The staff was amazing! The entire hotel and the room was very clean Chavante (I apologize to her if I did not spell it right haha) was wonderful and very helpful when I checked in. And the morning staff were very polite and helpful as well.

It is an older hotel. And the night I stayed was very loud. You could hear people in the other rooms. I wish they had an airport shuttle. That would have been very helpful for me, especially being that its listed as an airport hotel. But I managed....

All in all, no real complaints. After a long day, it was a good place to rest and lay my head!

I stayed one night here in the “Presidential” Suite, room 218. The room smelled cleaned upon entry, the floors were immaculate and the bed slept rather comfortably. My only complaint is the water pressure from the sink. Overall, despite other reviews, I gave this place a chance and it did not disappoint!

If you have the time, visit Casa Blanca across the street!

I was able to book a room the night of. The young lady at the front desk was beyond accommodating and very kind. After experiencing a not so nice situation with another hotel, quality Inn made it possible. They room is clean and up to date. Thank god for this hotel!

While visiting friends we stayed here for a few days. The room was clean and comfortable, the sheets were incredibly soft! There are a lot of electrical outlets at bedside tables, as well as desk space, and plenty of places to store my suitcases off the floor. Our room on the first floor was rather dark, the lighting was dim, but better in the very clean bathroom. The pool was open and clean, just small with little shade. The breakfast was disappointing, but this is probably due to the current COVID restrictions. Breakfast ends at 9 am. The lobby and breakfast area are clean and comfortable, There are many restaurants nearby, and this hotel is close to the airport.

Great hotel especially for the price.

My son had a hockey tournament about 15 minutes away and the hotel prices in the Ft Myers area are much more than I am used to.

Stayed here because of the price and other hotels in this price range didn't have the best reviews.

With that said, I was very pleasantly surprised.

The employees were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was adequate for a hotel free breakfast and was tasty enough.

The rooms looked recently updated and were very clean.

Only downsides were that the shower never got too warm, and they don't have an elevator only a wheelchair lift.

Easy check in, good breakfast, comfortable room. Scrambled eggs or mini cheese omlette as well as bacon or sausage depending on the day. Coffee and tea station. Juices, Fruit, cereals, Oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, and pastries on the breakfast menu

I was quite impressed with the hotel. The staff is very kind. I was visiting Ft. Meyers for a funeral service. I explained that I was running late. The staff allowed me a late check out and even offered to give me additional time if I needed it. The empathy was greatly appreciated. The rooms are clean, comfortable and Quiet. The exterior is stylish and modern. The breakfast was delicious. I will stay at this location in my future travels to the area.

I stayed here many times before, Kimberly was always here providing superb customer service. I don't write many reviews but I'm in sales and I really appreciate great service. She's always smiling with great, professional attitude and call you by your name and you can tell she cares!!! The hotel is very clean a d organized. Great place to stay!!!

Had a great experience at this hotel, and we want to thank Kevin at the front desk for helping us out. We came in late and had reservations at another hotel, and it was a dump ground with mold in the bathroom and above the sleeping area. We are still fighting to get our money back from that hotel. So again, thanks to Kevin for letting us see the room before we rented for the week.

Very nice and clean. Front desk service was stellar. Room was musty, but nice. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast options. Non-smoking but in the middle of the night the bathroom reeked of smoke - must have been from the vent and someone smoking in another room. The staff was very apologetic about it. Fortunately, this hotel doesn't have the ridiculous policy of not letting you stay if you live within 50 miles. After we booked a different place and confirmed by phone for a late arrival, we were turned away at midnight after a long day of moving. This place was a rescue for us!

Stayed here for a week with my kids and enjoyed it. It was very quiet and peaceful. No problems at all. The house keepers were fantastic! They made sure my room was clean everyday. A great place to stay around the area for a reasonable price. Can't wait to come back again..

Nicole & Sandra greeted me as I arrive. Both were professionally dressed and smiling. When they saw that I would be bringing in softball equipment and a cooler, they, without me asking, upgraded me to a downstairs room instead of my original 2nd floor room (elevator was out-of service) so I wouldn't be dragging it up and down the stairs. The hotel had a hot breakfast buffet, and it's hours, 6a - 9a, were great for guests who either had an early game or flight.

Very nice Hotel indeed will stay again in the future spent ten days there worth every penny. Staff was great and the pool too. Breakfast everyday was fabulous ate my share of bacon Mmm. Only real con for me was beds too high and TV doesn't swivel.

Brand new rooms. Great location, all kinds of restaurants, grocery store and you name it all very close. Friendly staff, greeted with snacks and a bottle of water as well as menu options for nearby restaurants that give discounts. The pool is clean and refreshing, the lobby is fun and modern. I'll stay again. Only 7 minutes from fort Myers airport.

I personally did not stay at this location. However, I booked a few rooms for my company to assist with the hurricane Ian clean up. I had to call a few times to update and modify the reservations, all I can say is every single person I spoke with was patient, kind and very helpful. The location was great with good food choices very close by. We will kept this location in our company contacts for future stays! Thank you Quality Inn Fort Myers!!!

As a diamond member I've stayed in a lot of Choice properties over the years. This hotel rates in the Top 5. They check all the boxes as far a cleanliness, staff, pool, breakfast. location and the renovations they've done to the property. Hats off to the owner for running a very good hotel.

Great place and they allow me to have my 2 small Jack russell terriers. So happy to have a hotel that understands that I need them with me while in a another state. The people are very helpful and so nice. The only thing is the bed ugh I am use to my adjustable bed. But its all good.

This hotel is The nicest I stayed in Florida for a fair price. Everything looked spotless and renovated. There was a waffle machine, eggs, bacon, other pre-made options and drinks.

Room was extremely clean. Bed was one of the most comfortable I slept on. Pillows were great.

Smaller hotel and quiet. Not a frills and fancy place. Plenty of places to eat close by. Great for an overnight stay to continue our trip. Lift (kind of like an open elevator) was not working. Only drawback if you are on 2nd floor you have to walk up and down stairs and carry your belongings.

I was sadly displaced long story. Anyways this hotel was very professional and clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing and convenient. The only down fall is no elevators which is fine I didn't have to go to the gym 💁. I had kids with me as well they were so helpful and made sure our room stayed clean. As a single mother I cannot thank them enough for the 3 weeks I had to stay there. Thank you.
