I had a wonderful dining experience at the Radisson Hotel restaurant. Lloyd, my bartender and waiter, was the standout who provided exceptional service. His professionalism, politeness, and tact made the evening truly enjoyable. The food was also delicious, a testament to the chef's skill. Overall, a great combination of excellent service and tasty cuisine.

We had our conference at this property and had very last minute arrangements. Team did really good. Ashmita from sales took care of the arrangements only with one day notice and Tisha did really good service on the banquet side. Keep the good work.

Recently we had baby shower at Radisson Hotel and it was amazing. Everything is top-notch. Staff members were so cooperative especially Tisha as she was supportive with everything and helped us throughout the event.

Lloyd is an amazing waiter! He’s so happy and does an awesome job I just think maybe one more waiter to help would be even better! Our room floor I don’t think was vacuumed but rooms and hotel are amazing the food I think is very very good!

I recently had the pleasure of booking hotel rooms for our out of town members, and I must say that the service provided by the staff was outstanding. The sales team made the booking process seamless and guest service team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. he hotel actively seeks feedback from guests. They genuinely care about improving their services and it’s evident that they value guest opinions and use them to enhance the overall experience. Only stayed here for one night, upon walking in the lobby was stunning, gave it the appearance of luxury, did a later check-in as we had tickets to a game at the same time as check-in. The check-in was super fast and the staff super friendly. Quickly went up to our room to go to the bathroom and drop off our stuff before we went to dinner. While my boyfriend was in the bathroom I was sitting on the bed and heard our door open went to go look around the corner and saw it closing (was a bit weird as I didn't hear a knock) got up off the bed and looked into the hall but saw no one. Didn't think anything of it, but it did give us a sense of false security. After dinner we got back and we were pretty tired pretty much just settled into bed to pass out, noticed that the plug in by the bed didn't work which sucked because I had to plug in my phone across the room which had my alarm on it but it was whatever. Note we were in room #333 for the following - In the morning is when we finally had a good look at the room, giant pink stain on the carpet and pink paint on the counter, scuffs all over the ceiling and cabinets, paint chipped off the walls. The light on the makeup mirror in the bathroom wasn't working which also was disappointing, but didn't inconvenience in any way. All in all, wasn't super upset with everything because the night was under $200 which is pretty decent for the style of the hotel, room was spacious, heated tiles were a nice touch, bed was comfortable and the design was pretty modern and updated. Mixed feelings but for one night it was too big of a deal breaker for us.

However, Ana, while friendly, requires further training to improve her efficiency. I encountered an issue with the Choice app that prevented me from booking consecutive nights, resulting in two separate reservations. Unfortunately, Ana's handling of the situation led to unnecessary inconvenience, including multiple check-ins and key resets. Additionally, the $100 deposit was refunded and re-charged twice. I attempted to explain to Ana but her mind was fixed. This would have avoided these issues and benefited future guests in similar situations.
