Travel Parking

Not an exciting experience, I did not like the fact that upon arrival at the office, they charged me for another full day because my return flight was at 00:10, an unprofessional attitude in my opinion,

another note was on arrival both I and 50 other passengers (which they already knew) we waited 15 minutes, with alternating shuttles, and I remember that it was already past midnight, I expected a different treatment and organization since my choice even paying more was based on their positive reviews.

Great service, very courteous staff ... This is the last time I have used the service .. Nothing to say ... There will be next times ..

Travel parking and Bravo parking have become the same thing. Excellent service at the level of organization of shuttles both outward and return: however, calculate 10/15 minutes between shuttle and walking distance to reach the entrance (the shuttle does not leave in front of the airport but close). Possibility to keep keys on request.

What is absolutely NOT GOOD is that the driver answers the phone (not once by mistake but several times during the journey) to customers who call as soon as they land to be picked up, without earphone or speakerphone, while driving! Unacceptable as well as prohibited. Why not put the call forward to the parking office or simply a person responsible for answering who is NOT driving ???

Perfect check-in. Very nice staff contrary to what is written in many reviews. Brand new Vito Mercedes shuttle, they left the keys in my hand and it is very close to the airport. For now everything is ok!

Good experience with this parking. We booked the indoor parking space, and found the car in the same position we had placed it in at the beginning. Once we landed we waited 5/10 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the parking lot; we were many, so he did more laps. Good service tends to be!

Everything ok, staff very courteous and helpful. 5 minutes from the airport and easily accessible by car. They unload and reload you immediately under the fast train colonnade beyond the covered parking, about 100-150 meters from the entrance, where there is no equipped shelter... But the fault is probably not theirs but the airport administration who doesn't like competition... Italian-style nonsense

Il Travel Parking di Bologna offre un servizio efficiente e ben organizzato, ampio parcheggio, personale puntuale, disponibile e molto gentile, navette comode, costo ragionevole e competitivo. Abbiamo ritirato l'auto dopo il volo notturno semplicemente contattando l'autista che si è fatto trovare puntuale nel punto concordato per condurci al parcheggio. Una volta giunti, la macchina ha avuto problemi all'accensione e l'autista Atos ci ha aiutati con grande gentilezza e professionalità a farla ripartire mettendo a disposizione tutto il necessario, la propria esperienza e la propria umanità. Abbiamo benedetto di aver scelto questo Servizio e di aver incontrato un professionista come il Signor Atos, considerando anche la stanchezza del viaggio e dell'orario. Prenotazione online sul portale Parkos, parcheggio TRAVEL PARKING vicino aeroporto di Bologna. Più economico rispetto ad altri. Servizio navetta e la comodità ti tenere le chiavi con te. Attesa navetta sia all’andata che al ritorno 5min.

Excellent experience, upon arrival the shuttle that took us to the airport was immediately ready, ditto on the way back. No damage found on the car. The only flaw, on the site they say you can keep the keys, in reality this is not the case

Servizio ottimo per lasciare la macchina vicino all'aeroporto di Bologna. Navetta che in 5 minuti ti accompagna all'aeroporto e al ritorno ti viene a prendere in pochi minuti. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglierei.

Despite the numerous negative reviews, I decide to leave my car here for a week from 6 to 13 September.

When I returned I found the car with 500 meters more. Very fast shuttle service and friendly drivers.

From my experience I can only be satisfied.

Excellent base for those who have to leave from Bologna airport. You park, they take you to the airport, you walk for 5 minutes and you are at the boarding points, you come back, you call and they come to pick you up. Excellent prices (3 days stay 17 euros)
