast was not complimentary unless you are a gold member. The beds are comfy but so is the Comfort Inns, pay less and stay elsewhere.
Hotel is under renovation there is no dining hall restaurant or bar available in addition there are no soda machines or ice machines available you have to go to the front desk and they will give you a cup of ice. The excuse was I'm sorry we're under renovation that's why we have no Coke machines or ice machines in my opinion that is no excuse for not having at least one Coke machine and one ice machine on the premises. The hotel clerk was very nice and very cooperative the room was clean and spacious. However one TV in the room did not work. That being said there are plenty of local restaurants within a 2-mile radius. I personally will not return to this hotel until after Renovations are complete sometime in November 2019
Had great customer service from representative named Shawn at front desk. I forgot my dental floss and they didn't have any at the front desk. Slightly disappointed I was about to walk away when Shawn called another hotel in the area. He great fully directed me to that hotel so that I could retrieve the dental floss that I required.
