Prestige shuttle service was contracted by the Marriott airport hotel for transportation to the cruise port. The young man representing Prestige at the hotel was very nice and tried to be accommodating. The short story is that our shuttle was an hour late arriving at the hotel to take us to our ship. There were six in our group. There was another couple sailing on a different ship and scheduled for a different shuttle pickup. After receiving many excuses for the delay our very rude driver yelled at one man in our group who had started to load the bags into the shuttle. The driver then packed the other couple in with us. THEN the driver did NOT drop us at our ship, driving by our drop off area, and continued to the ship for the other couple, who could not even check in for two hours, while we were late for our check in time! I would not recommend this shuttle service at all. Use a cab or an Uber!
Horrible service upon retrieving my car on Sunday December 8th, 2019. I waited 1:30 hr to be picked up from MIA. Initially, I saw the driver pass me in the outer lane and she looked oblivious to the surroundings. I was standing at the designated area and I was clearly visible and stood were I was advised. When I made another call for dispatch, that driver took another 40 minutes to arrive at the airport. I made a total of appx 5 calls and during some attempts, voice mail came on. I asked what the delay was and the driver said there were so “many people that needed transportation from the seaport.”’ This day was not a good day for travelers needing transportation from MIA. During the ride he said” He “doesn’t even do the driving” but he “felt sorry for me.” Poor service AND unprofessional. I gave him a tip....yup...don’t need your sorrow buddy but they do need better drivers, who speak proper English, better strategies to provide pick up clients it’s Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, etc and improve the wait time. Take away...pass on this transportation company.
Don't use them even if everything is full. Find another place to leave your vehicle. I REPEAT DON'T USE THEM or you'll regret it. Waited for over a hour to go to the ship after dropping off the car. Waited for almost 2 hours to be picked up from the ship. They just throw your luggage in a trailer. DON'T USE THEM. WOULD give them 0 stars if possible.
Waited hours and when I called they just kept telling me the driver on there way but they never came so I ended up calling an uber. Save your stress and time, find another company.
Horrible service do not use. Had us waiting an hour and a half to get to cruise port. Many people were late and could have potentially missed their cruise. No information given we were all left in the dark had to fill out our own tickets etc... No help. Same thing on way back took over an hour to gey picked up then they circle back to port because they missed passengers. Horrible company!
Sadly 0 stars is not available... beware if you choose their service. Save some cash for Uber to get back to your car. 3 hours later and 30$ we got our vehicle. Terrible, unsafe service. No just no, look elsewhere. PSA they seem to operate under a parking and transportation service, therefore you assume it’s another company as they do not stop at terminals with any rhyme or reason. Also, they do not keep a log of who is not picked up and they do NOT answer their phone, if they do, the standard response is 30 minutes. If you have a flight or a commitment to make, you won’t make it. I never write reviews but hope to save someone else the aggravation and dissatisfaction.
Worst place you can park your vehicle. First of all the place you park your vehicle looks like a dump yard. Second they make you leave your keys and don’t tel you this until after few is paid. My vehicle was next to the wall but they moves everyone vehicles for no reason. Lastly you want for the shuttle 20minutes when you drop you vehicle off and waited a hour and half to pick you up from the port. They say 730 is pick up but when you call upon you arrival they states port not letting the come that earlier but other shuttles are there. Finally picked up hour and half later. They try and make you wait for everyone from every ship. I recommend no one uses this place for a reliable parking and shuttle services. DO NOT USE
Terrible ! Will never use again. Called company at 3:30. Waited over a hour for company to tell us to take the bus that they use for commercial flights.
Would NEVER use this company again! They were extremely rude , I was unable to reach them when I returned from my trip , I flagged down one of their vans that was already their and the driver contacted them to come and get us , which they didn’t , so he was kind enough to take us , once we got back to the lot I showed the woman there my ticket she handed me my keys and turned around and walked away without saying a single word went back into her office and shut the door and she didn’t even bother to tell me that my car was in a different spot from where I left it - all around very negative experience, I wish the would let me select ‘0’ stars also the address on their site is incorrect it is 3355 not 3377 which is written on their sign but they don’t seem to know that
Beware! Check and take photos off your fuel guage! Just picked our car up and Zero fuel in tank. NO WAY would have left it Empty. They said it hadnt been off the lot! The driver that took us too the cruise port spoke little English, didn't know where the terminal was and drove like a maniac! Took over 35 minutes to pick us up. Would give this 0 stars and DO NOT reccomend!!! Will not use again

Horrible. Major communication issues. They go by multiple names “Prestige Easy Park”, “Prestige Transportation”, & “Prestige Easy Park Cruise Parking”. All the instructions on website don’t apply. Their system consist of them writing down the phone numbers as you call, which you’ll call a lot, we waited 2 hrs told 15min more every time. Everyone on the bus was upset for they dealt with the same nonsense. You can see how stressed and disoriented the workers are, not sure how they haven’t came up with a better system. The savings for this service isn’t worth the lost time waiting.
