NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR
Returned from trip about 1115 PM which was earlier that the 1215 AM scheduled time. We called several times, phone went to voicemail. After an hour one of the drivers from Parking Spot came over and let us know this often happened with Swift Parking. Took a cab to the unlocked lot and were on our way.
Unattended small gravel parking lot in very bad condition with huge potholes! We could barely find a space to squeeze out little car in. The night we got back, we called the only one phone number provided to request the ride back to the parking lot and nobody answered the phone. We left a voicemail and then kept calling just to get the same thing. After waited for almost an hour and making several calls without any response, we decided to use Lyft to take us back to the parking lot. It cost us $10 for a 2 min drive. When we got to the parking lot it was completely dark and the shuttle vehicle was sitting there with nobody inside. Luckily our car was not blocked by it so we were able to move. But it was blocking a few other cars though. A couple other families were in the same situation. Hopefully their cars were not ones that were blocked by the time they found a ride back to the lot. So, read the reviews before making your parking reservation to avoid this nightmare we experienced the night of 2/24/2020. The legit look of the website may give you wrong impression of what they actually have to offer.
Extremely courteous people.
I am not sure why this place has only 2.5 star. I had a very good experience and would recommend it to anyone who wants to park here. Yes the parking spot is a bit dark but you don’t feel insecure parking there. Feel free to park here.
Our car was safe in their lot. The price was right. The shuttle service to the airport was quick and efficient. When we returned to Dallas, our flight was three hours late arriving but my call for pickup was quickly answered even though it was well after 1 a.m. and when it turned out that the shuttle vehicle had a mechanical problem, the company immediately provided a ride-share transportation to their lot from the airport. I have used Swift Park several times and have never had a bad experience. Thank you.
Worst experience ever. DO NOT bring your family to this parking lot. I'm pretty sure the employees use their personal vehicles to pick up and drop off. There is NO SHUTTLE, but they will "shuttle" you in their ill-equipped vehicles. This is important because you may wait longer for your flight because they can only fit one family at a time and their minivans and SUVs, which is what happened to us and we we're almost late for our flight. We were picked up in a Dodge van and dropped off in a Lincoln navigator that had a broken tail light with tape over it (tape!!) and a cracked (all the way across) windshield! What in world?! Regardless of what website you use to book this place all the employees use paper and pen inventory systems. they are rude and unhelpful on the phone when you call for directions or for information or for pick up.
When we first arrived at the parking lot we were already running late because of traffic and started panicking because no one was in sight. Finally someone stepped out of their personal vehicle and walked towards us when I started walking towards the entrance looking around. This is the kind of introductory and continuing customer service experience you can expect to have at this ill-managed lot.
If I was single and didn't care about customer service and wanted to save $5 to $8 a day from a professional parking service, I MIGHT use this parking lot, but anything beyond that I would heavily, heavily, heavily, warn you against. This place is almost comically horrible.
It almost feels like this is a family or friend-run or something because there's absolutely no employee training or consistency. The level of professionalism is really bad and that is putting it nicely. When we were loading are three children ages for three and one into the Lincoln navigator with a cracked windshield and broken tail light (and should I add, only two seats in the second row), the driver told my wife as she was buckling in our 1 year old car seat, "Ma'am, I have other people waiting, I think."she literally said "ma'am" and "I think." THEN she was checking her phone for text messages while she was driving and I had to ask her to stop and make sure my family got safely to the parking lot, especially since my wife and I were doubled up with kids in our laps in a Lincoln navigator with a broken tail light. *Sigh*
Summary recap: DO NOT use this parking lot if you are running late or if you have a family or are traveling with several people or have a lot of luggage - why?? - this lot has employees using their personal vehicles which aren't set up to actually shuttle.
Horrible, no one was on site, and the location is hard to find. Had to find an alternative in a pinch.
DO NOT USE SWIFT
