Cell Phone Lot: This lot is perfect for those picking up an arrival passenger. To find this lot at Syracuse Airport, turn right at the traffic light and then simply follow the “Observation Area/Cell Phone Lot” signs. It is free of charge and there is no time limit, but you are not allowed to leave your vehicle unattended.
