It feels overwhelming, but the sheriff and people who work there were very kind about helping me with a connecting flight when I was lost!! I felt scared when I saw it was an hour away walking distance (from arrival to departures), but with the shuttle it’s very doable. Thank you to the staff!! And to the shuttle driver with the fun 90s RnB. Y’all are real cool. Vegas vibes!

This is a fairly simple airport to navigate. They do have a train to get to some terminals. They have lots of shops, food, and slot machines. It's unique! Also, it's only about 3 miles from the strip

I love this airport! I always get excited arriving here, since this is just half the excitement before going to Vegas 🎉

The airport itself isn't too big or overwhelming and it's pretty easy to find your gate. People are helpful and there are fun shops. And of course gambling machines which just adds to the entertainment value 😂

Flew In and out of here 2 months ago, and this is a good airport for its popular destination.

The airport is made up of An A,B,C,D, and E Concourse. All concourses contain shops and gates for the airlines that fly out. The airport is very spacious and clean, for the high demand of passenger flying in. TSA is quite stressful, though, in the spirit and allegiant Concourse, the TSA looked like a prison.

Overall, though, I'd recommend this airport if you're looking to go in or out of vegas.

Everything was clean and well labeled. It was a bit confusing getting to baggage claim as there are different trains to take depending on the airline you flew in on. There are a lot of places to eat and shop if you have a layover. The elevators are a decent size as well which is nice when traveling with a stroller and lots of luggage.

Nice airport. Lots of amenities. Depending on the terminal that you're traveling through, you may have to catch a train. Make sure you plan for that as you think about arrival and departure times. The airport wasn't very business when I arrived and departed. I breezed through security for my departure, caught the train, then walked to my gate relatively easy. But I could see how challenging it could be to get to your gate if you come during peak hours. So plan accordingly.

Have not been to many airports but I gotta say the pretty colours and the cleanliness of the airport are impressive. I like its size and sounds and how there are attractions everywhere. Dare I say this is nicer than airports in Toronto. Then again, I have not went to any Toronto airport in a while as air Canada is expensive, and it's a lot cheaper to drive to Detroit and fly domestic.

Bigger airport. Expect a long walk. Check the board for your baggage carousel number. Then, catch the tram (Red or Blue) to the baggage claims area. Spacious, clean, and smart.

Slots are available as soon as you hit the ground.

The airport is a great place to travel out of with a variety of destinations domestically and internationally. I find the food options while many, are mediocre at best. The airport travel fluctuates and therefore the seating can become limited at times. A good aspect is that TSA is easy to get through.

We are very proud of our local airport and find it to be one of the best in the country. Consisting of several different terminals, the airport is well designed, modern, with a monorail system, and numerous shops, restaurants, clubs, etc., to satisfy all travelers. We will admit that at certain times of the day, navigating the maze of the airport both inside and outside can be a living nightmare. This is particularly noticeable at the passenger drop-off and pick-up location at Terminal 1, which all drivers and passengers should plan for. Meaning, you might have to adjust your arrival time at the airport, so you do not miss your flight. Another issue to be aware of is baggage pick-up, which at times can get backed up, sometimes as much as 45-60 minutes, which really makes angry when this occurs. However, that is the price we pay when traveling by air. Bottom line, we believe this is a well maintained, modern and efficient airport that handles a tremendous amount of air and passenger traffic in a safe and professional way. It is also quite a beautiful airport inside.

A large airport with lots of active construction.

Fairly decent corridors, however signage occasionally is less than clear, especially given the above.

Speakers in the gates are clear, making it easy to hear announcements, and plenty of seating for most flights.

If you’re looking for gambling while here, it looks like it’s only poker and slots, at least in Gates A-D.

If you’re looking for the centurion lounge, go through the security on Gate D! You’ll take a tram to gate D, then it’ll be on the second floor by D4. You’ll have to take the tram back to get to Gate C, approximately 15 minutes, and an added walk to Gate B of 5 minutes, and Gate A of 5 minutes.

Remodeling happening but still easy to navigate. If your first time to Vegas, get on tram to get to baggage claim, then downstairs. Nothing like seeing slot machines as soon as you deplane. Cross street to get on car rental shuttle. Off site building.

Nice little airport and the best part in my opinion is the park & ride semi- long term parking. You just drive in after collecting your ticket, park your vehicle and then there is a shuttle bus that comes around every 15 minutes to take you to the airport terminal. The drivers are always very pleasant and helpful. Very cool addition to the airport.

A beautiful, busy, clean, and well organized airport in Las Vegas! There are a lot of shopping stores, duty free store, restaurants, and Starbucks, which makes your departure and arrival experience even more convenient. Was very impressed that there are many clean restrooms there! Not many airports have this kind of services. Great! There are 3 terminals connected with the Trams! Very easy access and navigate to where you need to be. The information desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! I have attached some pictures here and hope you will like them.

Big airport with a lot of connection. I visited a few times while visiting Las Vegas, and as a layover too. They have more than terminals and the inter terminal connection is through train. The trains have different lines and a bit confusing. I was about to lose my connecting flights in this process of changing the terminals. Otherwise, the airport is nice, with many eating options, and clean washrooms. You can gamble too, even in the airport here. They have many a lot machines in the airport. The airport is right beside the Las Vegas Blvd, aka strip, and surrounded by NV desert mountains. The view is incredible from the airport terminal.

Harry Reid International Airport was nice. There were a lot of places to eat in the airport. Which is always a good thing because after a 4hr flight from the coast. Those snacks on the flight will hold you over over for a little while.

Airport was clean, bathrooms were clean and functional for the most part. Vegas is hot, so I’d recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, even a portable battery fan if you have one laying around.

So on one of our last flights we had to change planes in Las Vegas, and boy am I glad we did not waste time. We had to walk to the other terminal which felt like it was on the other side of the airport. It was a pretty long stretch however there were plenty of stores and slot machines every step of the way. When we finally got to our gate luckily there were two choices for restaurants and the Mexican restaurant turned out to be pretty good. So glad they keep all the smoking in this one slot machine room, you could smell it from 50 feet away.

Airport can be hit or miss. I have seen this place very busy at times with staff that doesn’t care about your time and have whipped through security without Issues. Decent food options and a little bit of hikes if you need to get in different terminals. Overall it’s decent!!

A good airport that has a nice balance to it. As one of the busy airports in the airport, I would say their processes are efficient. However it can get crowded. I've visited las Vegas on one of the busiest periods of the year several times and I was able to get through security check in on time. It has 3 terminals. There is quite a good selection of shops and restaurants and it is often open till night.

Diverted here due to a medical emergency in the middle of the night and though Sin City never sleeps, the airport does. At least I distracted myself long enough to lose $20 on a slot machine... I squeezed 3 spins out of it. All you can do is laugh. Could have been a cool story, unexpected stop wins $1.5 mil for one lucky castaway.

Way bigger than my hometown airport, Cleveland international. We had to take a tram to get to the pick up area which would’ve been a daunting task had the staff not been as helpful as they were. Getting through security wasn’t bad at all. Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is security made me throw anyway the juice boxes for my little one which was odd to because I brought them on the way in and it wasn’t an issue. Other than that this is a nice airport. Clean, friendly staff and easy to find directions.

One of the most fun and exciting facts about this airport is the slot machines all over the terminals and you can see them as soon as you get off the plane. You can do a warm up before getting to Vegas Strip and casinos. Lol

The airport is a huge airport and you need to take shuttle buses between terminal 1 and terminal 3. Terminal 3 is a smaller one and has a few vendors, but terminal 1 is bigger with more vendor options and of courses lot machines. Lol

The security is rather efficient and the airport is well-maintained.

We flew into Vegas on Frontier airlines without any issues. It was very hot at 114 F.

The airport seems small but have a lot of amenities. They have free WiFi. I had no problems finding a place to work while waiting on my flight to leave.

Getting through TSA was relatively easy. It was crowded but we made it through in about 15/20 minutes.

They have plenty of restaurants options as well as shopping, and Casino gaming options within the airport. The airport is very clean.

Flew into the airport via Southwest expecting delays with the construction on the runways. My itinerary warned it could be an issue, so we took an early morning flight departure and arrival roundtrip. No delays whatsoever. The charging stations were superfast for our devices. We were a little confused on where to go for Uber pickup, but we asked a worker and they pointed us to the signs-- it was in a different building same terminal. 24 hour airport.

Overall a great airport. There are lots of slot machines to play. Easy to navigate the airport by the frequent trams. There are lots of shops such as the California pizza kitchen, Starbucks etc... it seems like a busy airport.

Clean and well maintained place. Not busy during the night. There could be more sofas to lie down. There are lots of spaces to sit.

This air port is very crowded and the Southwest terminals are a very, very long walk apart with no assistance like a moving walkway etc. Be aware of your gate, you may need to run. Lots of construction going on there as well. Lots of good food choices on the airport.

Massive airport. Very clean. The security was well managed - took only 5 mins to go through security even during rush hour. It has on curb check in option which was new to me. Additionally, there are slot machines next to the departure gates to have some fun while you wait for boarding. Overall great experience.

I have traveled in and out of this airport for about 5 years. I mostly am familiar with T1, D concourse so as for other areas, refer to other reviews. That being said, as of the time of this writing, there are quite a few renovation projects going on. This means certain areas are crammed or causes some traffic jams going to and from gate areas. Arrive early in case your gate changes because it has happened to me here often, so be aware.

Restrooms are mostly clean and busy but the layout is odd and not so spaced out for those entering and exiting. Additionally, better lighting would be ideal for the men's area. Recently renovated, it seems so they have new fixtures and wall tiles.

Overall, there are plenty of things to see and do. The open area to the escalator down baggage claim is a welcomed site. If only more areas were just like this, but for now, wait a few months or years until the area looks bejeweled and stunning.

The airport is a nice airport but is somewhat older. There was plenty of NEW casino games and gambling machines. They keep those nice. There is lots of stores, shops, bars, and restaurants. Plenty of good food options! 😋

They use an underground train to get you to and from gates, ground transportation, and baggage claim. 🧳 The airport is close to Las Vegas Boulevard, where many of the hotels and attractions are located.

The Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas is practically in the courtyard of several hotels such as the Luxor, the Excalibur, MGM and close to the new allegiant Stadium. Access is somewhat confusing because there are quite a few terminals and parking spots. Already inside it is something big and relatively modern, since it has different shops, as well as food areas, or places that can make it more pleasant and less desperate when boarding.

What caught my attention and at the same time I was amused are the slot machines, as if giving you a quick idea where you have come to and subtly getting you to try your luck badly you get off the plane, or to give you the farewell

Nice layout with the whole airport connected via train. Getting to the level where the Lyft and ride share is was met with some annoyed staff yelling at folks who were trying to get to their drivers. Overall beautiful airport and well layed out

I have been here many times over the years when it was McCarran Airport, but it's been about 10 years since I've been there. It was great to be back! Some things have not changed, like the sound of the slot machines! They are loud and clear and get your heart racing. At least for me, they do. I also love the bright colors and pictures of Vegas stars and celebrities on the walls. You know you are going to have fun now.

There are many slot machines along the walls as you walk to the baggage claim. It is tempting to stop and play, but I would rather wait until I get to my hotel casino. You don't hear many jackpots ringing at the airport machines.

There are many restaurants here, too many to list here, but there is a Starbucks, Dunkin, Ruby's, Wendy's, Jimmy John's, and even a new smoking lounge.

Shopping is also abundant. Again, there are too many shops to mention. We did stop at Brighton's and shopped there.

The airport is huge, has 2 terminals, a sleeping area, free wifi, and is neat and clean. We had no complaints.

I been to this airport many times before but haven't been in like 3 years so it looked like they made some upgrades. My plane landed in Terminal 1 at the B gates. They have a couple of food places right when you exit the gate. The slots machines and other gaming machines are the the first thing you'll see. It was confusing at first to know what terminal you're in but after a while you'll get an idea. It didn't our luggage too long to come out at baggage claim.

Harry Reid International Airport's B gates in Terminal One offer a functional and relatively comfortable experience for travelers. The area is clean and well-maintained, with ample seating and charging stations for electronic devices. Dining options are varied, including both fast food and sit-down restaurants, catering to different tastes and preferences. The restrooms are generally clean, and the signage is clear, making it easy to navigate. While not overly luxurious, the B gates provide a pleasant environment for waiting before a flight.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the United States for the first time, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction than my experience at the Las Vegas airport. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease.

Upon check-in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly banter, which immediately put me at ease. The security process, often daunting in other airports, was a breeze thanks to the helpful and efficient staff who also managed to inject some humor into the process.

As an Australian traveler, I had some preconceived notions about the US customs process, fueled by online videos depicting long waits and stern officials. However, to my surprise, both my arrival and departure experiences were smooth sailing. The customs officials were not only professional but also approachable, making the process surprisingly pleasant.

Overall, my time at the Las Vegas airport exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff's friendliness and humor truly made my journey memorable, and I'm delighted to leave this glowing review as a token of my appreciation. If you're traveling to or through Las Vegas, rest assured that you're in good hands at this airport.

One of the best airport in the United States. Security is very good and quick, less then 15 minutes to pass the security in the morning during the peak time. Many restaurants and bars also coffee shops for a quick take away coffee around the airport. Duty free is very quiet and also few souvenir shops inside the terminal.

Flying American Airlines, the staff has been absolutely fabulous.

I have experienced many rude airport staff in the past. Not here.

Lucinda at bag check for American Airlines was extremely friendly. I will continue to fly American in the future! Wish I had more names of the staff. Absolutely efficient airport! Thank you for making our travel experience so stress-free! 💖

There are 2 terminals at the Harry Reid IA.  If you're lucky you're flying in or out of Terminal 3.  Terminal 1 is in desperate need of renovations.  I didn't mind the now retro decor but it was close to impossible to find a charging station.  I flew in Terminal 3 but had to go to Terminal 1 to wait for my friend who had a later flight.  My phone and tablet were nearly dead from the flight (no charging on this particular plane).  I finally found some seats with charging plugs and my power started going down instead of up!  Terminal 3 is more visually appealing and they have a variety of charging stations.  I also enjoyed the art.  See pic of metal art race car.  I'm particularly fond of metal art.  I was amused to find casino machines right in the airport.  Final note, there's a nice sitting area behind Aunt Annie's that seems to be a bit hidden away.  I was early for my return flight so I enjoyed my breakfast here and sat awhile before heading to a charging station.  You can see charging stations are very important to me and I consider myself low tech so I can imagine how important they are to others.  Overall it was a good experience but I preferred the Denver airport.

Big airport with large terminals, easy to recognize as Las Vegas... but lounge smoking places leave a bad smoke smell as you walk by. I guess you have to be a smoker to play...

Otherwise, well lit, and fairly clean, quiet compared to other noisy airports, very busy, with thousands roaming around or waiting on benches.

Super cool airport, definitely make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get through TSA here. Plenty of dining and drinking options. Get your snacks ahead of time the snack shops are rather pricey. There are a bunch of slot machines all over the airport, which is cool. Good way to kill some time while waiting on a flight.

Fairly easy to walk with occasional conveyor walkways.

The audio in Alaska gates is hard to hear so stay close to gate agents.

Very nice Lounge in E2 area. If you have access (priority club etc.)

Not so huge that it's a problem but nice and updated.

This airport right here made my nerves bad traveling with a 2 year old. It is not kid friendly he kept trying to play on the slot machines. I wish this place had a kid area for long layovers.Good restaurants. Bathroom 6/10 of cleanliness. Staff for Southwest was very helpful and pleasant.

Very efficient airport from drop-off to wheels-up! Be sure to add extra time to take a tram to your terminal. The TSA line has CLEAR, which can help speed you through the lines (if you subscribe).

And yes! You CAN play slot machines inside the airport! They have many of the newer games in designated areas within the terminals, including a glassed-in area where indoor smoking is allowed.

Lots of shops and dining areas - it's a destination all its own.

Nice clean airport. TSA line moves fast, friendly staff. A lot of sections are going thru renovation. Need tot take tram to collect luggage or to get to Gate D’s during departure. There are some lounges, restaurants available. Lots shopping stores too. Gates are clearly numbers.

Being in Las Vegas, uniquely there are lots of slot machines all around the terminal. There’s also couple of pretty nice signs of iconic Welcome to Vegas.

This airport was very conveniently located and not too big. Although it's busy, definitely arrive early, it's well organized.

The sniffing dog was a first for me. A little unnerving.

Casinos everywhere, but that's the culture there.

Flights were on time, restrooms could've been newer and cleaner.

Huge busy airport with really efficient signage. Clean and bright. Color coded rail lines run between terminals to reduce long walks. The premier lounge was difficult to find. The shops were overpriced as expected and there was even a tiny spa and a little casino.

Flew in here on a Friday night to celebrate my birthday with family. I was starving when I arrived and found a Moe's Mexican restaurant! Their nachos are to die for, & l would bathe in their queso if I could! The chips were not too salty with lots of crunch! The portion was large and delicious! Staff was very friendly, and the line was quick to get through. There were only three tables to sit at but I was lucky enough to get there just as someone was leaving. Yummy, and filling!

It's big. From one gate to the other it's so confusing. I was going to gate A to D and it led me outside the gate and had to go through another security. But when I went from D to A, it was just a long walk but I didn't have to leave the airport nor do the security again.. the signs are so confusing!! But the security line was short. So many casino gambling machines and the airport is full of cigarettes smells..

Located close to the Vegas strip is Harry Reid International airport. Checking, security screening and boarding facilities are just like other airports, so make sure you arrive early. This airport has the Vegas feel with slot machines and decor the reflects what Vegas is all about.

Pretty efficient airport. One central departure location can have quick access to all 4 terminals through monorail. Wide open walk ways, plenty of restaurants and food options. And there are a lot of charging stations so you don't have to worry about phone or laptop power. Every chair has a power outlet.

Quite decent airport, quite spacious and despite high volumes of passengers it’s doesn’t give claustrophobic feeling like at other airports. Checkin and security screening is quite efficient especially if you are lucky and get the chance to go through brand new security screening at basement level. It took no time at all. Depending which airline you travel you may have to take a short train ride to correct terminal and gates. Trains comes often which is appreciated. Once you reach your gates area there are usual shops and cafes and of course since we are in Vegas slot machines everywhere l. I found it funny and amazing, but there are plenty of people using them, guess gambling is really addictive. Prices in cafes and shops are Vegas level, so be prepared to pay overpriced drinks and food. Gates and boarding area are quite small and perhaps not enough to handle passengers as at other airports.

Harry Reid International Airport is the airport of Las Vegas, it has been recently renamed after the Nevada Senator.

Terminal 3 was where I flew into and out of Las Vegas, I am pleased to say my dislike of USA airport doesn’t apply to this airport, it’s treats it’s visitors much much better.

The airport is modern in its features it has many shops and eateries of different varieties, it acknowledges mums with babies which is a nice touch, passport control both flying or flying out is not a time consuming process like some other airport I care to mention, this airport gets a 4 star rating from me.

Little confusing with T1 & T3 and they show all of the T3 airlines first so you would think that’s it’s displayed for T1. Because it doesn’t read well to indicate that’s its T3. So you have to look at the digital board carefully because it’s easy to miss. Pulling up and dropping off on a Monday was much lighter than I expected. Compared to other major cities the airport itself isn’t that big. The TSA screening wasn’t bad at all, the lines moved pretty quick. The bathrooms were all in really good condition, but they’re not as aesthetically pleasing as other big cities that are up to date. Lots of different food choices to choose from. Decent airport

As soon as I stepped off the plane and into the airport, there was no doubt I was in Las Vegas. The casino machines greeted every traveller stepping into the building.

This is definitely not a generic airport in terms of design but one full of character and a reflection of the Las Vegas identity: fun!

It is quite efficient as well, there is a blue line and a red tram line leading to the baggage carousels. The signages were easy to spot and follow. It’s a huge airport but not overwhelming.

As soon as you get off the plane you can gamble 😂 which is nice because not only do they have a selection on which machine but it is a nice gesture to get out of the plane and you can start your vacation. I really enjoyed all the scenery as you get off the plane the lights, the places you can eat! But some of the staff can be a bit rude when it's your first time visiting which is not needed. But I think all cities have good and bad customer service representatives.

Massive airport that gets really busy, but it is very clean with a ton of food spots and stores to check out. The layout is easy to follow and there is a tram to get people to and from the D gates quickly. Security moves fast even with the amount of people. Slot machines are everywhere for that pleasant little reminder that you’re in Vegas. Very easy in and out when I arrived and then departed a few days later.

Super slick arrivals and departures, very quick and easy in both directions. It's very busy and crowded though. Additionally, although airports are usually expensive, they seem to have double down on that. So buy everything you need before you get here. There's water stations to refill a water bottle, so worth bringing one. Overall, pretty good.

A fine international airport for the famous Las Vegas with their signature having slot machines around the place. The signs are clear on directing the passengers to places as needed.

Ensure you have checked which terminal you will be departing from since different airlines goes to different location and each of them are not walkable distance, you will end up taking a shuttle from one place to another if you are at the wrong terminal

Great airport. Vegas itself, not so much. Easy to get around, several good eating options. Also, easy to get off plane and get a cab. They have tons of cabs lined up waiting for you to jump in. Smoking and Vaping room on the inside of security, if that matters to you.
