I love USA park. They are open 24 hours A-day 7 days a week so no matter what time your flight is they will always be open. The one good thing about them is they have a shuttle service that will shuttle you from the parking lot all the way to the airport and they will pick you up from the airport and bring you back to your car, and they do not charge it's the service they offer. Also they have covered parking as well as uncovered parking, and if you're using their service for the 1st time go to their website they have a coupon where they charge $3 A-day for the 1st 5 days of using their service.

From check in to check out it is a perfect set up. The shuttle bus meets you at your vehicle, loads your luggage. Drives you to the airport (about a 5 minute ride). Drops you off at your airline, unloads your luggage.
Pick you back up and do it all over again.

They have plenty of busses to get you to the gate on time if you are. Our flight got in late due to weather ( 2 am ). When we travel by plane we park at USA park less than 2 miles from the Oklahoma City airport. We stay at a hotel down the street. Finding USA park has been amazingly easy to get from the hotel to USA park and then be shuttled to the airport. They are fast and courteous while picking you up and dropping you off. No wait times experienced ever as the run routes about every 5 to 10 minutes. It’s cheaper than parking at the airport. And quicker than parking at a remote lot. Easy and fast parking and pickup. You can choose covered or uncovered parking upon entrance. The shuttle bus picks you up outside your vehicle and drops you off outside in front of your airline. When you return, call the number on the back of your ticket voucher and they’ll pick you up in the second lane of Will Rogers World Airport. The shuttle drops you off at your car, and you pay with a credit card when you leave. They don’t take Discover card. Pretty simple!

The onsite parking at the airport was still sketchy as far as reopening and availability. I looked at other options that were cheaper and perhaps provided better service. I found this off site with a continual shuttle and they offered really good coupons. We gave it a try when we were gone for about 10 days and we were not disappointed. The pickup and drop off was seamless, and they provided covered parking which we were not going to have at the airport sites. Just a simple comment to scan your card and where to scan would have been nice, as I tried to hand her my card she keep saying “scan your card! Scan your card!” . I ask where to scan my card and she said “I told you to scan your card. Don’t give me your card!” At that point I said I’m sorry we are new to this. She said “YOU MUST SCAN YOUR CARD”. It this point I raised my voice to about 1/2 of hers and told here again show me where to scan my card and we will get out of your space.

Love this place. Drivers are courteous and pick you up super fast right at your car. Then load your luggage into the shuttle. Coming home they take the luggage right to your car. They pick you up so much faster than at the airport. Absolute best place to park at JIA.

I don't know of any airports anywhere with this awesome of a service.There most expensive parking is $7.95 a day for covered gated parking.Very quick pick up on both ends from there shuttle driver.So cheap I LOVE tipping the friendly helpful drivers.They have a GREAT business at this place.Trust me you would not want to leave your vehical anywhere else.Im pretty sure they even have tractor trailer parking for those of you drivers needing a place to leave it while at home ect.Last is its very visible near the airport and very easy to find.

It felt like personalized service throughout entire transaction and stay! I'm new to living here in NOLA, but an expert traveler. I had driver waiting on me as soon as I entered the facility, waiting by my stall. I was at the airport within 8 minutes of parking my car and through the airport doors...And then when arriving back in town, I was out of terminal and into a waiting van and to my car in 7 minutes!!!! WOW!!! AMAZING!!!

Great experience! Parking was easy. The shuttle was right there to pick us up as soon as we parked. On our return at midnight the shuttle was again already there and we didn't have to wait at all to get back to our car after a long day of traveling. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was such a great experience. We parked and about 1 minute later the shuttle was at our car. The driver jumped out and grabbed our bag and loaded it with a smile and asking how our day was. The shuttle was spotless and the driver was friendly. They dropped us at the curb and unloaded the luggage. Great experience. Great prices. Friendly service. Highly recommend.

I give honest reviews so trust in me this is an actual five star review and I am a very picky person. They have always been at the airport whenever I got back in town with very quick shuttle service. Really nice employees and my car has never had any damage so far, so I feel pretty lucky about that. You are dropped off and picked up at your car and it’s very very convenient and the price is really amazing as well.

Love USA Park! The employees are friendly and helpful. They direct us immediately to available spaces and we always use the wide, covered ones. No driving up and down rows, looking for open spots. Shuttle comes right to us and driver is helpful with luggage. (We always tip their drivers.) We signed up for the loyalty program FastPass even though we don’t fly frequently.

They were waiting when we walked out the door with our luggage and the driver loaded it for us and took us to our car and unloaded the luggage for us, had to make him take a tip, when I offered it to him he said thank you it’s my job.

USA Park is a great place to leave your car when going to the airport. Check-in was quick and easy. They got me to the airport without stress. When I returned, late at night, they were there to take me to my car. The drivers are friendly and help with getting baggage on and off the bus. They even asked if I needed them to put the suitcase in my car! Check-out was also quick and easy with the attendant being courteous. To add to that, I had the peace of mind knowing that my car was safe and secure while I was gone.

The service was great. Upon dropping our car off, we were immediately driven to our departure terminal at the airport; no waiting for the transport van to fill up.
Upon arriving home from our trip after 10pm, a van was already waiting to take us back to our vehicle; again no waiting for the transport to fill up. The driver also waited at our parking spot to be certain our vehicle (which had been parked for 24 days) started up. Very reasonable rates.

The shuttles to and from the airport are prompt. The drivers really help the customer/traveler with the greatest of respect and jump out of shuttle to help with the bags.
Last night my driver picked me up about 8:40 pm. He waited for passengers to arrive and even waited for a handicapped traveler with a cane to board, again jumping out of the shuttle right before he was ready to leave. Class guy!
When this gentleman was dropped off at his car, the driver wouldn't let the gentleman struggle with bags. He urged the gentleman to just go to his car; the driver immediately unloaded 5 bags for the gentleman.

They took care to assist my handicapped husband by loading our luggage onto the shuttle as well as taking our luggage off the shuttle. Upon our return the driver even loaded our luggage into our car. I travel 6-8 months of the year and USA Park easily tops my list as the best airport parking experience I've ever used.
The concierge and drivers are always professional and expedient. There is ALWAYS a bus ready to take you both TO the airport and they are always there when you get back just waiting. (The ride is 4-5 minutes max)
One time my truck batteries died on a big diesel I happened to be driving and I called the concierge and there was a golfcart with TWO battery chargers hooked up and helping within 5 minutes.
Park here and have excellent expedient and professional service for an incredible price.

I love that they have staff on the lot 24/7, very safe and secure. The wait for a shuttle is minimal, if at all, and the drivers are helpful with luggage. The water bottle at exit is a nice touch.

Being a frequent traveler to OKC, I have tried many options, but this is the best place to park and ride to the airport, very convenient, less than 5 minutes to airport and very frequent shuttles all the time regardless whether it is night or day. Prices are the best part also you get frequent discounts for referring others as well as free parking days when you use your Fastpass. Very happy with the staff and also the service.
