This was the perfect price and location for our one night stay after going to a show at the PNC Music Stadium. The rooms were clean with a fridge and microwave. There’s a free breakfast too. The only thing I’d change is the pool hours. Pool opens at 10:30 am and closes at 8:30pm. It would have been nice to have a swim before checking out at 11am. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

This place was a lifesaver! After being completely screwed over by our airline, Quality Inn and Suites was a complete breath of fresh air! The beds were incredibly comfortable, UberEATS deliverslate, they have 24-hour free shuttle service to and from the airport, the drivers were so sweet and funny and totally knew how to lift your spirits and the staff was more than accommodating! Everybody that works there truly seems like they care about the people that come through and do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I definitely recommend this cozy hotel to anyone who has had a hard day like us! Five stars for sure.

The room is pretty good for the price. I'm on crutches so they put me on the ground floor so I'm thankful for that! What I'm not thankful for is paying for the room in advance, in full, and then showing up to check in and having a $50 hold put on my credit card without being told! The room is paid in full and you have my information so why the need to put a hold on people's money! That's $50 less I now have for my vacation since I was told I'll see it back in 3-4 business days after I check out!

From the outside it may not look as appealing, but once you step into the premises it all changes. The place is well maintained and my room seemed to have been recently upgraded. Room was very clean, bed was super comfortable, linen was clean and fresh and overall I had a great stay.
If you need a stay and shuttle nearby Charlotte Airport, it is arguably the best value option you can get around. Also you get continental breakfast which was good and I'd dare to say above average for hotels of similar range.
Also, kudos to the Head Manager who went above and beyond to fetch a piece of correspondence I was sent that had been mistakenly misplaced. Great customer service is always highly appreciated!
The current average ranking of 3.7 stars does not reflect the current reality of the hotel. I'll definitely be back.

Honestly, is not bad for what you're paying for. Keep in mind it is less than 10 minutes from the airport. The check-in clerk was very kind. Shuttle service was very good going out. Haven't returned yet but hopefully no issues will arise. The other people staying are kind as well.

Bathroom was kinda small but had enough room for hygiene and makeup. Beds were comfy but that is personal preference. Had some stains on the comforter but is expected since it was white. The mini fridge did a great job. Only issue was the breakfast had only waffles but luckily there was a Cracker Barrel across the hotel. There was lots of noise one night because of people but of course that can happen.

I booked 3 rooms for my family group of 5 for our weekend trip to Carowinds. The hotel is clean, quiet and reasonably priced. The desk clerk welcomed us with a smile and was very courteous and professional. I recommend this hotel when visiting Queen City.

Flight got canceled and a bunch of us needed a room last minute. Shawn that works front desk at night was a dream. He was professional and had so much patience. He was the only one working that night and he handled a crowd of tired, hungry humans with so much grace. The room was clean and comfortable. They also have a shuttle from the airport and back which is such a convenience. Will stay again if I find myself in Charlotte.

Amazing location if you’re visiting Charlotte. Near the airport and right off the highway. Seems like they’ve recently renovated the rooms. Customer service was amazing. I’m surprised at how nice the rooms were for the price.

The hotels looks like it was recently painted, but it looked better than expected. It was in a good location, we felt safe, we were allowed to check in early, the beds were comfortable, and the room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The only complaints I have is the room keys required to access the pool didn't work, the bedding needs replaced due to a few stains and they felt dirty, and the breakfast could use improvement. Overall, it was a good stay, a great price, and we would stay again.

Exactly as expected in an airport hotel in a major city. Soft beds if that's your thing. Room was clean. Plumbing was older. The area a bit busy and a little noisy. Great location for flights and plenty of restaurants nearby. The pool was small and kind of full so I didn't go for a swim, but its there. Front desk was friendly enough and housekeeping was as well. I would look to book here again due to close proximity of the airport.

The room was very clean, very comfortable bed and I was able to get a very good night's sleep. Plenty of towels for my shower the next morning, appreciated having a mini fridge. Would definitely stay here again

Everything went well with our stay at the Quality Inn and Suites. The room was clean and the decor was modern looking. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice size TV. The one thing I felt a little concerned about was the front door. It locked fine, but it was not a tight fit and their was about a quarter inch gap where light was coming in. The building is a little older. I could see it was freshly painted inside, however. The bathroom was nice looking at the sink area. The bathtub was a plastic standard tub and the water pressure was very weak. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a nice experience!

The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and convenient. The room was quiet, clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. There was no pepper for the eggs, only salt. (We were there 1 week ago and there was only 1 packet of pepper at that time.) When we asked about it at this visit, the attendant told us they had no pepper. The hairdryer in my room didn't work, but the front desk provided another one quickly. There is a Cracker Barrel right next door. I would stay here again. It is a very good value for the price I paid

Breakfast was adequate and the shuttle picked us up from airport, nothing to complain about really. Next time we are in Charlotte we will likely come here again. Check in was super easy and fast. We got to the room, and it was clean and stocked with the essential hotel coffee and toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The mini fridge was bigger than the typical.
The shower room, however, was small but manageable considering it's just a place to sleep and relax.
And for a good meal, Cracker Barrel is just a 1 minute walk.

The a/c was great, the continental breakfast was also good; waffle maker too. Need stronger coffee for us black coffee purists. The huge plastic shield in front of the lobby clerk made it very hard to hear, and with his accent, this old southern boy found it hard to hear and understand. However, the female clerk made it a little easier the next morning. Hotel is old, rooms are old, but clean enough for my wife, so I’m good with that. Plane noise could be a problem for day sleepers but we got 7 hrs of sleep at night. Best part of the stay was the convenient shuttle and Wayne, our driver. What a gentleman!! He provided a step stool for my wife, who is slightly handicapped, and he was a delight to talk to during our short ride to the airport. All in all, we’d stay here again. Total price, with all taxes was $98 for two beds. Thanks Wayne!!

The staff always went above and beyond for my family and I, breakfast is served everyday promptly, it’s always someone around for questions or if you need anything. Housekeeping comes around everyday to make sure you don’t need anything or services!!! I have a son with a tramautic brain injury, he’s able to be alone but requires supervision most of the time, he had a incident and management was very respectful and understanding when I explained the situation. I’ve been staying at this hotel when I’m in town for 4 years now. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The front desk agents Maya and Christin will always great you with a smile. Jose the shuttle driver is always on time and willing to lend a hand with your luggage. General manager Shaun and his team know hospitality and know it well. The hotels itself is on the older side but it’s is always clean and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

The comfort of the bed was great. The room looked nice and clean. The cleaning service was ok. It didn't appear to be a full clean though. It was more like a quick making of the bed and replacing bath towels. The location of the property seems to be in a not so great area for someone unfamiliar with the area. Police were using their bullhorn during a traffic stop that seemed to be outside the hotel our first night. The second night had people running up and down the stairs and being loud throughout the night.
Over all though it was a decent stay. Especially the comfort of the bed and the appearance of the room. It would be nice if they had more than one USB charging port in the room though.

This Quality Inn is alright if you get the discounted price. had to stay here overnight for a canceled flight, the room was okay for what it cost. Dont like the hardwood floors in the rooms, room was a good size. and the property was quiet through the night (or maybe im a hard sleeper). Bed and covers we're clean and bug free. A lack of food available after late hours, thankfully the waffle house across the street is always open. airport shuttle is great. I can't bring myself to give five stars due to attempt at weekend over pricing and lack of breakfast options (elevator 50/50 works) . If you need a recharge or a night flight layover then this place is good to stay.

Remodeling was a little more than acceptable. The king size bed was really nice and comfortable with a white down comforter. Worked well with my last minute flight change to California.

Rooms: Rooms were very cozy and clean, the pillows were very comfortable. The floor is wood, which means I didn't have to worry about a dirty carpet, but also was cold due to cold weather. The shower tub blasted hot water immediately, so there was no wait for warm water. However, if you want to take a soak, you'll have to clog the drain with a towel or plug to prevent it from draining. Room had all the commodities, TV, coffee machine, complimentary internet, hair dryer and mirrors.
Service: Everyone was phenomenal, excellent customer service. Needed help in getting family that were arriving from the airport, they have a shuttle that goes back and forth for airport pickups to their hotel.
Location: There is a cracker barrel directly across from the hotel, which I ate at twice. There are other options, such as a decent gas station across, a buffet across the interception and I believe there were even more things. Didn't have much time to do that much exploring, but there were apparently enough interesting things in the immediate vicinity.

Very nice hotel. The receptionist is always very nice and friendly. The rooms are very clean and look amazing. The also offer a courtesy shuttle to CLT airport. The area is very sketchy, especially the gas station right by the hotel. But other than that it is very quite and peaceful at the hotel despite its location. I have stayed here several nights and would absolutely stay here again!!
