This place was a lifesaver! After being completely screwed over by our airline, Quality Inn and Suites was a complete breath of fresh air! The beds were incredibly comfortable, UberEATS deliverslate, they have 24-hour free shuttle service to and from the airport, the drivers were so sweet and funny and totally knew how to lift your spirits and the staff was more than accommodating! Everybody that works there truly seems like they care about the people that come through and do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I definitely recommend this cozy hotel to anyone who has had a hard day like us! Five stars for sure.

It's nice enough for the price but the location is definitely sketchy. Also, the "non-smoking" room absolutely reeked of cigarettes. I was hoping I'd grow nose blind to it but I didn't & now, many hours later, my clothes still smell like cigarettes.

This hotel has a great location. Clean room. The beds were a little small than I expected. The sealing are with several damages and dark colors in several parts. Their van to ride to CLT airport inside has a lot of noises, and a big crash outside, do not looks and sounds good. Anyway... I called their front desk (11/06/2020 at 9:55pm) asking about what time they'll be serving breakfast. The answers? Oh my, an angry woman told me there are no breakfast services because of the covid-19... so, I replied, well this should be a problem and she immediately talked over me with a angry voice telling me that it is not her problem. I told her, when I booked the hotel, your website says free breakfast serving. She with a bad behavior reply again that this is not true. I asked her to calm down, and questioned her why so angry for a simple question and her continued angry, so, I said, unfortunately I can't talk with you ma'am, have a good night. NOW... how someone can work at front desk with this behavior? Terrible! I'm totally disappointed with this situation... Respect, good manners are important! Offering something that is not true is totally bad! What a reputation... I guess, Quality is only a part of your brand name, not your service!
