Outstanding airport car parking service. I spent a lot of time researching the various offerings and decided to trust the reviews and book this one – I was not disappointed! I really appreciated the fact that I could keep my keys, and the shuttle to and from the airport was extremely punctual and professional. As soon as I landed, they called to see what time I needed collecting, which I really appreciated! Finally, I paid for a car wash while making the booking without realizing that I would have to leave my keys for this service (which I didn’t want to do), and they kindly agreed to issue me a credit note for the amount spent. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Le Torri again!

Great experience overall. I parked there for more than a month and had no problems to reach them when I had to extend my stay. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The price is also very reasonable.
The only minus was that they don’t speak English which made the communication a bit tricky. Except for that, can’t say a bad word. Highly recommend.

Usufruito per la seconda volta di questo comodo parcheggio vicino a Malpensa. Prezzi contenuti, possibilità di scegliere tra parcheggio coperto/scoperto. Altro punto di forza, importantissimo a mio giudizio, la possibilità di portare con sé le chiavi dell'auto. Gestori cordiali, con il signore Rinaldo simpaticissimo, professionali e molto disponibili. Seppur l'aereo in ritardo (previsto alle 22,45, atterrato alle 02,55) ho trovato la navetta già pronta all'uscita 5. Nessuna richiesta di costi ulteriori. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Quick and courteous. Alas I had a problem with the car (low battery, no parking fault) and they went out of their way to help me in all possible ways, always with speed and extreme kindness. Maybe there are car parks closer to the airport (this is about 10 minutes by car) but you bring the keys with you, the service, I repeat, is excellent, and the price is affordable. Obviously I will not change parking. Highly recommended.

Parcheggio perfetto per chi arriva da Milano e vuole volare da Malpensa. Per quella che è la nostra esperienza rispetto ad altri parcheggi, allo stesso prezzo, ti permettono di tenere le chiavi e lasciare la macchina al coperto che non è poco. Rispondono sempre al telefono e sono elastici nel caso ci siano cambiamenti d’orario. I driver sono veloci, solerti e puntuali

I left here car for a whole month in covered parking. The place was easy to find and leave the car. Even at 3:00 in the morning they had a driver to pick me up and transfer to airport. Same on the way back, I called from airport and got transfer to the parking.
Their price is more reasonable compared to other parkings in the area, as they are a bit distant from the airport. As well, I parked my car myself, and took keys with me.
The only comment: no one speaks English here.

Ottima soluzione facile da raggiungere soprattutto arrivando dall'autostrada dei laghi, permette di accorciare il percorso per l'aeroporto lasciando l'auto in un parcheggio multi piano coperto o scoperto tenendo le chiavi della propria auto. Rapidi i collegamenti anche nelle ore di punta sia per che dall'aereo stazione.

Gentili, cordiali, disponibili. Non li ho trovati ne frettolosi ne sbrigativi ma, anzi, molto amichevoli nel darti tutte le informazioni del caso. Il parcheggio è a più livelli e le chiavi me le posso portare con me in viaggio. Mi ha fatto un'ottima impressione. Si trova in città a Gallarate e nelle vicinanze ci sono molte pompe di benzina. Così il problema del rifornimento sparisce. Prima volta che vado da loro e non vedo l'ora di tornarci. Lavorano bene. Bravi!

Inanzi tutto la professionatà perchè fanno quello che dicono (sul sito o su regolamento) e lo fanno bene.
Competenza al servizio del cliente perché attenti ad ogni esegenza. Il personale professionale ed efficiente è reattivo a gestire qualsiasi imprevisto.
Qualità ad alti livelli a prezzi onesti (più che onesti) e l'onestà la si apprezza anche nella semplice gestione del parcheggio: le chiavi della tua macchina le tieni tu e questa è un'ottima cosa, si evitano spiacevoli inconvenienti come già successo in altri percheggi analoghi.
Servizio navetta rapido, trasporto confortevole.
A causa di un imprevisto (non dipeso dal parcheggio) ho avuto modo di conoscere il proprietario: imprenditore capace di risolvere problemi in tempi zero, non lascia nulla al caso e si fa in quattro per risolvere. Persona di poche parole ma concreta e perché no, molto simpatica e piacevole.
Esperienza positiva in tutto quindi consiglio caldamente questo parcheggio che è diventato il mio abituale viaggiando spesso per lavoro.

We left the car at 4 pm, we called and the driver immediately arrived and took us to Malpensa on time (about 10 minutes). For the return we landed around midnight and a half we called and the time to leave the Malpensa arrivals that immediately the driver came to pick us up and took us back to the parking lot (about 10 minutes). I would say very good and really comfortable, we booked and paid online

La cosa migliore per i più "diffidenti" è che quando parcheggi l'auto porti via le chiavi con te! Al ritorno per farvi prendere andate all'ingresso 13 delle partenze, NON DEGLI ARRIVI. (prendete l'ascensore e salite sopra!). Cosa molto saggia per evitare il traffico di tutti gli arrivi.. ci tornerò sicuramente !!

The only small drawback of this car park is that it is not in the immediate vicinity of the airport, although 6-7 km away is absolutely acceptable. Kind, professional, convenient and punctual. A special round of applause for Rinaldo, efficient and friendly. Parking chosen above all because it leaves the keys to the customer, unlike most of the nearby car parks, without having to pay in blood for this option, which many other car parks claim. I hope that more and more customers request the turnkey option, in particular for the covered parking, so as to prevent some parking lots and various juggling. Keep it up, good!

Parcheggio consigliatissimo, prezzo imbattibile rispetto alla concorrenza, posti auto al coperto con molto spazio tra una macchina e l’altra, personale super cordiale, disponibile e celere negli spostamenti. Scelto per due motivi: le ottime recensioni e la possibilità di tenere le chiavi dell’auto. Qui dove la parcheggi la ritrovi, senza che venga mai spostata o toccata (non come la quasi totalità della pessima concorrenza a Malpensa). IL MEGLIO.
