Need to update and change the carpet at the hall way.. Rooms is nice and clean only two towels though. Breakfast grab and go...
It was for the most part a good stay. As the room was above expectations but some things didn't work correctly
Found BLOOD AND CIGARETTE HOLES in the sheets. Told the front desk about it and he said that the holes were fine and also said that I didn't know what I was talking about with the blood. He didn't offer to switch the room, and didn't acknowledge me at the end of the night because he "Will wait" until I'm finished being hostile even though I never once yelled or raised my voice.
Other than the door handles barely open (gotta pull up, not pull down), the water pressure is a trickle (very hard to take a shower), the beds squeak like a family of mice and the neighbors having sex all night, it wasn't too bad considering the price Glad my stay was only a few hours though.
Room was clean . Pretty good for the price . Not a 5 star place but I had a good experience. Owner was nice . No problems . Didn’t see any bugs or anything
Nice people. Clean motel. Dryer and soda vending machines out of order. Stains on the room's carpet. Otherwise worthy of four stars and I would return.
this is by far the best hotel that I have stayed at in Tucson the staff there really made me feel at home and when I was having a rough day was very accommodating to my needs I got a great night sleep the beds are comfortable the rooms are clean overall it was just a great experience I will always come back to this establishment whenever I am looking for a hotel
So far, I am loving this hotel. Big, spacious room. Kitchenette has enough room to do some decent cooking. Big bathroom. So far, really enjoying my stay.
This has been the worst hotel experience ever. Bed bug city!!!!!!!!! Do not stay here. Double check the mattress for bugs. Blood in weird places in the room. I will never spend my money to stay here again. During a pandemic this room should have been much better. I’m very disgusted with Quality Inn. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again.
I was sooo tired when I arrived. The manager was very helpful. I got my key quickly. Super clean room. Great night's sleep.
Unfortunately a negative experience from the get. The moment we walked into our room with our 2 young kids we saw filth everywhere. From the door to the room being dirty to stains all over the floor and beds not to mention burn holes in them. Hair and footprints on the bed/pillows. Food stained and caked on the microwave, No working smoke detector... I could go on! We called, complained and switched rooms. At first it seems to be a better room then When we get to the bed in this room there’s hair and stains all over these pillows too!!!!!! 🤦🏽♀️ If you can’t do simple cleaning like that then I definitely don’t feel like it’s Covid safe or clean!!!
Don't stay here! My first night here isnt even complete yet, i dont feel safe stepping foot into the shower, the bathroom is disgusting, my cat found a really old used up razer!!! The lamp shades have stains and the sink leaks from the bottom creating a huge puddle that i clean up with the hotel towels just to find out how extremely dirty the floors are. Looks like ill be going a day without a shower i feel cleaner not taking one. Ill change my cloths when i get out of bed in the morning because everything has stains on it to include the ceiling.
This was one of the cleanest rooms I've been in except for the rather large blood splatter on the ceiling. The noise was a whole other story. At 12am it sounded like there was a basketball game going on in the room above and was worried they were going to fall through. When I went to the front desk the lady behind the counter was sleeping. She did go and ask them to quit making so much noise, 3 young boys jumping all over the room. The mother finally got them down but did wake me up a few more times. The room next door and hall were just as loud. Also believe that someone pushed my door more than once checking to see if it would open.. I checked in so I could get some much needed rest but all I got was more stressed and my anxiety worse.
If you want a quit nights sleep, you better go somewhere else.

I drove 12 hrs, then this place. I can't express the discomfort I felt, and I'm keeping myself from using profanity. Door knob was wiggled a couple of times, cleanliness, not even close. That's all I'ma put because there's too much to put. I give it no stars!
I have stayed here before with no issues, although the room was clean it had no cable TV and a busted AC unit. People yelling in the hallway, police on scene, dogs barking. 3:30 am comes early and I just needed some sleep before work. Cannot recommend.
the room was cleaned, the floors were clean, the air conditioner was quiet. The room has a refrigerator and microwave. The parking lot is large. The TV works well. I found stains on the bed. The owner changed the bedding. Why do greasy stains appear on the bed? Because the guests should not eat on the bed, but at the table. Guests must also follow the hotel's house rules. Everyone should start with himself.
They tried to set me and my fiance up to rob us they put us in a room with damages from what looks like fighting and there was blood on the room safe they had the TV set up to not have cable on so they'd have to have the sketchy maintenance man come scope out our belongings and then the maintenance team tried to block me from getting back into my car after I told the clerk I didn't feel safe and wanted a refund
Awful! Noisy as hell and desk people are rude and house keeping only comes if you ask and it looks like a crack den.

I really like this hotel it's probably my favorite one and considering I've been Hotel hopping for about 3 months that should say something. Management all right they're all really nice it seems like, and the air conditioner Works which is more than I can say about most places are the price all in all it's a good Hotel
Manager needs to review the video of the man who's truck got broken in. I understand no fault or the place but manager straighten up! You have value recordings of the event his identity going to be stolen. Please let the tapes be viewed. Thank you
I found a cigarette burn on the comforter. Medium sized dogs running up and down the hallway with no leash. Stained ceiling tiles. Vending machine didn't work. Multiple, easy to clean stains on the mirror and tub. Trash piled up next to rear entrance. My request that no one go into my room was completely ignored. As well as my request for coffee for the in-room coffee maker. Parking lot not attended to. No breakfast, no coffee, but the pool was open.
After a long drive I was expecting to relax with a nice shower, but water was just perfect to brew coffee. The lowest point over 120 degrees. I barely could sleep for so terrible experience with shower. Terrible. Avoid this place.

The only good thing about this place is the location. But what do you expect from a cheap hotel. The carpets are stained. The beddings are old and stained. The ice bucket and tray has hair all over it and inside it. The toilet doesn't flush at all. The towels are old like they don't have the budget for new ones. Upon check in I waited for someone to come for who knows how long. The pool is only open for night swimming 6pm to 11pm but absolutely no lights at all so you're basically swimming blind which is dangerous. Plus they charged me like 130 when it should of only been like 57 bucks if they have incidentals they need to let the person know instead of just charging that card more for something without knowledge. I JUST HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE EXCEPT STAY AWAY!!! Even if you're desperate please stay away isn't worth the money plus it's a nasty place to be.
On arrival the desk clerk was extremely rude. I've never been treated with such disdain by any hotel staff and I have stayed in hotels all over the country. The only saving grace was that the room was clean and it was only a one night stay. Our company spends thousands of dollars on hotel rooms every year and we will not be returning to this one.
My stay was horrible I wouldn’t even give it one star. My first room had bee’s , second one had roaches in the bathroom as soon as I walked in. Third one was already occupied when I walked in. Finally the fourth room was decent the ac took forever to cool the room down. Even tho it’s a non smoking hotel all the room smell like cigarettes. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or didn’t even offer anything for having me to move so many times. Never again would I return to this hotel.
Great hotel, very comfortable rooms, the bad parts: Rooms smells like cigarette smoke including bedding, towels and carpet flooring. Having reservations sometimes don't count, our reservation asked for king size bed, when we arrived the front clerk tried to accommodate us, he sent us to one room(2 queens size beds), the room he gave us hadn't been cleared for days, he had to scramble to find us another clean room(2 queen size beds) we took that room, we're too tired to find another hotel, we traveled 1100 miles for a death in the family just to go through all the mess in this hotel, the desk clerk made us a bit more comfortable so we stayed for now.
I stayed here for 3 weeks & I gotta say that I had a great stay. Customer service was top notch & breakfast was consistent. Only thing I would ask for is different meat options. Sausage pretty much everyday got old. I will say that they are very accommodating & even let me park my motorcycle in front so I could keep an eye on it. Thanks for everything ladies & gentlemen!
It worked out perfect for us. The motel is not beautiful but the room was clean and the front desk hospitality was very pleasant. The 24 hour shuttle was the so nice.
Recently stayed at Quality inn Airport, in Tucson. We had not planned on staying a second night, but ended up needing to. Sam (Hotel Manager) was so kind, when we returned for the second night, he gave us the same rate as our first night. The rooms were awesome, I opened the door and it smelled so fresh & clean. Room was spotless & beautiful, all modern furniture, bed was great too. A/C in room was great, room cooled down very quickly!! The employees were the best!! Each employee I saw including a maintenance man, spoke and wished me a great day. Very Pleased and if we ever need to stay again, this is where we will stay 100%!! In my book this was a 5 🌟 hotel and still affordable!!!
TV was out all night. No "Do Not Disturb" sign for the door. But everything is clean, breakfast was decent. Staff was polite.
So at check in after a long week of driving we walk in and stand 2nd in line for more than 15min. The female behind the counter looked up at the line of 5 people and didn't acknowledge us or even speak any gratitude for our patience. Then to have 2 men come from the back room, neither men acknowledged the line simply stood at the counter and said next. Once at the counter the man did not look up at us or make any eye contact, he reached for my fiances ID and was so focused on other things dropped the credit card on the counter because he didn't bother looking to see that he was being handed 2 cards. The man showed NO customer service care or even respect. Handed us the keys and he didn't even tell us where our room was located. We carried our belongings to the room and went out to get some food. We arrived back at the motel and quickly realized that there was no remote to the tv and when turned on a service warning came on saying, your receiver is currently off. I called down stairs and the lady said that the system was broke, when questioned further it was made clear that this was an issue even before we checked in. Yet they failed to inform any guests of this issue prior or during check in. She also made clear that she had no idea when it would be working again. I am so disgusted with the service here and everyone should be warned ahead of time. We travel for work and stay in many different hotels, this service was on the top 10 worst for us...
Quality..for the price. Basic clean. Very nice helpful staff. Popular with the rodeo crowd. 24 shuttle but slow coming at night as it doubles with car parking. Eat breakfast early before vultures descend.
Their prices are well within budget. Nice and clean rooms. Conveniently located, and with a nice breakfast.
Staff had a young child riding a toy motorcycle through lobby and vehicles. Awful breakfast service/staff. Broken shower. Plugged up toilet. Housekeeping staff yelling and playing radio at night outside our door.
Spacious room, firm mattress. Breakfast was average and they often ran out of things. Staff was very responsive
Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and tidy. The mattress was comfortable. There was an unusual odor in the room. Breakfast was hot and had some nice variety. Overall not a bad hotel.
This hotel is very run down. Room was dirty when I arrived. AC unit missing buttons and when I brought this to the front desk they began to tell me that it's too much work and pricey to replace it so I should unplug it from the wall and then back in to turn it on then unplug it to turn it off. The smoke detector is missing from the ceiling with wire just hanging down. TV wouldn't work 90 percent of the time and instead would freeze up on a static channel and on high volume. Remote and buttons wouldn't work or turn off. Had to unplug that too. Shower only had hot water for about 3 mins then ice cold after that. There is no "Quality" at this "Inn" and sadly this was just the first night.
It was below poor and still trying to get a refund. Sam Joshi absolutely lied to me after my stay. He assured I would get a refund now I'm fighting trying to get it! My experience is as follows: Absolutely a horrible experience. The manager Sam Joshi should not be in the position he is in. First the phone number provided does not work at all. There headquarters cannot get ahold of them as well. Upon check-in the times were false advertisement. Once I got to my room the heater was broken and the tv reception was horrible. The employees were louder than the guests. I went up front and manager Sam was there his first words to me while he was on a personal phone call was, "now what's the matter." Followed by, "just go to your room and wait for him." I was switched to a different room. I went up front to get coffee and check on the hot tub. At which point I noticed another guest was given my room. I stopped them. The employee told Sam what happened. He assured her he would make sure no one would come/get my new room. During that time I was told the hot tub was working, it was not. I washed clothes at their facility, someone stole my detergent. At 10:30pm I was undressed getting ready for bed, an employee came into my room! I was mortified! I went to the front desk. The cleaning guy and front desk never said sorry!! They were worried about placing blame. And the blame was on Sam, I saw the system he did not put it into the computer not did he communicate with his employees. I went to deadbolt my room, the deadbolt didn't work either! I'm traveling alone and all night I was scared someone would enter the room... in the morning I spoke with the front desk so I could talk with the manager. She had gotten a text saying 15 minutes he would be there. 15 minutes later he wrote saying 5 minutes away... 25 minutes after that ignoring her phone calls and texts he comes in. He does not say sorry at first and continued to try and cut me off. I told him how I felt. And was not safe at this establishment. He assured me I would get a refund for my horrible stay, I did not! Again now I'm on the phone with headquarters, they cannot reach anyone at this hotel, and IF they still won't refund me nor able to communicate with their own hotel it'll take 4 to 6 weeks to get a refund! If Sam Joshi is the manager at this place don't go here especially if your traveling alone or with kids. I 100% blame him for my experience. This is my only outlet to warn people as I can see they do not care about their guests here.
Was great room and good people but that has changed. Very disappointed this time. They charged $50 for the dog and were out of things for the breakfast. The dog was more than the room. Redicious. New owners. $50 deposit and I got lied to twice on how long they have been charging it. No vending machines, no soap and shampoo. Not staying here again.
Great price for the stay. Exactly what it should be for a out of town work bed for the night.
Roaches in our room. Leaky bathtub faucet. Brown drips down front of fridge. Convenient location for airport. Cheap rates. We will not stay here again.

The staff wasnt very friendly throughout the stay, they couldnt find my reservation at first, was quickly resloved but the lady was not pleasant. They advertised a heated pool, and it is in no way heated. The hot tub jets are permanently pointed up, so when you turn it on water flys all out and over. The only vending machine was completely out of everything. I am not impressed with anything, the room here was clean enough, fingerprints sll over the windows, buttons ripped off of the air conditioner. Im glad my stay was only 2 nights. I would not reccomend for anything but maybe the price.

Our vechical was vandelized during our over night stay. That was not the issue. The issue is that when we went inside to ask the front desk person, Sam, if the security cameras were working, he tried to ignore our questions and asked us to "step aside" so he could help check out other guests. Had to make a scene and demand that he answer our questions and call the security camera company and not even sure how f he called a manager or owner. He made a bad situation worse. NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!
Our room was filthy. The sheets and floors(bedroom and bathroom) were covered in long black hair. We had an early flight and needed a good night's rest, however we had to have the front desk staff come to clean the room. We checked in around 9:45 and they fnally left close to midnight because it took at least 45 minutes to even get to our room., then another hour or so to try to clean it. No other room was available, so we were forced to sleep in a very uncomfortable situation. When I woke at 3 am to shower, I found more long black hairs in the shower. I would like a full refund for this terrible stay. Our whole idea was to get to Tucson to sleep so we didnt have to drive all night, now we wish we would have just driven up from Bisbee straight to the airport.

Told it was recently renovated and it shows! No smoke smell, bed bugs, roaches, moldy walls etc. The whole place was clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. For the price, the stay is great. I didn't eat the free breakfast but in all was satisfied.
