Parking at Freeman Coliseum
Freeman Coliseum and the adjacent AT&T Center are surrounded by nine surface parking structures, and their availability depends on the event.
Parking fees may vary slightly, but the following prices apply on most occasions.
Vehicle Type | Parking Fee |
Standard Car | $15–$20 |
RV, Bus, or Motor Home | $25 |
VIP Parking is also available for anyone who purchases a VIP ticket, which is $45 for concerts in September and October of 2022.
We have two tips for scoring the best parking spot: pre-book your spot when possible and arrive early. Reserving parking through Vivid Seats is a great idea; it offers awesome deals for most big events.
Tip: Exiting the lots after a big event can take a while, so either get out of the venue early or hang out with your friends and wait it out.
ADA Parking Availability
All Freeman Coliseum parking lots offer limited accessible parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis, so early arrival is recommended. A disabled parking permit is required, and any visitor with a veteran license plate can park free of charge.
Top 3 Alternatives for Drivers
If the official car parking lots are full or too pricey, consider the following options:
- Phillips Parking is the closest off-site option, right across from Lot 1. The $10 parking cost applies during most events at the Coliseum and AT&T Center.
- Safe parking spots are usually available on residential streets within a block or two of the venue if you come early, just don’t block any driveway.
- Find and book convenient downtown parking on sites like SpotHero and ParkWhiz for less than $10, and then request an Uber or Lyft to the venue. You could also take advantage of public transit; learn more about it below.
Public Transportation Options
VIA buses 24 and 222 make stops on East Houston Street. If you need a cheap ride from the downtown area to the venue, use Route 24. A regular bus fare is $1.30, while a Day Pass is $2.75. Click here for schedules and other useful info about public transit.
