Progressive Field

Progressive Field is a large baseball park located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. It’s a 3-minute drive away from the city center. As a home field to the MLB’s Cleveland Indians, the ballpark hosts a great number of games and events every year. The baseball park opened as Jacobs Field, and so it’s still often referred to as The Jake.

If you want to use one of the public transportation services to get to the park, you have several options. Three rail lines service the city—the Red, Blue, and Green one—and all of them meet at the Tower City Center, the station located a 10-minute walk away from Progressive Field. Additionally, the HealthLine bus transit connects Public Square to University Circle. It operates 24/7; during rush hour, it runs as frequently as every five minutes. There are also free transit systems that run between 7 AM and 7 PM: E-Line, B-Line, and C-line circulate downtown Monday to Friday. If coming from outer suburbs, use one of the following public transit systems: Laketran, PARTA, Lorain County Transit, or Geauga County Transit. Fares range from $1.75 to $6.00 per adult.

Visitors who are driving to Progressive Field can use the 2401 Ontario Street address to get driving directions. Downtown parking can get crowded sometimes, but there are still plenty of event parking spots in the downtown area for all the game fans. Keep reading to find out all ins and outs of Progressive Field parking services.

Progressive Field Parking

Progressive Field offers premium parking spaces right around the field, and this type of parking is the most expensive. However, reasonably-priced parking lots near the ballpark are also available and simple to find. Of course, these lots are farther than the main parking garages, but taking a short walk shouldn’t be an issue. So, the farther away you park, the less you’ll pay. >>Reserve on Vivid Seats
