Bert Mooney Airport is a public airport located in Butte, Montana only about 30 minutes from downtown and is named after former Montana Senator Bert Mooney. The airport is served by two commercial airlines, Allegiant Air and Frontier Airlines, and has one runway and is capable of handling small to medium-sized aircraft. Believe it or not, the airport is a popular destination for skydivers and general aviation pilots.
The main parking lot is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient shuttle service is fast and reliable and should be able to find a parking spot close to the terminal in this lot. Parking is free at the Bert Mooney Airport.
