Just stayed here last night (sept 2021). Entire staff was nice; front desk, cleaning lady, breakfast room attendant, nighttime security guy. All said hi and seemed genuinely nice and in a good mood. Room was nice and clean. Carpet a little old but everything else was in good condition. Pool was closed for some sort of chemical treatment (wasn’t planning on swimming anyway) but looked nice and had seating all around. Would stay again.

Popped in for an overnight and was a great experience. Manager (Jennifer I think is her name) went to the back of kitchen to get me teabags late at night with no complaining. In the morning I needed tape and the front desk guy went and found some. At some hotels they'd just say don't have it / can't leave the desk. Staff is very friendly and kind. Room was sanitary and plenty of space and amenities for 2

This hotel did not live up to the Hampton Inn name. The beds were small (full, not queen) and uncomfortable with only a sheet and a thin, white bedspread. The front desk attendant told us we could grab blankets from the laundry bin near the elevator on our way up (which looked like it had dirty laundry in it and the "clean" blankets that were folded on top looked dingy. We opted not to use those. The Hampton's I have stayed in in the past have had big, comfy duvets and wonderful beds. This one did not live up to that standard. Also, the hallway carpets were absolutely disgusting and very stained and the room carpets weren't much better. The blind on the window was literally made of paper and was old and yellowed. Some parts of the room seemed to be updated and nice (furniture, closet, bathroom vanity), but other parts seemed old and grungy. The whole place had a bit of a smell (probably the nasty carpets). The beds seemed clean and bathroom was also clean. Good enough to spend the night while traveling, but I'd never want to spend long here.

Staff remained cordial and helpful even when attending to a large group with demands. Our room was clean and comfortable, and my husband said that the biscuit, gravy, and eggs he had for breakfast were good. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here when we bought our package for Kentucky Kingdom. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast that was served was good too.

Great place to stay if you have kiddos.

The staff at check in was very helpful advising of mask guidelines, and even helping me make sure I knew where we were going for our event. I was happy with the room size and refrigerator. The charge port was sticky, and they only two towels for two adults and two teens. They have a small business center, fitness center and pool. I thought the pool would be larger considering the hotel size. We were only provided one roll of the paper and resorted to tissues in the middle if second night. I would recommend requesting more TP and towels on check in. The door has to be forced closed in order to stay closed. The breakfast was a good Hampton variety with staff getting items for you.

I highly recommend this particular Hotel. They were very professional very helpful and care about their guests. The rooms were clean, and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask and it was given. Will definitely stay here again.

Service was amazing! The staff were very kind and courteous! I've been to more experience hotels and haven't had anywhere near as good service. Definitely coming again the next time I'm flying. The rooms very clean and comfy.

I was extremely disappointed. The rooms though clean and comfortable, they now have a new policy of no longer servicing the rooms automatically. You have to request it. Well, good luck! I requested three times to have my room cleaned, or at least clean towels and my garbage dumped. Didn't happen at all the entire six nights. I had to get clean towns from the front desk. And leave the garbage around the overflowing cans. I will not return. I did say something to the manager, with no resolution, but I'm sorry, here are new towels.

1. I checked in with the app the day before arrival and picked a room. We arrived late in the evening and received our room cards for the room. Went up to the room and the cards didn't work. I tried the electronic key and the app said "locked from inside". The door seal was broken so I'm assuming someone was inside. We were assigned a different room with two twin beds and not the king room I reserved. 2. The shower in the room didn't work properly. It looked like the spout was clogged with minerals. 3. We ran out of toilet paper and asked the desk if they could replenish it and provide new towels. We were told it would be done. When we returned to the room at 9 pm it had not been done. 4. At breakfast they ran out of food. My wife asked for hardboiled eggs and saw there was a spider in the bowl of eggs. 5. The desk ran out of water so I went to the vending machine and put $2.50 in the machine and pressed the water button. The machine dispensed a bottle of soda instead. I need the water to take my medicine at night. 6. The rooms are a bit run down and in need of refurbishment. Overall I would not return here.

Strange that I had 3 towels, 4 hand towels and 1 washcloth, but the room was clean, they had a hot breakfast and good water pressure. Digital key is such a nice feature.

DISHONEST AND SHADY - Especially their manager Jodi. I had called and cancelled well in advance regarding my change of plans and they still charged me a no show. It was their employees fault for not cancelling the reservation. Stay away at all costs.
