We had our daughter’s first birthday event and it was successful. I was a bit hesitant how it’s going to turn out. However, the banquet manager Abhishek made it seamless and was accommodating with our requests on the day of the event. Chef was also pretty amazing as he listened to my requirements and did a great job on personalizing the food to our taste. I really appreciate Abhishek and his team for making my daughter’s first birthday seamless and memorable.

We have been to the Radisson twice and we will be back again! The staff is very helpful and friendly, Nirmala and Lloyd do a great job at the XS lounge! Food and drinks have been delicious both times at the lounge, we recommend the butter chicken and the Cajun chicken burger. Great amenities, love the sauna , pool, and hot tub, and rooms feel luxurious even though decently priced. Great location close to the airport as well. We will be back whenever we fly out of Calgary.

I just got here this afternoon but the room I'm in is top notch. The whole place is new and very nice. I went to the pool area, they have a whirlpool/jacuzzi, a pool with water slide, and a dry heat sauna. Overall, very nice and about 4kms from the airport, a $22.00 cab ride.

Lloyd in the XS lounge was absolutely amazing!!! The lounge was busy, and he was by himself, but he kept the drinks and orders flowing, and never lost his sunny disposition!! What a great dinner too!! The chef made an excellent halibut and steak sandwich!! 5stars, would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and tasty dining experience!!

I needed a place to stay quickly for the night because my flight was delayed. The service was great, the staff at the front desk were very pleasant to deal with, my room was very nice and clean and large. I was honestly surprised to stay at such a nice place for so cheap. If I ever need a place to rest my head before a flight again I definitely know where I will be staying.

High Five to Nirmala for a perfectly cooked steak. I highly recommend the restaurant & lounge at this hotel, even if you aren’t a hotel guest.

From start to finish my experience with this hotel has been amazing. We were a hockey team and stayed there for a weekend tournament. Keshari was in charge of our group booking, she was extremely professional in every aspect. The staff at the hotel were friendly, professional and super helpful. The hotel and staff accommodated all of our requests with a smile. We used the banquet and catering facilities and received the same professional service. Our whole group was commenting on the friendly staff and the nice, clean and quiet rooms. I would confidently recommend this hotel for any stay with any group. Five star service the whole time.

We visited the XS lounge and Lloyd served us! We had amazing food, I ordered the butter chicken and my partner had fish and chips. Both dishes were amazing and Lloyd was very attentive to our needs! Definitely if you’re visiting ask for Lloyd !

Only stayed here for one night, upon walking in the lobby was stunning, gave it the appearance of luxury, did a later check-in as we had tickets to a game at the same time as check-in. The check-in was super fast and the staff super friendly. Quickly went up to our room to go to the bathroom and drop off our stuff before we went to dinner. While my boyfriend was in the bathroom I was sitting on the bed and heard our door open went to go look around the corner and saw it closing (was a bit weird as I didn't hear a knock) got up off the bed and looked into the hall but saw no one. Didn't think anything of it, but it did give us a sense of false security. After dinner we got back and we were pretty tired pretty much just settled into bed to pass out, noticed that the plug in by the bed didn't work which sucked because I had to plug in my phone across the room which had my alarm on it but it was whatever. Note we were in room #333 for the following - In the morning is when we finally had a good look at the room, giant pink stain on the carpet and pink paint on the counter, scuffs all over the ceiling and cabinets, paint chipped off the walls. The light on the makeup mirror in the bathroom wasn't working which also was disappointing, but didn't inconvenience in any way. All in all, wasn't super upset with everything because the night was under $200 which is pretty decent for the style of the hotel, room was spacious, heated tiles were a nice touch, bed was comfortable and the design was pretty modern and updated. Mixed feelings but for one night it was too big of a deal breaker for us.

I wanted to share my experience with the staff at this establishment. Roby from the AM shift consistently provides exceptional service. However, Ana, while friendly, requires further training to improve her efficiency. I encountered an issue with the Choice app that prevented me from booking consecutive nights, resulting in two separate reservations. Unfortunately, Ana's handling of the situation led to unnecessary inconvenience, including multiple check-ins and key resets. Additionally, the $100 deposit was refunded and re-charged twice. I attempted to explain to Ana but her mind was fixed. This would have avoided these issues and benefited future guests in similar situations.

Last night, we had the pleasure of celebrating our annual volunteer appreciation event at the Radisson, and we couldn’t be more impressed! From the excellent service to the delicious food and well-maintained facilities, everything exceeded our expectations, especially for such a reasonable budget.
The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the event, even assisting us as we set up decorations. The room was spacious, beautifully arranged exactly as we requested, and everything went off without a hitch.
This was our second time hosting our year-end event at the Radisson, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a memorable event experience!

We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday last Saturday, Jan 18th. A truly amazing experience and an awesome service from all the staff at Radisson Hotel. I cannot thank you enough. Your flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of was greatly appreciated. The venue accomodated our guest list well. The event wouldn't be such a success without all your help. Special thanks to Sherilynn, Keshari, Tisha, Phan, and the whole banquet team for all your hard work in providing a stress-free experience on the day of the event. To the banquet leader (Im sorry I forgot your name)- he was always checking up on us to make sure everything is going smoothly and always refilling our food. The food are really delicious and is more than enough for all the guests. The complimentary buffet breakfast is also really good. A truly amazing experience.
