Booked the room as it was close to airport. However they DO NOT have a 24 hour shuttle! We had to be at the airport by 3:30 A.M. and the shuttle starts later. We had the desk reserve a taxi. Then that taxi was not going to make it at the time we needed, so another taxi came. We got where we needed to be, but some unknowns were happening.
Food at the restaurant was fine.
Only slept a few hours because of our schedule.

Beautiful hotel. Check in was quick and the customer service was great. The restaurant was awesome. Rene my bartender and waitress had outstanding customer service. She waited on us, made the drinks and cooked our food which by the way was delicious. I had the best grill cheese and tomato bisque soup. I know where I’m staying when I visit Sacramento again.

Room was clean, the front desk worker was great. The only problem we had was the room next door was blasting music. We had to call the front desk. They finally shut it off after midnight. The location was good as we were flying out the night morning. I believe the hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport as well.

Stayed in June 2022. Location, well it's northern Sacramento, so it's not the best, but not the worst either. Keep your vehicle clear of high value items. Room: clean and pleasant. The internet was good for streaming and the link to the TV worked well. This location has a breakfast buffet, but I didn't partake in it as it's not an early morning offering. Price, decent and what you'd expect from a Four Points.

Choose to leave my car here and then take the shuttle to SMF. Left promptly at 8:30 am and made my 9:25 am flight...barely. Clean van professional staff. Give yourself 15 minute prior to your departure to unload and complete the permit process.

The room could have been in a little better shape. There was damage in a few different areas. The dinner service was pretty slow. That could be because there were a lot of people and only one server doing everything. Otherwise the stay was ok and the front counter was very polite and nice. The proximity to the airport was very nice as well as we had an early flight.

I was surprised that the Four Points was room bigger and nicer than other one I have been in US. Since I am Marriott member, I asked for a bigger room upgrade and was happy that I had one. I have stayed at so many Marriott and never get upgraded and this is the first EVER. We booked the rate with breakfasts and wish it was free for everyone since the food are so basic. I have to mentioned that it FREE parking. The staff are friendly and location is very good.

Checked in around midnight with a friendly front desk person, who helped us get settled in after we came in drenched. Early morning breakfast buffet was great ($14.95 for full variety of hot entrees) and friendly staff in the dining room, too. They also have economical parking at $8/day (cheaper than economy pkg at the airport) for cars if you want to park there and shuttle to the airport. Rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed. Highly recommend.

We did not stay here this time, but utilized the park & ride shuttle to the airport. The hotel is a very nice facility and we felt safe leaving our car there. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, cost half the price of airport parking, and you do not have to drive around trying to find parking. The shuttle drops you off & picks you up. A quick call and they are there. Our drivers have been super nice, personable and interactive. We'll likely stay at the hotel next time we have an early flight. This is such a convenience and great service.

We just got here today due to flight cancellation! Although we had to wait in airlines to get checked in the front desk was amazing. Kept in contact to let us know what was going on. Almost every staff member greeted us and ask if we needed anything. Very professional and concerned!

Parking fee $8, breakfast is $14.14, not free like most, but they have made to order omelets and other hot options. Security patrolling Parking lot. Close to stores and restaurants. Overall this was a fabulous stay for Sacramento, very happy with this establishment. 😀

It's an older place that shows it age but has fantastic character and everything works as it should. Beds are comfortable, shower has great water pressure and nice white towels. Unfortunately like everything in that god forsaken state it the people who spoil it.

I’ve been staying here at the four points Sheraton for several months now on business trips they range anywhere from two days to seven days the staff has always been accommodating even in these trying times of COVID-19 in the worldwide pandemic I’m really looking forward to when the restaurants open again the gym as well as the swimming pool before now these people deserve a five star review for everything they deal with on a daily basis.

A friend was staying here for business. She told me her room was very nice, but unfortunately, panhandlers hang out in the area and ask for money. Some are harmless, but some cannot accept "sorry, no" as an answer. Hotel staff is rather indifferent, probably due to how busy they are. It pays to be safe. Don't go out alone after dusk. Cameras are in the parking lot, and you may ask for a staff member to escort you to your car or how to order food for delivery from the many excellent places to eat.
My friend enjoyed her stay overall and said her room was clean and comfortable.

On a side note, make sure you give him a call if you land at the airport, because the shuttle does not run automatically.

My fiance and I booked a last minute room here after our luggage was lost flying in to Sacramento. Seeing as we live 2+ hours away we opted to stay overnight and wait for the luggage to arrive the following morning rather than have it delivered. Meika at the front desk was absolutely OUTSTANDING. She was professional, polite and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable after hearing of our travel woes. We had to call her back when there was an issue with our TV remote and she attended to the matter promptly and with a smile on her (masked) face. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her.
The hotel itself was spotless, had good snack/wine/beer options in the snack bar area at check in, and was reasonably priced. We will definitely be booking here again in the future for airport needs.

Spent the night mid week in Dec. The grounds are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby was laid out with seating up front transitioning to the bar/ dinning area. We were greeted and our reservations were processed quickly.
Our room, was clean and in good repair. Plenty of room with wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair. A bonus was the refrigerator and microwave. Two areas for improvement based on my stay was the interior lighting was not bright enough and the walls need additional insulation for sound proofing. You can actually hear the neighbors conversations.
The moring breakfast buffet, a lower end continental breakfast found at most hotels, was lacking based on the $11.00 per person fee. We have had many free continental breakfasts that offer a greater selection.
All in all, I would stay here again, but drive down the road to Black Bears for breakfast.

Overall the hotel is pretty nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room has a decent amount of space. The TV seems slightly larger than average, there's also a fridge in microwave in the room. However, it's very dark inside the room. The walls are a darker color and the lighting isn't that good in the evening or at night.

I love this hotel for when I have a VERY early flight out of Sacramento. It checks all the boxes. The rooms are VERY nice and clean, smart TV, restaurant/bar in the lobby, multiple USB outlets throughout the room and desk area and Aveda toiletries. There is a snack and cold beverage room where you can purchase food or drinks to take up to your room.
You’re very close to numerous fast food and casual dining restaurants. Having an airport shuttle is an amazing perk and one to look for if your staying for a flight.
Never disappoints and customer service is always top-notch.

Great front desk service and beautiful hotel. I took off 1 star for cleaning. My baby found a pill on the carpet and tried to eat it.
Beside the vacuum missing that pill, everywhere else was clean. I did the finger check on top of the surfaces.
