Located less than a half a mile from the Miami cruise port. Premier Cruise parking has a safe and secure parking garage that is man operated and under surveillance 24 hours a day.
This location accepts CASH only. No credit cards.
Look for MET3 Miami Parking sign. Look for attendant on 7th level.
Enter garage, take ticket from machine, make left turn, go up ramp then make right turns until 7th level to see attendant.
No ticket, misplaced or lost carries a $ 50.00 charge.
This is a busy location; please allow a 30-45 minute wait and plan accordingly.
Free shuttle for up to 4 passengers only. No exceptions. You can drop off extras at the port and then come back.

A super easy and quick experience. Granted, we came late and almost missed our cruise BUT, there was no line to wait for the van. We waited maybe 3 minutes, it pulled right on up and we had it all to ourselves. :)

For all those terrible reviews complaining about the van wait, they could’ve just as easily taken an Uber to the dock instead of waiting around for hours complaining ;)

I was very hesitant to use Premier Cruise Parking because of the negative reviews, but we had a wonderful experience. The reservation process was easy, the office manager was very helpful when we called to reserve a spot, and the check-in and transfer process were both seamless. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience!

The place was easy to find, checked in, the parking lot looks pretty new. Once parked, the wait was pretty long, almost half an hour. About 3-4 vans passed by before they started picking up people to take to the terminal. I think I know why as they concentrate on bringing people first from the Terminal, maybe? The pickup on the way back was smooth, once we found the Welcome sign, the shuttle came within 5-10 minutes, we were in it, it filled up quick, the parking was merely 5-10 minutes from the Terminal. It's a great location. The car was found safe and sound as we left it. I wouldn't hesitate to use this location again as we do many cruises. Thank you!!!!

Price was great in comparison to other garages nearby. The only hiccup we had was returning to the parking garage after the cruise. The directions were incorrect on the paper provided so we wasted an hour trying to wave down a shuttle that never showed up. Once we called them, they sent us to another spot and they showed up.

I read the previous reviews and I could see how the wait would be long with lots of cruise ships so we were prepared to call an Uber if needed but it was not many ships leaving or when we came back. We waited in the area and called since we got off our ship late. Someone picked up the phone and confirmed that he would be there. We waited about 15 min and got picked up. It was a covered garage which kept our car cool. The taxes and fees were very high but still cheaper than parking at the cruise terminal but its not "half" the cost like they advertised. I would use them again and just be prepared to wait or take an Uber/Taxi if it's a lot of cruise ships coming back. I didn't have any attitude issues, both drivers knew what they were talking about and we followed their instructions. Just use the phone number on Google since the phone number on the app they use is not correct.

I would highly recommend for cruise parking. Premier Parking provides a secured covered area with personelle on site. They have a continuous shuttle service that takes you both to and from the cruise port. We met the parking attendant Michael who directed us to a secured parking spot directed us to the shuttle area.Come early to avoid the line.

Everyone was super nice, it was well priced, and very convenient. I just wish the communication was better upon pick up - we waited a solid 30 minutes (which is acceptable). However, there was no number to call or specific scheduled times so we started to worry a bit. So many of the same type of vans picking up also, just would have been nice to know we didn't need to keep checking every single time.

I was skeptical becuase of the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised!! Our car was sheltered and cool when we collect it. We check in on 09/09/2023. Our cruise was from 10-15 sep. Huge shout-out to our driver who picked us up from Virgin Terminal on 09/15 at 10am. He called us to see if we had disembarked, drove up to us in 10min. He told us how to exit to the highway, where to get coffee after we check out. It really can't get any smoother. I felt bad because we didn't have any cash left to tip for their awesome service.
Check-in was smooth as well. They close at 3.30pm. We took shuttle bus the next day instead to Virgin Vovage terminal. It was fast and AC was okay. Very little wait time on both ends. I will definitely use them again.

They are very close to the port of Miami and half the price. The shuttles are quick and courteous; we didn't wait more than 10 minutes to get to or from our ship. I would definitely recommend parking here for Miami cruises especially since all their parking is covered and the security is very good.

This parking deck is just outside of the bridge to all the Cruise terminals, but they offer a shuttle to and from. The parking was convenient, covered and our car was safe and sound just as we left it. The rates were much more reasonable than at terminal parking. We paid just over $200 for 13 days. Would highly recommend.

I have used this service multiple times. Great company to work with. Very easy to get to and to park at. They communicate and give direction very well. As you can imagine with any parking company, things get busy when you have several ships coming in at the same time to the same port. Allowing for time in your travel plans to be picked up after your cruise is advisable. I have also seen the PORT make changes of the pickup location the day of my arrival. This is no fault of this company. I would recommend confirming the pickup location with the local people working at the port to make sure you are in the correct place to be picked up. Also, READ THE EMAILS THEY SEND. Most of the bad reviews for this company are things they told you to prepare for. It's not their fault that customers don't read the information provided and therefore are unprepared when they arrive.

Alot of people complaining about getting to this location, we had none. We got there about an hour early, called them told us to come up to the meeting place. From there we checked in showed us where to park then loaded into van. Driver was pleasant ride was about 10 mins. When dropped off give us the blue sheet for pickup. Now the return trip after our cruise a little bit different experience. Picking up at port was fine, the van was not in the best shape, driver very rude. When back at the parking garage, he drove to one of the floors and told all the passengers to get out. Took all our luggage out of the van and drove off. Luckily I remembered where we parked...

This was the best parking and shuttle experience! I couldn’t have imagined it would be so smooth. We arrived to park around 11:00 am… there were several (maybe 4 or 5) vans making constant trips to the port. We were taken straight to our terminal. Getting off the boat and getting our ride back was simple and quick. I couldn’t brag enough about this parking option for the Miami Cruise port.

It is unlike me to book without checking the reviews, but I did!! The fortunate part is that we had absolutely no issues. It went smoothly getting parked and catching the shuttle to the port, and it was the same getting back. We literally got off the boat and saw a van and rushed over. Our driver was great and very nice, and our vehicle was still in tact, which was almost the most important thing to me. I would recommend them to others as booking was very easy online. As far as driving, all of the drivers are wild in Miami to me, but we reached everywhere safely.

I highly recommend this parking service. They are very courteous, prompt and extremely service oriented. We only waited a few minutes for our shuttle to arrive at port to take us to our car. Even at the very busiest of time. Most of all they are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. We left a very valuable item in the van due to our own carelessness. Our driver found it and It is on its way here because of the honesty and reliability of their driver and staff. My experience with Premier Cruise parking was top notch. They gave clear instructions on where I was to park and where the shuttle would be to take me to the Port of Miami. The driver had a very upbeat vibe and pumped us the entire 6 minute drive to the port for our cruise. The wait coming back from the port was 20 minutes tops. So all the reviewers giving a bad rating for the shuttle service obviously don't realize that the shuttle service is complimentary and that they don't have to offer this service to you but they do to make sure your vacation is seamless from start to finish and that it is almost half the price of parking at the port. I would definelty park with Premier again!

I Was referred by a coworker who went on cruise 2 weeks before I did and it was awesome great customer service from the staff and it doesn’t hurt to say I saved a ton more then parking directly at the port. They make it a smooth process from departure to arrival. Definitely will be using them in the future.
