Park-Service24

Wir haben den Service für unser Auto gebucht. Wir sind zu unserem Abflugterminal gefahren, dort wurde bereits auf uns gewartet. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und die Übergabe lief reibungslos.

Bei der Rückkehr hat der Service auch wieder wunderbar geklappt! Das Auto wurde direkt an unserem Ankunftterminal übergeben. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Kommunikation und Absprachen waren wunderbar! Wir werden den Service wieder in Anspruch nehmen, da die Anreise bzw. Abreise so viel angehemer ist!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super convenient to drop the vehicle off at the gate, unload luggage and walk straight into check-in counters. You call 30min before you will arrive and they meet you at whichever terminal/gate to requested. My only complaint is I wish the workers wore uniforms so they would stand out as we drive up.



When we arrive back in the country, they call and ask for a timeline, unfortunately, our flight was delayed, so once we got our luggage from baggage claim we called and walked straight out to our warm vehicle. Again, uniforms would be nice since there is no "booth" at the gates to look for.... you basically look for someone with a tablet.Beware there are many companies doing the Valet service like this, so definitely verify you have the right company!

wir sind vor kurzem in den Urlaub geflogen und haben diesen Parkservice gemietet.

Der Service war super und es lief alles reibungslos ab.

Vorallem ohne Stress den kann man vor dem Urlaub sowieso nicht gebrauchen.

Super Arbeit Leute ich buche nur noch bei euch!!!

Habe zum ersten mal den Parkservice von Park-Service24 in Anspruch genommen und war hellauf begeistert! Kommunikation einfach und unkompliziert. 30min vor Ankunft am Terminal wurde telefonisch der Übergabeort am Terminal genau definiert. Der Mitarbeiter war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bei der Rückkehr lief einiges schief mit dem Flug sodass sich meine Rückkreise um 24h verzögerte. Auch hier war die Kommunikation mit Park-Service24 einfach und Zielführend. Bei Ankunft stand mein Auto am Terminal bereit und ich konnte direkt meine Reise vorsetzten.



Ich kann den Service uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

I will forever utilize this company. Burak and the other staff are incredible and have been life savers for me on my trips. I first used the service in September and have since then booked multiple times with them and have recommended them to others who have also had great experiences. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and it’s awesome that they do pick up/drop off from the terminal.

After they saved me from missing my flight to Croatia— I got lost… 3 times and forgot to give them my keys— I will never use another service.

I can only recommend it, no waiting times and friendly staff!

Picking up the car and bringing it back worked perfectly:

Call, someone reached immediately [understandable German!] and the handover was completed within 5 minutes. Incredible fast. The car was impeccable and the driver nice and "tidy". After all, you give a valuable item to someone you don't know.

I will continue to recommend the company.

At the beginning of June we flew for 2 1/2 weeks from Frankfurt Airport on vacation.

Since the parking fees at the airport are very high, we looked around for an alternative.

With the many suitcases, prams and children, public transport was too stressful for us. After some research we came up with Parkservice 24.

For around €150 we were able to stop right in front of the main hall, hand over the car, unload it and continue to check-in.

When we returned, our car was brought back to the short-term parking lot at the main hall within 15 minutes after a phone call. After a quick check for damage and a signature on the handover protocol, we could go home again.



The online booking was very easy and quick.



The employees were always very friendly and personable.
