Was upset that, I didn't find out until it was time for me to pull into carnival port. As I was turning in. I saw the sign for these guys ( we're cheaper than parking in carnival's port itself). Carnival was 80 dollars for 4 days. The parking mall was 40 for 4 days. Tip not included. They do recommend that you tip. Car was safe. Got to my cruise on time. Was picked up from my cruise at the Time they stated.
Getting in touch with anyone is a nightmare!!! The date on my voucher is wrong and says fulfilled. I am supposed to be parking June 17th it says April 9th? Cant clarify the situation because no one answers the phone and it says to text but no one texts back!
The lot is not secure with cameras. There is a chain link fence that blocks the driveway. It is an open field that boarders the water. There is a port-a-potty and a pop-up awning. The 3 vans are in poor shape. The interior handles are broken on every door. There was a screwdriver holding the front passenger window up. The seats were ripped in every van. There are signs all over the interiors about the need to tip the drivers. We waited over 30 min for our ride in (standing in the direct sun with no shade available) and over 45 min for the ride back to our car. All of the onsite staff were great- helpful and personable. The only person i could contact woth questions prior to arrival and as some of my clients were arriving was by text and they forgot what they had told me to do for my group. :-(
I was skeptical of not parking at the port, but decided to give this a chance...and I am so glad I did. The lot is just across the street from the port (you are looking right at the ship). The staff was great and ran the shuttle quickly back and forth. They definitely need to upgrade their shuttles and facility, but the savings definitely makes it worth the difference. I anticipate as they upgrade they will become an even better choice.
