The online booking app set the wrong date. We called to cancel the reservation and the clerk who answered said it was all taken care of and no charges would be made. Monday morning my wife’s card was charged anyways. They are refusing to refund our money. It is not our fault they where booked full for the night we needed so it auto flipped our reservation to the next night. I will never stay in another Hampton and I will encourage everyone else to avoid then. I enjoy being in the hospitality industry.

Because of a lost room reservation I had to pay $300 per night at this Hampton inn. At that price this was a very poor value. At $100 per night it would have been a good value. But, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and the breakfast was as you would expect.

If your looking for an awesome hotel to stay with wonderful people working there late at night look no further this is your place. Great staff, clean big rooms temp in room was perfect to help you fall asleep, bathroom clean and free of mold. Plus it is smoke free and it DOES NOT smell like marijuana like a lot of other hotels.

The receptionist was excellent in making us feel welcome an accommodating. They will go out of their way to help and extend our stay. One encounter was 3/5/22 when I was in a rush to officiate Volleyball at the Louisville Expo center and left my winter jacket at the hotel, not realizing that I left it behind in the hotel. (Rushing) to get to my match. The hotel CEO was contacted and she came to my rescue along with the receptionist at night on the 3/5 They were a God sent in every way. Thank you so very MUCH !!!!! God bless you both.

Initially had issues. After checkout and leaving review, the manager (Jody) made contact with me and satisfactorily rectified my issues. She was very pleasant to deal with. Appreciated, thank you.

Checked into a 2nd floor room 2-11-2022. When we checked out on 2-12, advised the clerk of the following. Toilet would barely flush. Clerk said, "yea, sometimes they are slow like that. They're supposed to be coming to work on them but they get slow sometimes." A/C window unit when turned on would run about 30 sec. and shut off. Cool outdoor temp so it was tolerable without. About 3:30am, was awakened by the front of the A/C unit falling off into the floor, sounded like someone was coming in either the window or door. Single cup coffee maker made luke warm coffee. No microwave in room to finish warming coffee. Did have a dorm size fridge. Always had good rooms at Hampton Inns and actively search them out when looking. Will not stay at this one again. Too many close by for no more than $15 or so. Entire facility needs attention, routine maintenance and updating.

I would not stay at this hotel again. It is no fault to the staff. They were very friendly, professional, and accommodating. This hotel is next to the airport and highway which makes it very loud to begin with. Also, this hotel accommodates public housing and people who live there on a steady basis who are not considerate to travelers. They should not put travelers and people who live there on the same floors. The hotel is extremely loud and not for a traveler who needs to get a good nice sleep. The room was clean and adequate.

Hampton Inns are usually one of my favorite places to stay when taking road trips. I appreciate the comfortable beds and pillows and the free breakfast. I won't, however, be staying at this location again. It appeared shabby compared to other Hampton Inn hotels and we had issues during our stay that likely were the result of deferred maintenance. The location off the highway is good, but an update is needed.

The facility was clean, the breakfast was not your ordinary hotel breakfast, it was a MEAL! I left items in my room, I called, they secured my items I sent a label to Michelle, and the manager, they packed my things and took it a step further, dropped it off at UPS for me. I have NEVER experienced this type of service before… As a “Dance Mom” my daughter and I travel a lot, this is by far our BEST EXPERIENCE!!!! Thank you guys!!

The most unprofessional and unethical staff I’ve ever encountered— after two men in all black bang on our hotel room door at 4am who refuse to announce themselves then began to threaten us, cursing that he would take us out in handcuffs right then. I’m appalled at the level of mismanagement here because when I, concerned and feeling threatened, called the front desk to see if these in fact were hotel employees they did not take out concerns seriously and sided that their security was doing their job. I’ve never in my life had such a supremely awful and scary experience where I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the hotel room I paid for. What a disappointment and can happily say we will never stay with a Hampton Inn or affiliate ever again.

We didn't plan on staying here, but American Airlines put us here for a night due to flight cancellations/delays. It was quick, they were friendly, it was clean, it was safe. We couldn't have asked for a closer place or better staff amidst frustrating circumstances.

Watch the movie planes, trains, and automobiles. That's what it was like staying in this hotel. FYI the first flight happens at 0330 in the morning. Sweet dreams.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel! Our group stayed here for several nights while in town running a race and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Multiple phone calls/questions ahead of time, several shuttles back and forth to the airport, a ridiculous number of requests while we were there :) Everyone was super nice and Jody, specifically, was awesome. The place was clean, comfortable, easy, and has a great full breakfast.

The bathroom was a bit dark over the shower area, but the room was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall stay was good. would recommend.

Our stay has been comfy and cozy with a pretty good continental breakfast to get the day started. The staff is very courteous and has helped with a couple things we had forgotten at home!! Thank you all!!

Just stayed here last night (sept 2021). Entire staff was nice; front desk, cleaning lady, breakfast room attendant, nighttime security guy. All said hi and seemed genuinely nice and in a good mood. Room was nice and clean. Carpet a little old but everything else was in good condition. Pool was closed for some sort of chemical treatment (wasn’t planning on swimming anyway) but looked nice and had seating all around. Would stay again.

Popped in for an overnight and was a great experience. Manager (Jennifer I think is her name) went to the back of kitchen to get me teabags late at night with no complaining. In the morning I needed tape and the front desk guy went and found some. At some hotels they'd just say don't have it / can't leave the desk. Staff is very friendly and kind. Room was sanitary and plenty of space and amenities for 2

This hotel did not live up to the Hampton Inn name. The beds were small (full, not queen) and uncomfortable with only a sheet and a thin, white bedspread. The front desk attendant told us we could grab blankets from the laundry bin near the elevator on our way up (which looked like it had dirty laundry in it and the "clean" blankets that were folded on top looked dingy. We opted not to use those. The Hampton's I have stayed in in the past have had big, comfy duvets and wonderful beds. This one did not live up to that standard. Also, the hallway carpets were absolutely disgusting and very stained and the room carpets weren't much better. The blind on the window was literally made of paper and was old and yellowed. Some parts of the room seemed to be updated and nice (furniture, closet, bathroom vanity), but other parts seemed old and grungy. The whole place had a bit of a smell (probably the nasty carpets). The beds seemed clean and bathroom was also clean. Good enough to spend the night while traveling, but I'd never want to spend long here.

Staff remained cordial and helpful even when attending to a large group with demands. Our room was clean and comfortable, and my husband said that the biscuit, gravy, and eggs he had for breakfast were good. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here when we bought our package for Kentucky Kingdom. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast that was served was good too.

Great place to stay if you have kiddos.

The staff at check in was very helpful advising of mask guidelines, and even helping me make sure I knew where we were going for our event. I was happy with the room size and refrigerator. The charge port was sticky, and they only two towels for two adults and two teens. They have a small business center, fitness center and pool. I thought the pool would be larger considering the hotel size. We were only provided one roll of the paper and resorted to tissues in the middle if second night. I would recommend requesting more TP and towels on check in. The door has to be forced closed in order to stay closed. The breakfast was a good Hampton variety with staff getting items for you.

I highly recommend this particular Hotel. They were very professional very helpful and care about their guests. The rooms were clean, and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask and it was given. Will definitely stay here again.

I was extremely disappointed. The rooms though clean and comfortable, they now have a new policy of no longer servicing the rooms automatically. You have to request it. Well, good luck! I requested three times to have my room cleaned, or at least clean towels and my garbage dumped. Didn't happen at all the entire six nights. I had to get clean towns from the front desk. And leave the garbage around the overflowing cans. I will not return. I did say something to the manager, with no resolution, but I'm sorry, here are new towels.

1. I checked in with the app the day before arrival and picked a room. We arrived late in the evening and received our room cards for the room. Went up to the room and the cards didn't work. I tried the electronic key and the app said "locked from inside". The door seal was broken so I'm assuming someone was inside. We were assigned a different room with two twin beds and not the king room I reserved. 2. The shower in the room didn't work properly. It looked like the spout was clogged with minerals. 3. We ran out of toilet paper and asked the desk if they could replenish it and provide new towels. We were told it would be done. When we returned to the room at 9 pm it had not been done. 4. At breakfast they ran out of food. My wife asked for hardboiled eggs and saw there was a spider in the bowl of eggs. 5. The desk ran out of water so I went to the vending machine and put $2.50 in the machine and pressed the water button. The machine dispensed a bottle of soda instead. I need the water to take my medicine at night. 6. The rooms are a bit run down and in need of refurbishment. Overall I would not return here.

Strange that I had 3 towels, 4 hand towels and 1 washcloth, but the room was clean, they had a hot breakfast and good water pressure. Digital key is such a nice feature.
