Clark Planetarium Hours & Admission
The planetarium is open every day from 10 AM to 7 PM. Admission to the venue is entirely free, but shows in the Hansen Dome Theatre and Northrop Grumman IMAX Theatre require paid admission tickets.
Memberships offer unlimited access to the Hansen Dome Theater and IMAX Theater, discounts at the Planet Fun Store, and invitations to members-only events, among others.
Convenient Parking at the Planetarium
The museum offers an underground parking lot with two direct entrances to the planetarium (Levels 0 and -1). The parking area is accessible at 100 South between Rio Grande Street (450 W) and 400 West.

Nearby Street Parking
Several nearby metered parking spaces are available when visiting Clark Planetarium. The rate is $2.25/hour for a maximum of 2 hours. Metered parking is enforced 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday. There is free 2-hour parking on Saturdays, while Sundays are free all day.
You can also pre-pay for parking via the ParkSLC app. Read the signs and posted time limits to avoid incurring a parking ticket.
