Easy to park and shuttle to the airport

Just used them for the park and ride and sprung for the car wash. Very easy and friendly. They did a good job cleaning the car as well. I was a little suspicious at first but honestly they were fine and we were in and out, no waiting.

Before I use this service, actually I am a little worried about service because I read review.

However, I received great service pick-up and drop. even in returning, we only waited just 5-10mins. When we called driver, they arrvied just in time. I satisfied this service, and I will use here again.

Shuttle was quick (a little cramped). They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and picked us up at the terminal we were using. The garage spots were fine, the garage itself was a bit of a harrowing affair to navigate as my midsize SUV barely made it through the turns. Overall I was satisfied with the security and convenience for the price.

Departure: Arrived and was told to park on level 11. I went to 11 and there was no place to park. Came down to 10 nothing. Came down to 9 and found the last spot. Got in the van and went to the airport in about 15 minutes.



Arrival: Came out with bags and they happen to be there picking up riders. Got back to the car in about 15 minutes. Went up and realized I had left the lights on.



The staff began to try to help us get the car jumped. The were amazing and tried to help us the best they could. We found out our battery is under the passenger seat. Couldn't jump it because of the location of the battery.



We could not figure out how to use our ADAC. Hussien let us sit in the cramped office, gave us coffee and offered us baklava. After 3 hours we finally got in touch with ADAC and they came and started our car.



I read other reviews and they were a bit scathing. I feel that everything happens for a reason and I wont realize why until later, if ever.



I appreciate the staffs assistance and recommend this parking facility.

It’s a good service for a good price

- you do park on specific floors. That’s because this company can only park on those floors; therefore your spot is secure around where they are allowed to park. Plus, there’s an elevator… so no big deal

- the transfer takes 15min; so do your math: for the company to take people and bring them back it takes 30min. It works awesome if you are just in time for them to pick you up (which happened to me both ways)



I had a bit of a problem because I read the comments on how bad the service is and how delayed it was. So I called extra early to come pick me up and they could not wait for me. But I did not wait long before they came again.



Overall: I had a good experience, I recommend it. People could be warmer; but honestly, that did not take away from the fact that the service (what’s mainly important to me) was good, they delivered.



Suggestion: book yourself a buffer time when coming back. Our flight said to be back at 18h00 and i booked it until 19:30. Your flight can be delayed or your transfer. Just as a tip, I didn’t have a problem myself but just so you are not under stress.

I rarely post reviews, but this one is well deserved.



I was very worried about booking in this parking because of the many bad reviews.



However I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service.



I chose the option "covered parking" by booking directly on the website sparparker.de



Everything went well, the driver spoke only German but made himself understood. He was punctual both on the way there and on the way back.

Perfect place to park your car if you are flying from FRA. Super helpful and friendly. Very good shuttle service to and from the airport. More importantly they speaks English :).

Cheap, super efficient service and nice staff. A bit difficult to find the very first time, since the label is a bit hidden.
