My overall experience was very good. The car was picked up at the terminal and brought back on arrival. I didn't notice any damage and the mileage was okay too. But I have to say that I had reservations when handing in the car, because everything happened very quickly and seemed a bit dubious. Although the employee was very friendly.
Photos were taken of the car and the mileage recorded, but I would have liked to have received a copy or something similar. Or some kind of written confirmation that my car is at PT-Planet. I then took a photo of the wipe on the spot to have something.

Would book the PT-Planet service again at any time - from booking to picking you up at the airport and delivering the vehicle to the terminal, everything worked out great! Being able to be reached by phone was also great. Thanks! Book again...

We booked valet parking and everything worked perfectly on both the outward flight and the return flight.
On the outward flight the driver was immediately ready to hand over the goods.
Our return flight was 1.5 hours late. But it still worked well at a very late hour.
No hidden costs.

die Übergabe am Flughafen bei meinem Hinflug und auch bei meinem Rückflug habe ich das Auto pünktlich ohne Wartezeit zum Flughafen Übernommen.
