The airport shuttle was broken and they didn’t notify me on the phone. My flight is at 4am and I picked them specifically for their shuttle. When I checked in and asked about the shuttle they told me it had been in service for 2 days. They offered to book a taxi for me to pay out of my own pocket! They wouldn’t even take the price (~$10) off my room price. I won’t stay here again. While telling me about this, the agent helped someone on the phone telling them they had rooms available tonight and didn’t tell that potential customer that the shuttle is broken. It’s a bait and switch, their website advertises a courtesy shuttle at all hours but they don’t notify you that it’s out of order until it’s too late.
