This hotel is a hidden gem!

Location: It's extremely close to the flushing main station. In the middle of Chinatown with hundreds of Chinese food options.

Room: it is spacious! We booked a two queen bed and it even comes with a sofa bed! It is also clean.

Breakfast: Simple breakfast buffet with hot and continental options.

Clean spacious rooms, feels relatively modern. Next to really amazing asian food (white bear—the worlds greatest dumplings). Near parks and green spaces for running as well. A way to stay at an airport hotel that is actually nice and has some real local character to it.

This hotel stay made the difference for our last trip to NYC. We have to travel to NYC a few times a year on business and we had been staying at another major hotel near by. The Staff at the front desk and all the employees I encountered were polite and quick to smile and ask if I needed anything. This attitude makes all the difference and can change a customers impression of not only the hotel but the entire experience of the area being visited. The room was nice the hallways quiet and the lobby very pleasant.

Staff was incredible and genuinely friendly. Would go above and beyond if needed. Located near Subway line. Rooms were clean and hotel was extremely quiet at all hours of the day. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Great location to LGA. Room in good so as front desk service. Breakfast is not impressive at all. This place needs a great improvement for their breakfast serving compared with other Hyatt place around the nation.

Would definitely come back to stay again . We were picked up by David at the airport upon arrival . He was very friendly and helped us both ways coming to the hotel and going back to the airport with ease . Complimentary breakfast was nice and switch up a bit each morning . There’s was always congee since it’s located in china down area. Rooms were cleaned upon request. We were also provided a crib for our baby. Good places to eat around . Metro is within walking distance .

If you’re thinking about staying here I would highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying that the location is perfect. It is in queen and the subway is literally a two minute walk. You ride the train few stops to grand central station and you have access to transfer everywhere you want to go. Brooklyn bridge, Times Sqaure, Wall Street etc. The hotel is somewhat in an Asian Dominate Community With an abundance of delicious foods and drinks. There is also a target and Nike store behind the hotel. The hotel it’s self is very nice! I loved my room. The staff were extremely helpful. They do serve breakfast in the morning and there is a bar on the rooftop.

I traveled here solo and I felt safe. I would recommend and Come back.

Great hotel in Flushing. Free shuttle to airport. Breakfast is typical Hyatt breakfast but there’s some extra such as congee. In my view, location is one of the best strength of this hotel while keeping other Hyatt hotel amenities. It takes about 10 min to metro and another 25~30 min to Manhattan. There's a lot of great food options out there and close to many good restaurants. My family enjoyed all great Flushing food options during stay.

During our stay I forgot something of great sentimental value behind. I was devastated and rushed back to the hotel to find it. The manager was incredibly kind and was dedicated to helping me find my lost item. He really cared and listened, even going through the linen room and dug through the trash to help us. Words cannot describe how much we appreciate his kindness and willingness to help us find our lost item. We were so lucky to be able to find it, all thanks to the manager. Thank you.

We stayed here 3 days and two nights, for a family of four and $200/ night , was really satisfied with the overall. They had a 24 hrs gym , the bar isn’t a part of the hotel which was ok for us. The area is really convenient, and there’s lots of restaurants and shops nearby that open till late! So the pros I’d say: price, cleanliness, staff and service. Cons: slightly noisy AC, and hallways smelt like food. But would come back if we were ever visiting!

Stayed here this week with my dad and uncle and it was a great experience. The room was clean and spacious for us. I loved the location this hotel is at as it is in the heart of Flushing and close walking distance to everything like restaurants, shops and the subway station to take you downtown which is super convenient. They also offer free breakfast every morning which is nice!

We had no issues with the service when we arrived but they do get super busy so be aware of that if it takes you a bit to get checked in.

Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Flushing. Walking distance to literally hundreds of restaurants. Customer service was impeccable (I forgot my laptop after checking out and the front desk was very prompt in locating it for me to come back from LGA to pick it up). Very thankful.

However, if you have a car and plan on using the valet parking (LAZ parking on Roosevelt), expect a very disorganized service. If I could rank the valet parking zero star, I will. It's poorly managed, understaffed and very inefficient. I waited over 30 minutes in scorching basement heat for my car one day.

A wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place in Flushing Queens. My room was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels were stocked in the bathroom, and towels were fluffy and soft. The in-room TV was easy to use and no channels dedicated to hotel advertising. I enjoyed a late night beer at the nice lobby bar.

The buffet breakfast was good, too. Although I found the scrambled eggs to be lackluster, the sausage, potatoes, and bread were good. The breakfast buffet was also well stocked with juices, teas, coffee, and milk for cereals.

I highly recommend the Hyatt Place in Flushing Queens for both airports: LGA & JFK.

A great stay at this Hyatt Place! The rooms were so so clean and quiet, and the location was great. 7 train is around the corner, 35 min away from manhattan. Plus, there were so many great restaurants within a few hundred feet. No sterile midtown hotel vibe here.

Had a great stay here. Airport Shuttle service was handy and great (when requested, it runs once an hour, leaving the hotel on the hour and getting to LGA around X:15 or X:20). Great location - close to terminus of 7 subway line and lots of great asian food options nearby (some of which are open late!). My only issue is that I was awoken at 8:30 am by staff loudly vacuuming by my room (can't we hold off on that till at least 9?). Breakfast is decent. Room was fine.

We stayed here to attend US Open and walked there which was a longer walk than we hoped from the hotel through some not great areas. Despite that the hotel was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was decent. It included some interesting Asian options since hotel is in the heart of Chinatown. Lots of great restaurants (mostly Asian but good pizza too) in the area as well. Parking is in the basement of the building and there is no valet at front entrance. You have to drive your car around several long city blocks to get to garage entrance which can take 5-10 minutes during busy days. Once there they valet park your car for you and use a convenient text based system you can use to call for it. Elevators were confusing in terms of which went to guest rooms vs garage. Overall we appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the services and room here and would stay here again if necessary.

Although it took a long time, thank you for your response and refund the overcharged laundry fee. Laundry costs aside, your service staff are in a good manner, and there are delicious fruit cups for breakfast. I hope we will have a chance to stay here next time we are in Flushing.

This Hyatt Place was phenomenal. It was centrally located to LaGuardia airport and offered a free shuttle service on the hour to and from the airport. The room was very spacious and for the most part clean. The only issue I came across was that there was hair on the clean towels in the bathroom. I'm thinking the reason is because the towels were kept on a shelf in the actual shower and while someone was rinsing their hair off it got caught in the towels. I highly recommend eating at the Coop if looking for somewhere to eat. They had excellent Korean food and offered a discount for staying at the Hyatt. The people at the front desk were very friendly and accomodating. If visiting Queens again, we will definitely be back to this particular Hyatt Place. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful view, very clean rooms. Bed slept exceptionally well. Heat took some time to warm room, but once it did it was excellent. Leaf restaurant on rooftop had the best wings! Iki Japanese restaurant in basement was superb as well. Fabulous location and never had to worry about parking. Breakfast was available, choices were ehh 😐 but good.

2 years ago my family and I lived in Hyatt Place. We like the hotel. And there are lots of nice Chinese restaurants around the hotel. I will visit this hotel on Aug. 10 for few days. (Does anyone know how much for parking in Hyatt Place?)

Ideally would give 4.5 stars, but since that’s not an option, 5 stars.

Room was clean, shower has pretty decent water pressure. Plenty of towels. Stayed one night. Beds were decent.

Breakfast included, was ok. American and Chinese style breakfast.

Staff at breakfast area was proactive in keeping clean. Lobby was constantly being maintained. Room was not ready early but late checkout at 2pm was awesome.

Right in heart of Flushing near LaGuardia. As one can imagine, the constant sounds of NYC are always there 24 hrs/day - honking horns, airplanes , buses, trucks, etc.

The front desk staff is absolutely top notch. For all 3 stays within the last 18 months (3-7 nights each) we experienced professional and helpful service.

We always use Flushing as base in nyc for the enormous food options. It’s a bit of a drive to Broadway/Time Square/NYBG/Long Island. But can’t beat the safety of the underground valet parking (~$40/day)

Hotel is still quite nice and clean. The rooms are functional with two queens and a sofa bed if you need it. Cleaning crew is very nice, albeit overworked. No lotion. Small workout space. The elevator situation can get crowded since residents also use same lobby.

Breakfast had western and Chinese options so with dim sum houses nearby, one will not go hungry.

The huge draw of the new Tangram mall didn’t disappoint.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was pleasant at check-in. The one thing we had been concerned about (valet parking) was okay. We had a flight a few years ago where the hotel took 45 minutes to get our car and we came seconds away from missing our flight. I will say that when we arrived in the parking garage, it reeked of the wacky tobacco. I was a little concerned handing over my car keys to someone who may be driving impaired (not sure if it was a guest smoking outside or staff) but that made me uncomfortable. At the end of the day the car was fine and the gentleman who parked it was very nice.

The room was what I would have expected. They had a small fitness center that when I went in was 80 (yes 80) degrees. I will say that when I called down to report this someone came up and was able to promptly fix it. Good from a service perspective. Guests may want to note that there is only one treadmill so if someone is using it that could be an issue.

The breakfast looked nice on the way out as well. Overall a nice stay!

Rooms felt dated but the location is awesome - in the middle of flushing.

Front desk staffs were all friendly, which to me, is rare in NYC. Breakfast buffet is a lot better than your typical 3 star American hotels too.

Close to the airport, close to amazing food that even NYers will commute for, spacious rooms, affordable compared to Manhattan, nice staff.

I wished the gym was a bit big bigger and there was a pull up bar. The internet is perfectly usable, but not fast by any means.

My 3rd visit to New York in a year. This is best pick so far! Clean spacious room with a fridge. Walking distance to over 50 restaurants (literally). Also has a restaurant, bar,and snack bar in the hotel along with a nice workout facility. Great staff. Sheik (Shake) is awesome and offers great customer service!

Very good hotel choice in the flushing area.

Pro: Large room with really comfortable couch. The largest hotel room I ever got in NYC.

Convenient LGA free shuttle every hour.

Great location for foodies.

Con: the shampoo and conditioner provided are in a really small bottle, not enough for two baths.

The fridge does not have a freezer

I love this hotel. The front desk staff was nice and knowledgeable of the area. My room was clean and spacious. It can be a little noisy. No parking, but they have partnered with LAZ Parking, which is located beneath the hotel...definitely a great convenience since it rained most of the time during my visit. There is no restaurant on-site, but they do offer breakfast. I did not eat anything because it wasn't what I liked. The room was not equipped with a microwave. However, you won't have any problems locating a restaurant that delivers. The area is heavily surrounded by Asian restaurants. I ordered from Popeye's one night and The Coop another night. Both were good, especially The Coop, because their chicken was lightly glazed with possibly honey. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

For being an “airport hotel,” this was a really nice place to stay, right in the heart of Chinatown. The free breakfast had plenty to choose from, and it’s about a 15 minute drive to LGA. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it actually was relatively quiet at night. Check in and check out was easy (I did both through email and confirmed at the desk), and the room was spacious and clean.

There is a free airport shuttle, but it only operates every hour on the hour, so we opted to take an Uber instead. There were several drivers around and ours showed up in less than a minute.

One bonus of the stay was the staff - they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. Would return if we ever have another layover at LGA.

Stayed here this past weekend and the staff was AMAZING!!! The room was clean and throughout our stay the cleaners came in and replenished the towels and the changed the bedding. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our flight arrived around 8:30 in the morning and all I had to do was call the hotel and they let me know the FREE airport shuttle will be otw at 9. Once we arrived we were greeted by keyri and I thought that the only thing I could do was drop off my luggages and I would have to come back to check in at 3, but keyri was phenomenal and was able to check us in early free of charge!! She was amazing and friendly!! The hotel staff is very efficient and they make your stay as seamless as possible if they can help it. I would say the only "negative" thing that i would say about the hotel was the location if you plan on visiting manhattan. If you plan on being in the city for your trip, this hotel is located in flushing which is about 30mins-50mins away if you're using the subway, so just keep that in mind when doing your itinerary. But the subway station is super close to the hotel and there are many food places and stores near by. All in all I would stay at this hotel again!!

Front desk was great, our room was clean and quiet aside from what you might expect from typical city nights. Also to the complainers about greasy food, mind yourself: the halls only smell like food when someone walks by with fresh takeout. The only downside is the shuttle driver. I am not sure how he is supervised, trained, or otherwise managed, but he was extremely rude and outright lied to me about where he was located. The very clearly decorated Hyatt shuttle was not parked from the Uber pick up spot all down to the "all shuttle" spot on Terminal C. He was neither where he said he would be or helpful in navigating a meet up point. I had my eyes peeled for this van, and it was simply not at the airport. I know why, NOW, he couldn't tell me where he was: because he was never there to begin with. Front desk said he would be there at the top of the hour, every hour, and especially as requested - but, my friends, from 10 minutes before the hour till 15 after, this shuttle driver was nowhere to be found. He told me, "I already left. Call me back when you figure out where you are." I like the Hyatt, and will continue to stay with this chain, and even this hotel. But that shuttle driver, employed currently for night shifts on the weekdays? I'd throw money at anyone else for a lift.

Excellent stay all around. Flight was delayed overnight. The young man working the desk overnight(April 2 around 11pm) was outstanding. He found me the room I requested and gave me a late checkout without me asking. I hate that I didn’t get his name. I want to thank him 10 times over for going above and beyond. I had been up since 3 am traveling dealing with delays and cancellations and delays and rebookings and delays and it was just a long exhausting day. He was such a sweetheart and really made the entire day better. Thank you, sir! The room was huge, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot and the water pressure was strong. I hope to never ever get stuck in New York again but if I do, I’m making my way back here.

Enjoyed our stay at Hayatt place Flushing. We found this hotel comfortable, clean and safe. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Our room was clean and in a very quiet floor.

Very accommodating place for families and for frequent flyers. They have convenient access to restaurants and food trucks all within minutes. They do serve breakfast in the morning. Hotel is close to the airport and they have very convenient shuttle service. There is also a gas station just a block away. Subway train is just two mins away. Service overall was excellent.

We had an awesome stay. Great value, not an inexpensive place but I felt like royalty here.

Service on point (shout outs to Frankie and Andy as my stand out hosts). Breakfast buffet was delicious with eggs, sausage, miso soup, kimchi, and yogurt.

Location is great, lots of delicious eateries in Flushing and it's close to the subway.

Would love to come back and stay here!
