I booked with them for a business trip in Lyon train station. They returned my car with scratches and obvious evidences that the valet driver used my car without authorization to serve himself in private (He arrived with his personal trolley mounted in the front seat of my car. Yes! The wheels on my seat. I saw it myself and he apologized after getting caught). They refused to compensate me for any damages. Extremely disappointed. Be careful with their tricky "claim policy".
A great parking service that I have been using for a while. Drivers are kind, on time, always professional, even during peak moments, like long weekends or holidays. I find it cheaper to use ector than to pay a taxi to and from the airport. And its a pleasure to avoid the hassle of CDG parkings! Your car is waiting for you at the closest door. Keep it high Ector!
Incredible service! I'm so glad a friend of mine told me about them. It takes the stress out of travel and my car was so clean that I didn't recognize it :)

Disastrous parking service experience in Lyon ! Valet who picked up the car didn't speak english and was therefore not able to explain me what happens with my car after the pick up. During the parking period there was nobody available on the service hotline....only recorded message in french. Website only in French. Ector application didn't work ! Return of the car was 5 1/2 hours late and at a wrong place. I was close to report to the police !! Never, ever again.
we used Ector to park our car at Nice Airport and the service was exceptionally poor, the valet took 3 hours to return the car and when he did he had been smoking in it, changed all the settings to french and KMs and the car had travelled 60 miles! The service was poor and they were rude, unreachable and very unhelpful!
