Simple to book, easy to find, no shaded car park. Left my car there for 12days. Transport service was quick and regularly. Bus drop off and pick up is by Departure between T1 and T3. (Usually where there is a police car parked). Important: When you drop your car off, go to their office and give them your online booking reference number and hand in your car keys in return of a little paper slip which you'll need when you come to pick up your car again. I'll definitely park there again.
Verry good experience with customer support. Buss shuffle is amazing, takes from airport - car rent location. We had some problems with renting the car as we made them on not correct dates, but they managed to resolve that issue! 100% recommend!
I had a two month stay abroad, an early flight and the staff assured me everything would be provided. I got to the car park at 6am there was already the shuttle bus waiting with the engine running keeping the inside warm.
Got me to the airport in no time and the staff were friendly.
I messaged them halfway through my trip concerned my car battery would be flat but they assured me they had equipment to help me in that case.
When I got back the shuttle bus picked us up and took us to our car, to my surprise the car started with no issues. I checked the dashcam and it turns out the staff had charged my battery the day before and ran the engine for an hour to ensure the battery wouldn't give me any issues.
They did everything I expected and the battery charging beforehand was a fantastic addition. The price was very reasonable.
