The room is large and cozy. There is ample space to spread out with two TVs, sofa-bed, king sized bed and desk. The staff is pleasant. The pool and gym areas are clean and well appointed. As a gold member, the food credit and water are always great. The cookie...always a hit.

Overall the entire experience, from booking our room, to the entire stay was a pleasant one. The check-in was easy, our room was very clean, the bed comfortable, room temperature stay consistently comfortable, and the hot breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was finding that the last morning, a Saturday, the hot breakfast buffet was not available, just a cold box breakfast. We didn't ask why, just headed out on our way home with the box.
One other comment about the hot buffet; we were glad that it had been included in our room rate because of the group we were with. I'm not sure I'd be willing to pay $11.95 each for the breakfast. By the time we got to the line most of the fresh fruit was gone. There are too many other places nearby we could have gotten breakfast on our way to our meetings, that we could pay less for. Maybe $8.95? Just a suggestion.

My husband and I flew into Oklahoma for business for 3 days. We were greeted by Sandra who was so professional and nice! She even gave us some yummy cookies!

The DoubleTree never disappoints. We were met with warm cookies upon arrival, which is a first for me. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were great quality. For $10 more than the Holiday Inn, it's also a great value. This is the kind of place you don't mind staying for a week while in town for business.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed at in Oklahoma. Rooms are clean and quiet (walls not paper-thin). Extra blanket in the closet is a nice touch. It's just 7 min away from the airport (OKC) and hotel shuttle is available. There is a restaurant on property and several others in vicinity. This hotel actually has a roomy and functional gym with variety of dumbbells and several machines as well as an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff is great and welcoming. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Our favorite hotel to stay at every time we visit OKC. We always get the presidential suite, it’s large enough to fit my husband and I and our 3 nephews and still have privacy when we stay. This was first time staying at DoubleTree. When, I walked in and I was greeted by Lindsay. She checked me and set me up with my digital room key. (I love this feature). The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here. I have the Executive suite and it's located conveniently next to everything. It's peaceful and quiet. I did receive the famous DoubleTree cookie upon arrival and it's delicious. It's very clean and the sweet dream beds are amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

The wife and I stay here on occasion even though we own our home here in OKC. It's just a nice quiet getaway spot that we really enjoy. The atmosphere is nice and really laid back. It's kind of out date weekend. We are both over the age of 60.

First time in Oklahoma, on business, and I’m not staying anywhere else when I come back! It’s an airport-service hotel, so it’s simply not the most active or pretty part of town. Short ride to the main attractions of OKC though! Definitely take advantage of the shuttle service if you fly in. Anita in particular was such a joy and so helpful, especially for someone like me, who is completely new to the area. Spacious & clean rooms, I did spot some questionable stains on the curtains, but I imagine they’re just a little old. Sheets, pillows, and furniture were all well-maintained and looked clean. Like I said, I’m not inclined to stay anywhere else for business trips.

My flight got canceled and I called, Double Tree. Lorie helped me feel at ease as she explained that their shuttle could pick me up from the airport and drop me at the hotel, no charge! I was treated with excellent customer service and a delicious cookie that made me feel comforted. Yum! The room was beautiful and super clean! After a restful night, I checked out at noon. My flight wasn’t until 7:30pm so I asked if I could hang around the hotel until then. They were wonderful and told me that was no problem. Even though I was checked out already, Leslie treated me with amazing care and customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about the little things. Like fast efficient customer service with a smile. And, some super yumm cookies! Thank you Lorie and, Leslie, and the Double Tree staff for taking care of me. My unplanned stay ended up being a relaxing part of my trip.

I would give then a 5 star rating but there were some stuff that was damage and dirty. I found a dead cockroach but I didn't tell my wife because she would've freak out lol. Secondly the guest service couldn't know if the morning brunch was included or was a charge since it was a buffet. For the price of 150+ I would recommend to be included, but don't know why is not. Rather than that nice big room very spacious two big TVs and close to all mayor restaurants and amenities.

I had a nice stay but it wasn't the best. I wouldn't stay here again simply because I did not feel welcome as a valuable guest. The hotel itself was fine. The room was very clean (no complaints about that at all.) The bed was great. The hotel was nice, everything was modern, clean, bright, etc. The shuttle drivers were very nice. Shuttle driver Anita (I think) provided a great ending to my stay. Really no complaints about anything except the front desk. I'm just not going to stay where I am not welcome. There are too many choices to go where I don't feel valued as a customer.

The hotel and rooms are very clean. I stayed two nights and they did service my room after the first night. This room was a nice size and the facility is well maintained. It’s just minutes from the airport. I did buy breakfast for $14. It was good. It’s 10 min from Bricktown. I’d stay again. The service was friendly.

I stayed in an "Executive Suite" which was very spacious. However, there were a few small things that made me give a 4-star review instead of 5. There was no lotion provided, which would've been nice. There was no bottled water in the room, which I was hoping for. The advertisement said there would be a jetted tub, which there was not. None of these things are terrible, but would've pushed my experience to the next level. However, my room was right by the stairwell and in the morning I could smell marijuana seeping into my room. I could really only smell it close to the door, but I hate that smell and it made me want to get out of the room as quickly as possible. I'm not sure if it was coming from the stairwell or a neighboring room, but it was disgusting, and enough to make me not want to stay there again. I'm sure this was not the hotel's fault, (which is why I'm not giving a lower rating for this) but it was a disappointing factor.

The double tree was a very nice, clean hotel. My friends and i were having a reunion. We reserved two rooms on the corner. The rooms were spacious and nice. The sofabed could have used an end table. Everything was wonderful until, the large party came in and occupied the room above us. The parents allowed the children to run and jump and make constant noice. We went to the front desk about 3 or 4 times each night! One front desk agent suggested WE move! I would have rated this hotel a 5 but because if that front desk agent, could only rate a4
