Decent airport hotel but do not park a car here. The catalytic converter on my car was stolen while parked in the parking lot. No help from from the hotel and clearly they do not have any security on the grounds. Also, as a Platinum Bonvoy member, I did not receive a check-in benefit. Avoid this hotel and park in a secure area.

I don’t understand why this place has great reviews here..... we had a horrible experience.... the first room had a shower leak .....the beds are not comfortable and they need updates.... the room was not sanitary.... but we asked to switch because of the big wet spots on the carpet due to the leaking shower .... which also was stopped up.... the weed smells are strong because of the balcony and sliding doors but overall .... if your looking for somewhere nice this was not the place... we stayed in hunterville are this ....this was a very basic hotel ...... and the customer service was very basic the front desk was not very helpful and neither was the shuttle bus guy.... it was just sad

Got some things that are run down or a little busted like the shower curtain isn't screwed on tight and the bathroom door lock doesn't work but everything is EXTREMELY CLEAN and everyone is courteous. An absolutely fabulous stay. I recommend.

I was actually disappointed at this hotel since I said many courtyard Marriotts. I did not have a microwave in my room and I asked for one was and it was downstairs they never told me they had microwaves on the new side of the hotel I was there three nights and I had to order food because I did not want to go up and down three times a day for breakfast lunch and dinner to the microwave plus the refrigerator is small. Also my room had a very musty smell and the carpet was dirty the balcony with filthy. The balcony still had leaves from the fall on the porch.. I also thought my room is not very sanitized and did not smell clean. Staff was very pleasant. The bistro was not open. My overall experience was unsatisfactory.

Nice hotel with an incredibly handy shuttle that runs every 30 min to the airport. The staff were friendly and the room was a nice size and comfortable. We wished they had at least some little snacks as there was nothing for dinner or breakfast that was available as their bistro was closed due to covid. They did make some suggestions for a restaurant across the street and offered to drive us there.

Kinda disappointed, I left my newly purchased jacket ( I know my fault ) hung up in the closet, upon my stay one night between hotels. I went back days later knowing house cleaning are the ones who go through the hotels and clean after guests leave. I went back thinking it would have been left with the hotels lost and found, but the jacket was gone... The disappointing part, I know someone from the house cleaning had to have taken the jacket, as they are impeccable about making sure no personal items are left behind. 😢 oh well, learned lesson.

A little dirty and dated. Friendly and efficient staff. No late check out, but didn't mind us hanging out in the lobby for a couple hours.

Hotel is in a weird area that doesn't have many restaurants around it. We were there 3 nights for a baseball tourney. We were in a different room the 1st night since we added it last minute and my husband left his e-reader in that room. Despite being there, asking consistently, and even leaving a note in the room, the e-reader was never found. Our entire team (and others in the hotel) were consistently locked out of their rooms because "the keys kept dying." One of our teammates was locked out for more than 2 hours late at night and then more than an hour the next morning while trying to leave and barely made the start of the baseball game. (I could only imagine how horrible this would be if there was a young child in the room or a plane to catch!) The women working there both Friday and Saturday were working SO hard, but had NO support. Our a/c made knocking noises all night long. On Saturday, we had cigarette smoke in our room, but all the front desk could do was call rooms close to us. They only had coffee for breakfast, not even hot water. Needless to say, it will be hard to convince our baseball team to come back to a Marriott property.

Full disclosure, my family is lifetime titanium status with Marriott, and this was one of the worst overall experiences we've ever had. However, it was not the fault of the employees working there who were trying to do the best they could but didn't seem to have support of management or security.

**update because my husband received an email from someone who was staying in the first room and had found the e-reader between the couch and ottoman! You can tell the housekeeping never even cleaned or vacuumed underneath it! They also said it was the worst Marriott property they had ever stayed in!

Stayed here roughly 3x in 2 months. Rooms need some work. Bathrooms especially. Mold in the grout, glass door broken, wallpaper peeling off (why even put wallpaper in the actual shower?)...

On top of that, trash around the perimeter each time I've stayed. If there was a closer Marriott to the airport, I'd stay there.

I usually love Marriott, but I'm pretty disappointed with my visit so far. Don't get me wrong, the people are really nice and the hotel is probably really really under staffed. Upon arrival, everything was wonderful, minus a little confusion as to which room was ours.

When we finally found our room, door latch was engaged so the door wasn't shut (not a big deal). Found out we didn't have any towels, or washcloths. We were given 2 from the front desk.

Proceeded to find out about the ridiculous leaky shower which was enough to soak the only towels we had along with the bath mat.

Due to COVID-19, our room was not replenished with fresh towels or anything (expected). But we have called down to guest services twice and visited the front desk for more towels and it's been about 2 hours now. I usually wouldn't complain this much about towels but we are heading to a wedding and kinda need them. UPDATE: Finally got towels by having house keeping steal them from another unused room...

Some other memorable events from our stay: the tv remote only having 1/2 of the buttons functioning, someone started chain smoking last night into this morning, and our key cards were deactivated for no reason, and we now have one instead of two due to lack of key cards available at the front desk.

We have one more night in this hotel and there is a good chance my 2 stars will fall to one.

UPDATE: We will be switching hotels. We are okay not getting a refund for the last night. Just easier to stay somewhere else.

I am Platinum Elite. I am loyal to Marriot. But, the CLT market is not working for Marriott. The café and bar are still closed here. I have to walk over to the holiday inn for dinner. And, I find out today at check in that the airport shuttle doesn't run until 7AM? What? Holiday Inn has a shuttle 24/7. The room rate is the same. So, why am I staying at the Marriott with no shuttle, no food and no bar?

I didn't stay at the Marriott in Charlotte NC. I pulled in to get Directions. But when we travel from my family and I we love staying at the Marriott. Great staff, great rooms. Thanks to the Marriott courtyards on the east coast. Thank-you

Friendly staff, large and beautiful rooms with comfortable beds! I took advantage of the airport shuttle and it was an easy process.

None of the doors work and it seems no one is trying to fix this problem. The lobby is nice but it’s just so they can cover up the fact that the rooms have bugs....They definitely charged me way to much for this messy hotel and I was not satisfied with my stay.

The front desk receptionist, Rodney, was very rude and hung up in my face. I never experienced this type of unprofessionalism when inquiring from a hotel service member. He should be retrained on how to properly give customer service etiquette

Was just a quick stay ,but the property was nice looked to have been recently renovated ( with in the last 3 yrs) all staff I encountered was nice. One person in particular, the shuttle driver Kenya , was super nice ! Upon pick up she welcomed us and let us know about the amenities of the hotel and food options that would be available at the time.

My room was nice .

Virtually none of the doors into the facility actually function beyond the main door. The staff is aware of the issue and nothing is done about it.

Staff was great and friendly. The room, not so much. Yes the controller was covered for Covid protection. You would just get sick from the mold in the shower and in the grout. Also, the bath towels hanging next to the sink, no lie....my wife found what looked like to be facial hair.....I hope... in it. Just very disappointing especially from a Marriott Courtyard where these like situations would not occur at these properties.

The bad: not enough shampoo and conditioner for 2 or more people. I loath having to ask for it at night knowing there isn’t but a few people working. No setting on the AC for fan only as you can hear the planes taking off and landing all through the night. We had a single room and the bed was maybe 18” away from the wall. Make it difficult getting up o walk to the door having to inch down the side of the bed.

The good: so much good!! The bed was VERY comfortable. Large chifforobe with shelves. 2 drawer dresser that has a shelf in which the TV sits on. That shelf pulls out and you can tilt the TV. Large desk with a pull out table. Large sofa with pullout twin bed. Plenty of tables. And believe it or not, ALL of the lights and outlets work!! No missing light bulbs, receptacles hold the plugs, it was great. The bathroom was immaculate. It had a very large walk in shower with a seat, this was not a handicap room, there was also a small partition between the commode and door. There was also the microwave and small fridge that froze all my drinks. Coffee maker with choices of coffee. Wall to wall windows.

It was very nice staying here.

Had a horrible day of travel. I st needed a place to rest my head. Justin & Kenya made my arrival, check-in & day overall so much better!

Thank you!!!!

The room was awesome & the fire pit in the court yard made me relax & took a lot of the stress out of the day.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I paid to park my vehicle and have shuttle service during my vacation. My vehicle was broken into and a gun was stolen. I had to send my husband to pickup my truck early and file a police report. There are security cameras in the parking lot, I want the footage to give to the police, but the manager MATTHEW DOYLE refuses to return my calls. I've left several voice mails and sent emails to him and the operation manager with no response. Do not stay here unless you want your vehicle damaged and then to be given the run around from everyone. They wont even give me a refund for my parking, even though the vehicle had to be picked up early and I didn't use the return shuttle, since my vehicle wasn't there. Parking my car there has cost me over $1000. Stay somewhere else!!!

Nice room but the gyms closed there's nowhere to eat close by unless you walk across the street to a 7-Eleven so it's a very isolated hotel

I hate to give them a rating there's some low cuz I stayed there probably 20 times over the last year but this last time out the room was cruddy there was hair in the drain of the shower no maid service no Bistro but the same rate for the room. I know they're just starting back but various got the enough money to make it worse me coming back to them. I stayed in a couple Hilton Gardens and they've been the same as they always were so I don't get why Marriott is run in half a hotel.

Clean, welcoming, and friendly staff. Only downside it is close to 85 so you do hear the highway noise. The beds are wicked comfy, the rooms are spacious with microwaves and mini fridges. The gym is nice with lots of equipment. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pick somewhere else - smoke alarm chirping in room, no free coffee, no breakfast, dated (although renovated sometime in the past). Low mediocre with low Marriott courtyard standards). The shuttle drivers are great so that's a positive.

We are Marriott Titanium level. We stay exclusively at Marriott branded properties and rarely have any problems. My wife reserved one night on her own and then reserved a second room for the rest of us the second night. She asked for the two rooms to be close to each other and was told she would have to do that upon check in. She told the clerk upon checkin of that request. The next evening we all arrived and they had only one room of the type we had reserved and it was all the way on the other end of the hallway from our first room. The clerk that checked us in was unapologetic. The mattresses were the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE ones we have slept on in the last 30 years. Maybe they were 30 years old. They felt like it!!! Put this on your hotels to avoid list!!!

Recently updated Courtyard, looks mildly sketch from the outside and the location it is in doesn't help the situation. Inside is like every other recently updated courtyard so don't get upon arrival. Rooms are decent, it's what you expect staying at a Courtyard.

Not typical Marriott quality or service. Room only stocked with decaf coffee and conditioner. Toilet old, stained and made noises all night. Coffee bar does not open until 630am. Not ideal for an airport hotel. Check in not overly friendly. We always stay Marriott but this was sub par. C-

Our room was recently renovated so that was nice. The bathroom and shower were not clean though. There still soap in the shower from the previous guest and a dirty washcloth hanging over the curtain rod.

Had to stay overnight after a flight cancellation. Overall, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was in great condition. Food and room was a bit pricey, but worth it. Google says they have a 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport, but they start at 4 am. Great stay!

Listen this hotel is very accommodating. Coffee pot, microwave, and fridge in room. Very clean. Has a small store inside. Nice work out room. Staff were awesome! Reasonable rates. The only thing negative I can say is they really need to update the TVs other than that this place rocks!

My mother-in-law had complications with her flight coming down for Christmas. She wound up with a connecting flight arriving late at night with an early morning flight to us the next morning. We called ahead to Marriott to make the reservation for her, because she isn’t good with computers or cellphones. They were very accommodating and kind. They made sure to pick her up from the airport, provide her a wake up call, and arrange the shuttle ride at the appropriate time to get to her flight. They also assisted us in staying connected to her through the hotel staff and phone lines there. I was even able to call in the morning to confirm that she made the scheduled shuttle. I just can’t say enough good things about this hotel’s staff service.

Only getting 2 stars for condition of bath/shower. It was in pretty rough shape...

-peeling caulking on many areas of the shower surround.

-majorly bowed shower panel wall (water seeping our behind as you push on it)?!

- bathroom smells pretty musty - more than likely coming from the bowed wall and peeling caulk issue.

- elevator frame very scuffed and beat up...to the point it looks tacky and like a budget hotel. It a huge deal by itself, but possibly a reflection of the bigger maintenance issue.

Friendly staff, the rest of the room was ok. But it's hard to get past that bathroom. I stay in CourtYard hotels nearly weekly (Titanium Elite status with Marriott) and this is my first negative review. I've never seen a bathroom in bad shape like this certainly!

Didn't use any amenities as I checked late at night. Sign said pool and hot tub closed for construction? Hopefully this bathroom will be best on the list!

I am staying for a quick overnight stay, but I will be taking to the GM about my concerns and hopefully they will get addresses.

Probably will be staying at another Marriott brand hotel when I come back to the area.

This stay was very different from my normal stays at Marriott hotels. When I first went to check in which was after check in time I was given a room key to a second floor hotel. I proceeded to go up the elevator with all my bags..... just to get turned around at the entrance because housekeeping was still cleaning. Remind you it’s after check in time ! I go back downstairs to the front desk & the lady gives me a key to another room. Same floor just across the hall. I go back & the decor in the room is nice and simple. However, the toilet would run 10-15 minutes after flushing. Made very weird noises. The outlet near the tv was an eyesore & need to be fixed. The balcony doors are loud & obnoxious. I could tell when my neighbors were going out on the balcony. When I went on my balcony it was also an eyesore looking at the dirty building. The areas around my bathtub looked gross & the elevators could use a good painting and new carpet. The pool area was closed due to construction my whole stay ! The Bistro is very limited on what they have to offer & also only operate during weird hours. I opted out of housekeeping services & couldn’t get the 250 points due to using a “special discount “. Which was weird ! However, the common areas in the entrance are nice & well kept ! I’m not use to Marriott hotels offering this. They usually offer nothing less than a good & comfortable stay ! I will add that I met a very nice lady working the front desk on Saturday & we had a long conversation about traveling. She was a joy to chat with !

The pool is not available which is one of the reasons we chose to stay there. The food was expensive and the service at the bistro was slow. Around the shower was rusty.

We arrived at 1am after our much delayed flight landed and we were stuck having missed our connection. On top of that our bags didn’t make it too. The staff was very accommodating. They gave the kids a complimentary snack. Kids left their backpacks in the lobby while checking in. Mr Jimmy brought them up and got us 4 toothbrushes and toothpaste too. Got a good albeit short night sleep and had a good breakfast in the cafe. Very polite and friendly staff. A ray of sunshine in a long and terrible day of travel. Thank you!!

Room is okay, nice balconies in the rooms. Clean and spacious. The set breakfast is bad and the bar food is also bad. I think the courtyard chain should have better restaurants and breakfast bars, the built in Starbucks just let the place down. A shame really, ill be avoiding courtyards in the future. Everytime I stay at one I regret it.

Hotel is nice. The Bistro however...the people don't want to be there, the food is not great, it's slow to come out, and then it's burned. Staff made no apologies. Close the Bistro if you don't want to run a restaurant. The shuttle drivers went out of their way to accommodate our needs; drove us to the airport and some short shopping trips. The desk clerks were also very helpful and friendly. Only one star on the Bistro...everyone else pulled my rating up to 4-stars.

I utilize Marriott properties by preference. Generally, the properties are well maintained. superior customer service and all the amenities. This stay was very different.

My interaction with the front desk representatives was very disappointing. During check-in (in my opinion) I do not like how I was communicated with and how I felt as a result of the communications. During check-out and inquiries as to why breakfast was not available. (in my opinion) I received a less than positive response and interaction.

Breakfast was scheduled from 6:30am to 9:30am. I waited from 6:30 to approximately 6:42 before I seen anyone from.the Bistro. At that point he began counting change in the cash drawer without acknowledging my presents.

Very disappointed. FYI. The facilities were excellent!!!

What has happened to customer service????

Nice and clean and had a quiet night's sleep, even being right next to the airport. Staff was friendly, and even though the property was probably on the older side, it has been renovated properly at some point. The shower especially was nice and spacious. Felt more upscale than I expected. There is also a bistro and bar area available.
