Very Nice, Very Clean, Extremely Convenient to SMF Airport with the shuttle included.

Even had Martel Blue Swift Cognac on the bar, a rare bar find especially in hotel bars!

Thanks for a Great short stay!

I was worried about staying here because of how bad the reviews were. I should have stayed away!!! It was sooooo bad. First thing when I checked in I asked for toothbrushes and tooth paste. The lady said she would send them up to our room. So we went up.to our room at 8pm and waited.. and waited.. and waited.. untill 12 am. And then we called down and asked them to bring up the toothbrushes and then they told us they had run out. So we didn't brush our teeth on the first night. We had to go buy toothbrushes the next day. And the breakfast was really bad too. The scrambled eggs are from a carton so they're not real. And they tasted horrible. We went out the next day and bought cereal and fruit just so we could eat something that didn't taste bad. Please don't stay here. No wonder the reviews are so bad. They didn't have ANY carts for luggage when we checked in so we had to unload our entire car without a luggage cart. Because this hotel is known for its breakins we had to make sure nothing was in the car.

They don't have cameras so there is nothing they can do about it. So it's your fault if your car gets broken into on their property.

I ordered the suite in my wife's name and didn't realize. Since the clerk couldn't find it I ordered another room to lock in the stay. When my wife showed up she found the room, but the clerk then says I can't get a refund. Why didn't she tell me this before I bought the room? I would've tired harder to find it. Why didn't she try harder to help me find the suite I purchased? To make things worse the suite was terrible. Cracks in the shower wall, broken dressers, handles hanging off the dresser. This is the worse hotel I've ever been to. Especially because of the price

The security lock was ripped off of the inside of the door and there was a hole in the wall. Did not feel safe and the front desk was unhelpful. Definitely not what I expected from a Marriott brand!

I couldn't make the first day of my two day stay. I called the main reservation line to confirm they wouldn't cancel my reservation. I called the front desk after to confirm as well.

They cancelled my reservation. Then we're fully booked when I showed up. Then they told me I was being charged for both days. Then they told me they couldn't help me get another room at another Marriott.

Thanks for nothing.

I wish i could give this a zero star….we arrived shortly after midnight due to arriving on a delayed flight. All we wanted was a few hours sleep before we got up in the morning to drive home. The front desk refused to let us check in because “its their policy” to not let anyone check in after midnight. This is of course ridiculous , but it got worse. Not only did they not honor my reservation, they refused to refund my money. After multiple calls to management who was anything but responsive, my only recourse was to call my credit card company and have them refuse to pay the charges. I gigantic hassle over a ludicrous policy and a complete lack of common sense. The fact that they are even in business is an embarrassment to the entire chain.

Clean room. Great Hwy 5 location, easy freeway access. Lists of restaurants nearby. Close to Airport with shuttle services. Free breakfast and has a full bar.

Had an 11:30 shuttle scheduled which was at least 1/2 hour late and then had to go to a gas station prior to taking us to the airport. On the return trip, our original call was not answered. The second call had at least 20 rings before being answered. Nearly one hour from time of our call to the shuttle picking us up. Service contract states shuttle runs every 1/2 hour. That was not accomplished on either trip and I suspect that is a common occurance. Other than that, the drivers were good and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. I think on our next trip we will use long term parking at the airport.

I had a great experience during my unplanned stay at this hotel. The staff really made things outstanding. The room furnishings were very comfortable.

It's an older place that shows it age but has fantastic character and everything works as it should. Beds are comfortable, shower has great water pressure and nice white towels. Unfortunately like everything in that god forsaken state it the people who spoil it.

The hotel itself is nice, despite COVID keeping their in-house bar and restaurant closed. The rooms are decent and comfortable.

HOWEVER, when arriving, the parking spaces are so narrow, you are pretty much guaranteed to have dents and dings in your doors when you leave. The biggest problem ... I was there for five nights. Literally every single night, AT LEAST, one car was broken into and burglarized.

A colleague approached staff at the front desk to inquire about the break-ins and was greeted with a very nonchalant, "yeah, it's pretty much a nightly thing". They also have no security cameras on the outside of the building.

People trust the Sheraton name. Spend the money and put at least some basic cameras up or hire security. The added cost, at some point is going to be much better to absorb than the number of cancelled reservations and/or reduction in stays when word gets out.

At minimum, be honest and upfront about the dangers of parking there. Inform patrons about the nightly break-ins, so they can better prepare themselves for the inevitable reality of parking there. I get that break-ins happen at hotels, and care should always be taken. But for it to happen nightly and with no effort put forward on behalf of the hotel to even attempt to protect the patrons who place their trust in them... Appalling.

Why is my review keep getting deleted! I am giving my honest review here. The manager at night time for 4-8-2021 was a horrible man. I got my room booked at 9 pm. Got to the hotel around 3 am. And wow to my surprise He said no room no booked under my husband name. And like that he expected we go out in the middle of the night and like he didn’t even check the computer for my hub name.

was there for 7 hours total. Was told at check in room was paid by my company and credit card just for incidentals, then had bill for $180 on credit card. They Would not reverse charges and bill my company even after they called to verify reservation. Also, did not have booked room available. Also, was put on hold for 25 minutes trying to call shuttle from airport , so long phone went dead, had to go back in airport charge phone and then call back and put on hold again! So an hour waiting for return shuttle. Do not recommend this place. Will never go back.

Not impressed with this hotel at all. Our family opted to stay here over 8 hour layover before 6am flight. They made it easy with $99 per night fee. So many things went wrong. It wasn't worth it. First, we had to wait 30 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. When it arrived, it was already full before we could get on. The fun continued. Late night food options around the hotel are minimal forcing us to eat in their hotel instead. It keeps going. The walls in this hotel are super thin. It was so bad I could hear people talking in their bed in the room next to us and people walking above us. (And now imagine a full hotel due to $99 rate.) Chaos. Scheduling our "free shuttle" for the am turned out to be a challenge. Our preferred time was full (4:30). The next time (5:00) was full too. We had to do an UBER instead. This place is a joke. This condensed version. What happened to us was much worse. Don't stay here. Go across the highway where the restaurants are.

Choose to leave my car here and then take the shuttle to SMF. Left promptly at 8:30 am and made my 9:25 am flight...barely. Clean van professional staff. Give yourself 15 minute prior to your departure to unload and complete the permit process.

Beware! Our car got broken into in the parking lot. I was informed that this happens atleast once a month in their parking lot. No manager on site to assist and no cameras throughout the parking lot. Stay away from this hotel

Great front desk service and beautiful hotel. I took off 1 star for cleaning. My baby found a pill on the carpet and tried to eat it.

Beside the vacuum missing that pill, everywhere else was clean. I did the finger check on top of the surfaces.

This is a pretty decent hotel. Check in was quick and front desk agent was nice. Room was a nice size for having 2 queen beds. Didnt like the sliding bathroom door and the 2 long strands of hair on the bathroom floor. Was excited when i saw that there was no log in required to watch hbo. It was free.. But was disappointed real quick when it stopped streaming 15 min into movie. We restarted it and it happened again. After about 4 times trying we just gave up.

BEWARE! We were moving my youngest sister to San Diego from WA state. Stopped here for a drive break and to get some sleep for a few hours. We parked the uHaul under a light and made sure to lock it up. When we woke up in the morning, everything was gone. Of course there were “no cameras.” It seems interesting to me that someone just happened to be driving around with bolt cutters and a big enough truck to take every single thing out of a packed uHaul within the few hours we stopped to get some rest. Do yourself a favor and find a better/ safer hotel to stay at.

I’ve been staying here at the four points Sheraton for several months now on business trips they range anywhere from two days to seven days the staff has always been accommodating even in these trying times of COVID-19 in the worldwide pandemic I’m really looking forward to when the restaurants open again the gym as well as the swimming pool before now these people deserve a five star review for everything they deal with on a daily basis.

Let’s say you get to SMF late in the day and need a clean convenient place to stay, as someone who says hundreds of nights in hotels a year, I would book this hotel again when needed. For me it was clean and accessible from the airport.

My fiance and I booked a last minute room here after our luggage was lost flying in to Sacramento. Seeing as we live 2+ hours away we opted to stay overnight and wait for the luggage to arrive the following morning rather than have it delivered. Meika at the front desk was absolutely OUTSTANDING. She was professional, polite and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable after hearing of our travel woes. We had to call her back when there was an issue with our TV remote and she attended to the matter promptly and with a smile on her (masked) face. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her.

The hotel itself was spotless, had good snack/wine/beer options in the snack bar area at check in, and was reasonably priced. We will definitely be booking here again in the future for airport needs.

Room was great, check in and check out were very easy it's not five stars due to loud ac in the room and poor water pressure in the shower. Other than those gripes it was a nice clean hotel

Very good hotel, clean, walls soundproof very well, and very good staff. all in all had a pleasant experience with no issues.

On a side note, make sure you give him a call if you land at the airport, because the shuttle does not run automatically.

Room was clean, the front desk worker was great. The only problem we had was the room next door was blasting music. We had to call the front desk. They finally shut it off after midnight. The location was good as we were flying out the night morning. I believe the hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport as well.

Although the personnel was very, very nice, the shower was clogged and very stained, and the bathroom backed up several times. The smell of hemp flooded the entire floor and filtered into the room; if I wanted to be in SF's Height, I would have gotten a room there, instead. There were hardly any facilities offered, due to Covid. Still, no good coffee in the morning??? It's a shame that such a beautiful hotel in the outside, could be so run down in the inside. It was such a beautiful hotel when it opened a few years ago.

Roaches soon as night hits all outside the property, found a roach in the bathroom sink. Never compensated or reimbursed and had to stay in the same room after having the staff catch it in a cup. Nothing sprayed or done after catching it in a cup, just have agoodnight. Cleaning staff was really nice and all the front desk staff except for one. Dirty towels, sheets, and paper thin walls with loud guest. Wouldn't recommend staying here, they don't take care of their guests.

This review is actually for renting their banquet hall. We reserved the hall for a wedding reception and were very pleased with the location and size of the venue. The staff taking care of the venue while our event was happening were very friendly and took care of everything to make guests comfortable.

Spent the night mid week in Dec. The grounds are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby was laid out with seating up front transitioning to the bar/ dinning area. We were greeted and our reservations were processed quickly.

Our room, was clean and in good repair. Plenty of room with wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair. A bonus was the refrigerator and microwave. Two areas for improvement based on my stay was the interior lighting was not bright enough and the walls need additional insulation for sound proofing. You can actually hear the neighbors conversations.

The moring breakfast buffet, a lower end continental breakfast found at most hotels, was lacking based on the $11.00 per person fee. We have had many free continental breakfasts that offer a greater selection.

All in all, I would stay here again, but drive down the road to Black Bears for breakfast.

Overall the hotel is pretty nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room has a decent amount of space. The TV seems slightly larger than average, there's also a fridge in microwave in the room. However, it's very dark inside the room. The walls are a darker color and the lighting isn't that good in the evening or at night.

I was surprised that the Four Points was room bigger and nicer than other one I have been in US. Since I am Marriott member, I asked for a bigger room upgrade and was happy that I had one. I have stayed at so many Marriott and never get upgraded and this is the first EVER. We booked the rate with breakfasts and wish it was free for everyone since the food are so basic. I have to mentioned that it FREE parking. The staff are friendly and location is very good.

The walls are extremely thin at this hotel. We were roomed right next to the exit and every time someone came in or out, it sounded as if they were coming right into our room. Not only that but the toilet had this high pitched ringing alllll night long. A gentleman came by and checked it out. He was able to stop it but the next time my husband or I used the restroom it started up again. Although the location was nice, not to far from the airport, I'll opt out of staying here again.
