My wife decided she wanted to stay here for a Mother's Day get-away.



They charge $8/day for parking, and yes, they do police the lot to check. That's a real turn off for me. If you're at least a Gold member they do not charge.



The room was clean and comfortable.



Restaurant doesn't look to be open at night, but it is. Go to the front desk to order. Pizza is OK.. Like amusement park pizza, and gin about 30 minutes to come out. The tacos were good. Iced tea is from a bottle. In other words, go eat at Drakes or 859 Taproom. We spent $60 on a pizza, tacos, 3 iced tea (bottles), and the 2 deserts they have - cheesecake and sponge cake. Both are good, but were frozen, so not fresh.



Breakfast is not free and is a continental buffet. It's $13 per person.



The location is good. It sits right next to the garden center of Meijer. Rooms on the back of the hotel looks more or less to the south and you'll see airplanes come in. If you're into that then stay in rooms like 531 which is on that side.



Many restaurants are right there, or just down 71S at RT 42 - Bob Evans, etc.



The shower door assembly was hung wrong, so the door slides open. Block it shut with a wash cloth or towel.



We'll go back to staying at the Hilton Home 2 or Homewood Suites.

I originally left one star because of the service and our experience. On our way out Scott the manager was downstairs and asked us about our stay. He was very apologetic really sweet. Robert was also there and gave top-notch service when we asked for coffee since we didn't have any in the room. Accountability is huge for me. I understand it's nobody's fault with the issues in our room but the attitude they had made a huge difference and made me want to give them two five stars.!! Really sweet and caring individuals. Thank you for caring about our experience!!



The only reason I put one star was because I needed to. I will never ever stay here again. It was not cheap. I don't mind paying for a great experience so I booked it. We bought $100 worth of groceries and the fridge stopped working spoiled all our groceries!!! The TV did not work the whole time we were here. The bathroom shower / bathtub did not work asked for them to come and repair it. they sent the maintenance person and nothing was fixed. They left us two coffee cups for three people staying in the room and two coffees and two decaf, I called in again to let them know maybe the batteries needed replacing and instead of sending someone upstairs since we've been out and are tired and have had so many issues. They asked me to come downstairs to get batteries no big deal I came down to find out. They didn't have any batteries downstairs and they were locked up. They gave me two new remotes. I came upstairs. It still did not work. I headed downstairs again to maybe replace the batteries from our remote with their old remotes and it still did not work. One of the girls downstairs I believe her name is Felicia was nonchalant like whatever, I

Asked her her name and she said her name then pointed at her name tag as if do you need me to spell it, what am I supposed to do about it? No empathy at all. I just called again to let them know the remote still don't work. I asked for them to send maintenance down. They said maintenance is not available today.



They could switch me rooms and put a rollaway bed in the room. WOW!!! I will never stay at a Hilton again just because of this as you can see most of my reviews are all good reviews. I don't like to complain, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

First time staying here for business and it’s now one of my favorite hotels! Rooms are modern, super clean, and spacious. Staff is very kind, welcoming, and Jacob was especially accommodating when I made a mistake during my shuttle pickup from the airport. Great location, close to supermarket and other food options.

I have stayed over 3,000 nights in Hilton properties, and this is one of the finest in the land. Jacob and Kristin at the desk are wonderful, and the housekeeping is excellent! The rooms are exceptionally clean, fresh, and warm.

This is a solid 4 star hotel. We would come back again. Felicia at the front desk was very pleasant and took time to notice my daughter. The outdoor pool is very nice and the area was clean, however there were bugs and some sand in the pool. Gym was decent. The room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. The lobby rug upon arrival was not a good first impression as it was very dirty and does not reflect the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast pancakes were good and decent prices. Overall enjoyed our stay and no issues.

Frustrating parking with an app requiring prepay $8 plus an 18.75% per day "service charge." The front desk apologized as it took multiple times to process my Amex on the app, and Hilton cannot take payments for parking. Too much friction using this, and unfortunately I'm seeing these outsourced parking apps pop up in the east. Fix the parking process and could be 5 stars.

The front desk here is fabulous! I give 4 stars because they woke me up at 9:30 with housekeeping despite a sign on the door. Additionally, as flight crew, it’s critical to get rest. I am always disappointed in hotels that do this to us because we get in extremely late.

Breakfast was not included even after I paid 400 dollars for two nights. Parking was paid for like 8 dollars. However the room was huge and comfy. The front desk personnel were also very friendly.
