A Fine Hotel. Morning Front Desk Lady was kind and helpful. Stay There!!
Hotel is in a convenient location and has many amenities. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Shower doesn't drain very well so you're standing in water the entire time. The pool/spa area is nice as well as the fitness center. I tried to do laundry here ($2/wash and $2/dry). The front desk could only give me a dollar in quarters as that's all they had so I was left to fend for myself to get more change. The dryer took 2 cycles ($4) to get my clothes remotely dry. I don't recommend doing laundry here if you can hold off. Also, I thought the breakfast was free, as it is at almost every nearby hotel, however when I grabbed a bagel I was asked to pay $2.17 or charge it to my room. Front desk staff is hit or miss, when I was trying to get change for laundry it felt like I was a burden to the employee. For the price and what other nearby hotels offer, I'll stay somewhere else next time.
Good breakfast and bomb cookies. The rooms are nice too
We were charged $1,668.21 for an 8 night stay. Poor front desk service from Lydia. We consistently got locked out of Our room, our last night there 1/3/20. Was extremely awful we heard the heat kick on frequently which made it hard to rest easy this was our 4th stay at this hotel it was always great up until this last one
My only complaint is about the young girl who was working the night shift on Dec. 24th 2019. She wasn’t knowledgeable about anything. Breakfast, WiFi, discounts. Like she didn’t want to be there. I’m black so it’s no a racial thing.
Very nice, clean room for a great price. Will stay here again.
FYI...we have been back, and every stay is as great as the first. As long as their rates stay competitive, this will be our Oklahoma City home. The pool and hot tub are always clean. The rooms are always amazing.
When you give them a try, be sure to check out the frosted mug (a couple doors down). Their food is also amazing.
Great hotel, amazing rooms with tall vaulted ceilings that echoed!
Two TVs per room and good water pressure in shower.
Also, nice bathrooms.
The night shift concierge are outstanding!
I took a weekend trip to Oklahoma City and got the executive suite for my significant other and I. The bed was comfy and we were only here to sleep. The room however is catered for someone who is handicap and uses a wheelchair. We almost slipped a few times on the bathroom due the shower making the whole bathroom completely wet. We got some dirty towels and and the toilet paper was dirty. The floor tiles are cracked and loose which my significant other slipped and caught herself on the towel rack. Overall, the room was really nice except for the bathroom.
We checked out in a rush on Sunday morning and I called in the next day due to forgetting my orbital toothbrush in bathroom. The operator directed me to housekeeping and I left a voicemail. I never gotten a call back or anything :(
However, the location is nice and I might come back if I’m ever visiting OKC again :)
Clean room. Friendly staff and good food. Very enjoyable Sunday buffet.
Got a great deal on this room via HotelTonight, but it would have been worth paying normal rates. Room was large, modern, and clean. The hotel offered a lot of on-site amenities, but there’s lots of options nearby too. Staff was super friendly. Great experience, would stay here again if passing through OKC.
Very nice, large, and updated room. Great service. Nice amenities. Large and well-supplied workout room. The only disappointment was probably the pool which was very small.
Difficult to find (even with Maps) but a clean, very reasonably priced hotel next door to Charleston's & other restaurants. Close to OKC airport. Easy access to I-44 & close to I-40. Low crime location but close to high crime area.
Good rooms. staff very pleasant. Tuesday night happy hour is a treat. Restaurant food better than average.
