No extra charges for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's; however, the vehicle must be able to fit into one parking spot or you must pay for appropriate number of spots used.   

Airport Shuttle runs 24/7 every 30 minutes to the airport and pick ups are on demand.
Please bring printed copy of reservation.
Please park your car in front of the Homewood suites airport hotel and walk to Homewood Suites lobby to catch the shuttle.  Shuttle will pick up only at Homewood Suites Lobby.

Room was big and comfortable. Very clean. I am traveling during Covid times and breakfast sucks compare to Hyatt hotel. I had a service dog and they asked me to not walk the dog through the lobby, because there are a lot of people allergic to dogs. Plus in the pet policy it states that I can not walk my dog in the lobby as I was reviewing the policy with the attendant. The A/C worked all night to cool the room from 75F to 69F.

Cleaniness: Clean but dingy property

Covid-19 process: 6ft apart, Housekeeping will not enter your room during these times.

Housekeeping: Friendly and nice

Parking: $31.75 daily Valet only property

No free parking in the downtown area.

Star staus: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ due to lobby doesn't compare to rooms. Rooms are a little dated.

Just OK… When I called you explained that there would be juices and pastries and oatmeal but when I find that Hampton serves warm breakfast so I guess each hotel chooses whether to serve warm breakfast in the Hilton group...We found our room to be sorta clean lots of dust hairs in the kitchen and hairs in the bathtub kitchen floor was dirty.... makes me scared to stay at a hotel that has not been thoroughly cleaned… Front desk attendants were so nice and kind I felt sorry for someone having to represent Hilton when they weren’t really all there…like Hilton says they were ready but they really are not...

I’m sorry it wasn’t good like the Bed was dirty and like the bed couch was with baby wipes that were dirty and the bed was like not clean at all and we had to wait like one hour to get our room and we came early and like told us to wait 30 min and we wait 1 hour and it just wasn’t good at all and The room wasn’t clean at all I had to clean the mess of the baby wipes and I did talk to the front office and like I took pictures of it also so yeah I have the proof

Nice clean place. Meals are limited due to Corona, but rooms are nice, clean, and well taken care of.

Very good and spacious rooms. You can stay here for a while and even cook in to avoid going elsewhere. Food is kind of far and what is near is drive through only. If you don't have a car you can't eat pretty much.
