The car parking garage (floors 6-12) is open 24/7 and offers 710 covered parking spots. To enter the John Hancock Center garage parking facility, go through the designated ramp on Delaware Place or Chestnut Street. Vehicle clearance is 6’ 7’’.

How Much is Parking at the 875 North Michigan Avenue Building?

Parking rates vary depending on the day and whether you book it in advance or pay on-site. 

From Monday to Thursday, the price for up to 3 hours of parking is $15.40, after which you pay $22. On Fridays and weekends, the short-term parking price is higher, and you pay $22 for up to 3 hours.
