This hotel is very close to the airport with a shuttle service that fit the needs. There was a little hiccup at check in, when an unexpected deposit was less than graciously required. Fast forward, the stay was fine. Nothing fancy or luxurious, but functional and it seemed clean. The business center consists of one computer. If you're dependent on that connection, be sure to bring your own laptop or equivalent. The neighborhood isn't great, but just keep your wits about you.



Noteworthy: The $50 deposit was not credited at check out. When I called 30 days later, I was told it was because "he", aka my husband, must have ran it as a charge and not a deposit. HE doesn't run any part of the payment processing system there. If there was a mistake, own it and correct it. Don't blame others for something that isn't and couldn't be their fault. That's just poor form.

I booked 3 rooms for my family group of 5 for our weekend trip to Carowinds. The hotel is clean, quiet and reasonably priced. The desk clerk welcomed us with a smile and was very courteous and professional. I recommend this hotel when visiting Queen City.

Honestly, is not bad for what you're paying for. Keep in mind it is less than 10 minutes from the airport. The check-in clerk was very kind. Shuttle service was very good going out. Haven't returned yet but hopefully no issues will arise. The other people staying are kind as well.

Great location to the airport. Excellent front desk service. Had to change rooms cause first room wasnt clean: food in fridge, clothing behind the door, bottle tops on floor.

Clean Property. Will not rent rooms to anyone from 28208 even if they moved & haven't changed their address yet. Charges $150 cash deposit if paying cash. Amenities offered are available as advertised. Rooms clean, well stocked, with complimentary coffee & maker single cup size. Staff welcoming & pool clean & sparkling. Quality is as Quality Does.

Donโ€™t stay here. The minute I walked in the room, I saw a roach on the ceiling. Even though it was non-smoking, it smelled like stale cigarettes. There was a discarded bunion pad on the floor. The mattress smelled sour. I have never wanted to wash my hands the minute I woke up in the morning at a hotel, but I did at this place. Gross.

I do road construction so I travel a great deal of my life. While I have been in Charlotte NC for over a year and 3 months staying at the quality inn off billy graham on queen city Dr Charlotte NC. This is a great place to stay the staff has made me and my crew feel like we all was family and the housekeeping staff was amazing even though the pandemic

Nice location very close to the airport. Free shuttle service was easy to schedule and prompt to pick up at airport. Room was clean and nice and cool when we arrived on a hot night. They are not providing breakfast, which is the main reason that I only give it 4 stars, but they do have some options for purchase at the front desk and a cracker barrel next door if you have time for that.

Bed is very comfortable, room clean. The cleaner they use left an odd smell. BIG bug in the room, but sure if it was a beetle or a roach...

The only reason I give it a 2 is because the staff was super helpful with my concerns and very nice, however the room that was given to me smelled like stale cigarettes, the tub had a roach hanging around and the lamp had some nasty splatters in it. If it wasn't for the nice lady at the front desk i would have rated it a 1

The place has two stars because the customer service is excellent. Everything else is quite terrible.... roaches inside and outside the rooms, a friend got himself some bedbugs one night... and in great Charlotte style, a questionable traffic of people that strongly suggest something other than people going there to actually sleep.

Since I arrived late Saturday night on 4/10/2021 the staff and people have been so kind, courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean, quiet and it's right next door to Cracker Barrel. I highly recommend this place.

Front desk staff was super helpful, got me a room by the elevator making moving my luggage very easy. They were also very helpful when I locked myself out!

The room was very clean, very comfortable bed and I was able to get a very good night's sleep. Plenty of towels for my shower the next morning, appreciated having a mini fridge. Would definitely stay here again

The rooms are nice I'm just having probably out the rooms one room I was in the heat didn't work now I'm in another room and out the blue my toilet starts running so my stay was pretty good I'm just about to go and do some complaining because I really don't appreciate having to move rooms twice because of their issues so yes the stay was nice

I don't understand how they charge you $100 deposit if your a choice rewards member but no one else does. They checked me into a room that already smelled like smoke and it had roaches. Not happy at all. Choice rewards need to be stricter with their standards especially with foreigners because they just don't care. I will never book a room here again.

This place was a lifesaver! After being completely screwed over by our airline, Quality Inn and Suites was a complete breath of fresh air! The beds were incredibly comfortable, UberEATS deliverslate, they have 24-hour free shuttle service to and from the airport, the drivers were so sweet and funny and totally knew how to lift your spirits and the staff was more than accommodating! Everybody that works there truly seems like they care about the people that come through and do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I definitely recommend this cozy hotel to anyone who has had a hard day like us! Five stars for sure.

It's nice enough for the price but the location is definitely sketchy. Also, the "non-smoking" room absolutely reeked of cigarettes. I was hoping I'd grow nose blind to it but I didn't & now, many hours later, my clothes still smell like cigarettes.

This hotel has a great location. Clean room. The beds were a little small than I expected. The sealing are with several damages and dark colors in several parts. Their van to ride to CLT airport inside has a lot of noises, and a big crash outside, do not looks and sounds good. Anyway... I called their front desk (11/06/2020 at 9:55pm) asking about what time they'll be serving breakfast. The answers? Oh my, an angry woman told me there are no breakfast services because of the covid-19... so, I replied, well this should be a problem and she immediately talked over me with a angry voice telling me that it is not her problem. I told her, when I booked the hotel, your website says free breakfast serving. She with a bad behavior reply again that this is not true. I asked her to calm down, and questioned her why so angry for a simple question and her continued angry, so, I said, unfortunately I can't talk with you ma'am, have a good night. NOW... how someone can work at front desk with this behavior? Terrible! I'm totally disappointed with this situation... Respect, good manners are important! Offering something that is not true is totally bad! What a reputation... I guess, Quality is only a part of your brand name, not your service!
