The process for parking was easy and I felt safe leaving car in the enclosed garage. The van was timely taking us to the terminal and was at designated location upon disembarking.
Reserved parking for our recent cruise out of Miami. Could not find the parking location and tried to call their number only to be answered by a ai assistant. Was then forced to park at the port and tried again to call and cancel but was repeatedly hung up on and unable to reach a real human!!! To this day I have not received a refund!!!!
I’ve used the same company for every cruise I’ve had from Miami, and I must say, I’ve never ever had an issue.. they’re simple and provide a great service. My most recent cruise with Virgin, they literally grabbed me from the door as soon as I got off the ship and had me back to my car in mins.. great service!
After having made a reservation to park for my cruise I found it necessary to make changes because of changes made by Norwegian Cruise Line to their arrival time but, using the information available on the website, it was next to impossible to find a way to communicate with anyone. Calling the number listed connects you to a computerized voice named "Mary" which does not give you any options for connecting to a human customer service representative. I didn't find any way to make changes via the website. Somehow, a friend who also had made a reservation found a local number for the garage. I was finally able to speak to someone who appeared to be speaking from her home. Emailed inquiries took at least two days to elicit a reply. Ultimately, both my friend and I opted to forgo our already-paid deposits and take our chances with the Port of Miami garages, which proved to be the more expensive but best option, so we both forfeited our deposits. Also, due to changes made by the cruise line, which didn't match the very restrictive availability of the garage's shuttle service to the port, we would not have been able to get transportation to the port when we would have needed it and, due to the Ultra Music Concert taking place at the same time we were concerned, with the shuttle times not matching the cruise ship's arrival time, we would be stranded at the garage with no way to get to the port.
i waited 1.5 hours to get a shuttle to ship. was in line at 10:30, at front of line and ended up taking an uber with other passengers . your shuttles were not running more than 1 every 45 minutes and the line was at least 100 people!
