Very friendly drivers and helpful hotel employees. Only issue was getting a number to call to get picked up at the airport. Needs to be added to the paperwork received.
Very convenient for traveling from SAT, it would be nice to have a ramp or something to get you from the designated parking to the shuttle van.

It is a good service except for our return flight. We arrived at the airport and waited about 30 minutes. We called the only phone number available and it was your AI. She could not help me with getting back to my truck. I asked to speak to an agent and she said she would transfer me. She checked on my reservation number and said there was not record of my reservation. We were disconnected. I called back. Argued more with you AI. She would not transfer me to an agent. I ended up calling for an Uber. When we got to my truck the van drove in shortly after us. I talked with the driver and he said I was supposed to call the hotel and they would call him to come pick me up. No one explained that to me!!!!! The confirmation email I received was very sparse with information. Calling the hotel, with their phone number, should have been included on my confirmation email.
Excellent place to park. Shuttle to and from airport on time and easy to use. would definitely use again.
All was great except the return trip. We waited and waited and no one showed up to pick me up. We had to call Uber. No one told me to call the hotel and they will call you to come get me. Plus, when I called your AI she had no record of my reservation.
Horrible experience Had a 6am flight out of San Antonio Reserved my parking spot, to park at the Homewood Suites Airport location The night before my flight, I contacted the hotel to confirm the airport shuttle hours I was told that the airport shuttle begins at 4am I arrived, at the hotel, at 4:30am No employees at the front desk I waited 15 minutes, still no employee to be seen I had to take a ride share to the airport Defeated the purpose of paying for parking Returned back to San Antonio Flight arrived at 1am I contacted the hotel, to request a shuttle I was told that airport shuttle ends at midnight Had to take a ride share to the hotel Defeated the purpose of paying for parking I called the Parking Access customer service number No live customer service reps Just recordings And given phone numbers to call, that don’t work I’m requesting a refund Requesting a refund

I had the best experience, from the morning team who helped me find the parking and print my paper for my dashboard (since it was my first time, I didn’t know I had to print it), to the customer service team who sent the shuttle bus to pick me up when I came back. My car was safe. Everyone was super friendly and overall a fantastically helpful team. I will definitely be using this service again.

We have been using them for parking for several years now and the service and people is good. We are disappointed that they say you can earn miles in an airline but they never post them, tell you to talk to airline and the airline says to talk to parking access which we have with no result!
Reservation- is easy to set up. Shuttle Service- Friendly driver ( he is AWESOME), fast service, easy to arrange for pick up. This is my third time using this service and WILL CONTINUE to USE! :)
