Between midnight and 6 AM, the parking lot is locked and the shuttle does not operate. If you arrive during this period you will incur a $30 additional charge as an attendant will have to open the gate and operate the shuttle just for you.

It's not obvious where to park or where the shuttle and office is. We wandered around a bit before we found where the office was.
You leave your key with them and they park your car. Upon our return flight, it appeared that there was only one staff member who shuttled us as well as searched for our key (for quite a while), as well as welcomed new customers. Hence the women who we shared the shuttle van with had been waiting for 1/2 hour. Could have a better system of key storage as they had to root through several bins of keys before finding ours. Think we'll try another parking option next time.
