Our car was safe in their lot. The price was right. The shuttle service to the airport was quick and efficient. When we returned to Dallas, our flight was three hours late arriving but my call for pickup was quickly answered even though it was well after 1 a.m. and when it turned out that the shuttle vehicle had a mechanical problem, the company immediately provided a ride-share transportation to their lot from the airport. I have used Swift Park several times and have never had a bad experience. Thank you.

I am not sure why this place has only 2.5 star. I had a very good experience and would recommend it to anyone who wants to park here. Yes the parking spot is a bit dark but you don’t feel insecure parking there. Feel free to park here.

I used a groupon recently for SwiftPark that included 5 days of airport parking for $25. The day before we left I started reading reviews and was ALMOST scared off by all the negativity. Good thing I didn't cancel, as our experience was 100% perfect. We got to the parking lot and were instantly met by a shuttle (it was a nice Mercedes van). We did not have to wait even 5 seconds for the shuttle to appear. The driver was very nice and we were at our gate within 10 minutes. It was perfect. The ride home was the same. We called the shuttle as soon as we got our baggage and the van pulled up to pick us up within 5 minutes. Once again we had a nice van and a friendly driver that took us back to our car immediately. Best $25 I've ever spent. I save SO much money by doing this.

We have used SwiftPark twice in the last two months for periods of 4-8 days and have found the service to be prompt, courteous, and professional. Departures were morning and afternoon while returns were between 9-10 in the evening. The drivers hustle to cover all points and get to you as quickly as possible. Both times we left immediately for the airport and while one return pick-up was immediate, the other had a 20 minute wait (upon pick-up the shuttle was completely full). We would definitely recommend this parking service as it is hassle free and we did witness both drivers go above and beyond to help customers.

I had a great experience with SwiftPark
I got a Groupon for $23 for 4 day parking.
The parking lot is outside of the airport, not too far out. When I got there, I was greeted by someone who directed me to park in a certain row of the lot (and also gave me a card to help remember where I parked). He told me that he would be sending a shuttle to me soon. I would say it took maybe 5 minutes for the shuttle to get to me. The ride to the airport was bumpy, but we got there!
Coming back from my destination, I called SwiftPark and had them send a shuttle to pick me up and the lady over the phone gave a detailed explanation as to what i should do and where i should go. When I got outside, I would say I waited maybe 8 minutes for a shuttle. Got on the shuttle (it was a minivan so the ride was very smooth). The person took me directly to my car and everything was set!
Will be using this company again if it works out cheaper for me.

Our experience with SwiftPark was good.
After reading some of the reviews I was concerned about what we had gotten ourselves into, especially since we had a very early flight. But we too had purchased the Groupon and decided to hope for the best.
We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived around 4:30 am on a Saturday morning and as I pulled into the entrance a shuttle bus flashed his lights signaling me to pull thru. He followed us to our parking spot; we did get a covered spot close to the entrance. Our driver was a very nice gentleman who had retired from American Airlines and he was very polite and friendly. He did help me load the luggage and we were quickly on our way. I did not notice any issue with the driving or the condition of the bus so it must have been okay.
We arrived back in Dallas the following Saturday around 8:30 pm and after clearing customs we called the phone number as we were waiting on our bags. A lady answered on the first call and said she would send the driver our way. He actually arrived at the shuttle bus stop before we did and I had to hustle down there because I saw him pass us by as we were walking that way. We were picked up by the same driver that had dropped us off. Again he was friendly and polite and he did help with the bags as well. When we arrived at our car, we loaded up and headed to the exit where there was a lady waiting to check us out and we were quickly on our way.

Never had a problem the 3 times I used them. I first bought them on a Groupon about a year ago. Since then I have used them a total of 3x. It took a little bit longer than expected once to be picked up, but other than that, never had an issue. Staff seemed to be courteous. The facility feels a bit run-down. But all I really cared about was a safe place to park my car in a covered spot.
Booking them again for two more trips in the next 3 weeks.
