Nice place to land in Louisville. Great that its named after a native son. Lots of seating and not super large but large enough to support their flow. Staff seemed nice, professional and attentive.

Flight landed here, all employees very helpful and courteous here. Seen several employees that was very friendly and seem to be waiting just to help everyone.
All the way from gate threw the process of landing at the airport through airport and getting baggage all the way to the parking lot and to the car was very clean and neat.
Would definitely recommend flying out of or into Louisville International Airport to all my family and friends.

Cute small airport. Very clean. KFC is outside TSA. Baggage claim is downstairs. Pickup for uber/lyft or taxi is downstairs to the left and outside. Very nice staff thru TSA, even when the lines were long it took no more than 10 minutes to get through. Very clean bathrooms. And the gift shops have something for everyone.

It was raining when we arrived and it took a long time for luggage to come out. We were told because of the thunderstorms. Totally understandable however it took them a long time to resume service after the rain stopped. And the small baggage area was crowding up with several flights of passengers waiting for their bags. Didn't quite sure how flights were landing but they were having trouble off loading bags.
At departure, the security check opened up our golf bags pockets and never zipped them back up. That was unacceptable. Luckily nothing was lost, I like to see better improvement on that, we should have better respect for others properties.
Otherwise everything was good. The officers and TSA staffs at airport was nice.

Quite a long line at security for such a small airport, but we got through it. Airport is clean and the layout isn't too bad.

Easy to navigate, public bus stop outside of baggage claim (doesn't run too often, but only 1.75 to downtown), friendly information desk staff member (wish I would have got his name)

This Louisville international airport is kind of small but either then that it's super easy to locate and get around so you will not be getting lost like at other huge airports so I guess that's the plus side of it being small but the downside is that not a lot of air traffic goes to there so maybe like 5 planes throughout all the gates. But it's a nice little spot with a bunch of information and things to do while you come in to visit Kentucky or are already leaving Kentucky either way you'll always have something to do !

When I finally landed here it was after an exhausting 2 days of travel so my nerves were on edge. I came out to wait for my ride there was some benches so went over to sit. I have no idea why flying makes me tired but it sure zapps the energy right out of me. There were a few people already sitting and a few standing. There was a drink can sitting on the bench blocking the area so nobody could sit there. After a few minutes I went over and picked it up to throw it away and sit down. That's when a TSA agent who had been pacing with his phone to his ear but not saying anything came over and roughly took the can away from me and sat it back on the bench. I was absolutely floored by his actions. I sat down as close to the can as I could. He finally finished his cigarette picked up his can and still without saying anything into his phone walked away. Rude is the only thing I could call him. I was so tired I knew the best thing for me to do was keep my mouth shut cause the last thing i needed was to go to jail for grabbing this guy by the ear and giving him a lesson in manners. I did however take some very nice pictures of him and his precious can. If you run into him remember dont touch his can. Lol

Very nice airport! Small but very clean and easy to get around. Get food before you go through TSA - not too many choices at the gates.
And bring a jacket - holy cow, is it cold in the terminal!

This airport is one of the nicest I've been to. Clean and laid out in an efficient manner, I could quickly navigate from my plane to the rental car area. Signage both within the terminal and on the exit roads were easy to read and understand. Food choices were interesting and numerous, everything from Starbucks to a bourbon tasting area. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Expected a 2 hour boarding process but ended up at our gate in under 20 minutes. Not too bad. Should be only 3 stars because the food process are dumb. Overall, not too bad at all.

Nice welcome to the airport for our Imaging USA 2024 convention. Airport is very modern and and clean. If you want to order coffee at Starbucks order online in tsa then pick it up. I only waited 5 min for my online ordering right outside the store with a line of 20 customers in the “order at counter” line.

I have had the pleasure of flying in and out of Louisville International Airport, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience each time! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the airport was. The terminals were spacious and airy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating areas.
But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service that I received throughout my time at the airport. From the friendly staff at the check-in counter to the helpful airport security personnel, everyone I encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to assist in any way they could.
I also appreciated the wide range of amenities and services that were available at the airport. Whether I needed a quick bite to eat, a last-minute souvenir, or even a relaxing massage, there was something for everyone at Louisville International Airport.
Overall, I would highly recommend Louisville International Airport to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable travel experience. With its exceptional customer service, top-notch facilities, and wide array of amenities, it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Well done, Louisville International Airport!

Great airport. Away from the huge crowds traveling this location is lovely. With discount and major carriers all at this location minus the crowds and long lines. Wonderful customer service though out the airport. Not a large amount of food options but again it’s a small airport. Very clean general areas.

Louisville Kentucky International Airport is probably one of the best that I've seen in the area. Being an International Airport it definitely has features that others don't and some that others do. What I like the most is the artistic value it gives as you walk through from the parking garage as well as the middle display of a Pegasus that hangs in the area of the escalators. As well as they take bourbon barrels and turn them into rocking chairs for you to lounge in waiting on your flight. They're always doing something to improve it and always looking for a way to make your traveling experiences better and at the best if possible. I mean, let's be real. Nobody wants to go to an airport and have to deal with a bunch of rundown stuff and not clean. I mean, this is a place where you're welcome and family and friends, and to Louisville when you pick them up, as well as send them off saying your farewells. I hope your experience is as good as ours has been, and I hope ours continues to be better welcome to Louisville

Sensibly sized airport with an easy exit from arrivals to a well signed Uber / Lyft ride share pickup. After a day of travel, I do appreciate the simplicity.

"As you step off the plane, you can feel the spirit of the greatest heavyweight champion in the air. Named after the legendary Muhammad Ali🥊, this airport is more than just a transportation hub - it's a tribute to a man who inspired millions with his talent, courage, and conviction. So whether you're here for business or pleasure, this airport 🛫 offers you the restaurants, the shops, and the character that Louisville Airport has to offer. There are no issues with delays at the TSA, or checking in my luggage with the airline. Great service!👌🏼

Fairly busy airport, but by comparison to places like Atlanta, it's a cake walk. Those that work here seem pretty nice and the amenities are decent. I like flying out of this airport... it's convenient.

Nice airport. It's tiny but seems to have all the major airlines and dropping off/picking up was a breeze. Also the parking is very close! Baggage came out quickly.

For my latest trip I decided to depart early evening, and returned early evening. The airport was virtually empty both legs of my trip. No lines! Even through security! It was such a relaxing event!

The check-in was quick and painless. Security was much more thorough and faster than LaGuardia. I do have to give points to the food choices with your not that varied but filling. Very good experience at this smaller airport.

Honestly, the airport is small and pretty limited in destinations, but being small also makes it easy to navigate. The last time we were there, we had a dead battery in the parking lot, and a wonderful man from the parking services came and jumped our car. That's above and beyond to me.

Nice airport, small… security line was pretty long. There is a Starbucks, pre- made food, a Chilis and gift shop past security. Bathrooms are pretty clean.

Beautiful airport. Loved the atmosphere. Live bands playing great music and delicious restaurants. I came here for the Kentucky Derby. ALL airport workers were super helpful and patient. The only complaint I have is that the TSA should have been better prepared for the departure chaos after the Derby. There was way too much confusion and the lines were going outside the terminal. It also looked like they only had 3 lanes total with TSA guards checking people through. That's completely insane lol. I was listening to a bunch of passengers say they missed their flight and there were of course a ton of delays. Hopefully it's better next year during the 150 year anniversary.

Fantastic airport....but signage entering can be really confusing even for locals. Pay close attention. If you want to eat and drink... especially bourbon...this is your dream airport. Nice shopping as well.
