Very simple economical

The entrance to the parking is automatic and it reads your plate to find your booking, so it's important to book online and in advance. Then you will be asked to leave the keys, if you park in a proper spot they don't move your car so no worries. The shuttle service departure is continuous and will leave after you arrive but for the pickup from the airport you might need to call them because there's no specific timing for the service. Also the pickup location at the airport is a little challenging to reach after landing in the airport because you end up in the lower floor and it's quite difficult to go up again but this is a general problem for all the companies.

Hired a car here September 2022 ,great service, the car was well valeted & serviced. The shuttle bus to & from the airport was prompt and efficient.

For personal reasons I found myself in a difficult time to manage on my way to their parking lot. The manager, although he had never seen me before, rushed to help me with his vehicle and to make sure that I arrived on time at the airport anyway. Furthermore, when I arrived at the airport, I realized that I had left some valuables in the car which were returned to me intact on my return. He was attentive, empathetic and very punctual.

We parked a Ford Fiesta for a week of parking in a large uncovered area at the modest sum of € 24 paid locally (it was a problem to pay - but not book - online but the price varied by a few euros). A shuttle, conducted by the friendly mr. Mario and all for us, will take us and take us back to a stop in front of the T2 arrivals. Very comfortable and decidedly cheaper solution than the taxi, the Ncc and even the train from Rome Trastevere. On your return you will have to wait just enough time to get on the list for the shuttle, but within half an hour you will find the car where you left it ready.

Positive experience.

We arrived at the parking lot around 4am. 5 minutes to register and we left by van to the airport. Upon returning (around 01:00) we only waited 10 minutes after the call.

Bottom line: despite the negative reviews our experience was very positive. Definitely next time I choose them again.

Compared to other companies they are much slower to pick you up, this without a doubt. In my experience, it takes up to 30 minutes. Conversely, it must be said that compared to the best company, which I have constantly seen coming to collect their customers, they cost two thirds less. So you have to make a choice: save and wait up to half an hour, or pay considerably more and get picked up almost immediately? If they clearly highlighted this fact ("we are much slower, but we cost much less") instead of glossing over it, they would undoubtedly have more positive reviews and their tireless operators would be less harassed by "disappointed" customers.

I left my car at the parking lot at 4:30 am and returned at about 10:30 pm. I used the shuttle service which was punctual and efficient on both occasions. The car park has a barrier that automatically recognizes the license plate. The car keys must be handed over. I was fine. I will use it next time given the good price.

Very fast in the registration, in two minutes I left for the airport. On the way back, the two shuttles arrived about a quarter of an hour after the call. Key and car collection in two minutes. Young and very kind staff. Negative note: when I picked up the car the bodywork was completely white with sand.

Very good experience. We took the valet service and did not wait for the outward or return journey.

Second time I use their services and I was fine.

Rispetto ad altre compagnie sono molto più lenti a venirti a riprendere, questo senza alcun dubbio. Per mia esperienza si aspettano anche 30 minuti. Di converso va detto che rispetto alla migliore compagnia, che ho visto costantemente venire a ritirare i propri clienti, costano due terzi in meno. Quindi occorre fare una scelta: risparmiare e aspettare fino a mezz'ora, oppure pagare notevolmente di più e farsi venire a prendere praticamente subito? Se evidenziassero chiaramente questo fatto ("siamo molto più lenti, ma costiamo molto di meno") invece di glissarlo, avrebbero senza alcun dubbio recensioni più positive e i propri instancabili operatori verrebbero meno tartassati dai clienti "delusi".

Efficienti e gentili. Rapidi e tecnologici... Un'esperienza ottima che mi farà di nuovo scegliere loro al prossimo volo!!!

Both on the outward and return journeys we stayed at the Parking lot at night. Perhaps this is also why we didn't have to wait to check in or for the shuttle. The staff was always nice. Upon returning we followed their instructions and after taking our bags we phoned for the shuttle which arrived within ten minutes. It was cold then we waited at the terminal door (2 adults and 2 kids) and we went out as soon as we saw it coming so everything ok. Great price and great service
