Bad experience but I have to give two stars because the kindness of the drivers present at the terminal was essential to solve the problem. I book a car Vallet for Friday 13th August with return at 00.10 am on 16th August. Everything is ok for delivery but, on my return, despite having called 20 minutes in advance, the car does not arrive. I try to call back after half an hour but nothing ... no one answers the phone. I ask a driver who had just delivered the car to another customer and he assures me that he would take care of it when I returned to the parking lot. Said and done, my car arrives after 50 minutes and I am told "sir, didn't you call?". I show the phone with the details of the call made and he apologizes for the inconvenience. Too bad, the guys are good but the central organization is bad .... You can't make people wait for an hour in the middle of the night until the airport is almost closed.

I left the car with them for 3 days. Car refurbished after the car body shop two days before departure. The day I picked it up I noticed that the driver's door had scratches with the paint from the car gone. I contacted as soon as I got home informing about the situation and received no response. I will never go back there.
Bad service, I had booked a car valet, at the delivery of the car all normal to the return instead the disaster: as soon as I collect the luggage I phone to let me bring the car that is returned to me after 1h25 'later.
I state that the car park is 5 'from the road and 15' at the most in case of traffic. In the meantime, a series of phone calls where I was repeatedly teased. STAY AWAY!
We parked a Ford Fiesta for a week of parking in a large uncovered area at the modest sum of € 24 paid locally (it was a problem to pay - but not book - online but the price varied by a few euros). A shuttle, conducted by the friendly mr. Mario and all for us, will take us and take us back to a stop in front of the T2 arrivals. Very comfortable and decidedly cheaper solution than the taxi, the Ncc and even the train from Rome Trastevere. On your return you will have to wait just enough time to get on the list for the shuttle, but within half an hour you will find the car where you left it ready.
Unfortunately a big problem when returning the machine. The car, even if I found it "ready" for collection, did not start, of course thinking about the battery, given the time left them parked; but it wasn't just a matter of dead battery. Without having any information on who moved the car for the last time or the presence of a manager, in the end I had to leave the parking lot with the tow truck. Mechanic diagnostics and an expert: battery and two components of the electrical panel melted due to error in the placement of cables in previous attempts to recharge the battery. So my experience was very negative, too bad because the courtesy of the shuttle operator was excellent.
