I was very impressed with this place. Not only was the staff super friendly, but the facility was so clean!! My hotel room had hardwood floors (or fake hardwood?)...either way, not carpet! And my bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in with the best pillows. Breakfast was delicious and I was impressed with how good the coffee was. Definitely recommend!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Dan at the front desk. The room was awkwardly laid out, but clean and decent. The only knocks on my stay were that the room keys randomly stopped working and the ac stopped working. The front desk said they were having issues with many rooms and didn't offer anything other than that explanation. It was so hot in the room we had to purchase a fan to be able to sleep. I understand that it was a bad heat wave but I have never had that happen before. If there had been satisfactory temp control, easily a 5 star stay.

We came to NH for a wedding that was starting at 4 pm on a Friday. Check-in is at 3 pm, but we arrived at 1:30 pm, and the gentleman at the front desk let us check-in at that moment. He was very friendly and pleasant. And we got a room on the first floor closest to the entrance which we loved as we both have issues when it comes to walking. The beds and pillows were wonderful. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I was out! Check-in and check-out were easy. The area in which the hotel is located is nice and only 3 minutes from the Country Club and golf course.

My stay has been EXCELLENT so far. I am currently staying here and checking out tomorrow (I booked 2 rooms on a 2-night stay). At check in, the woman was wonderful, quick, and friendly. Everyone, with the exception of one maintenance man, was extremely helpful and friendly. I lost my phone and the front desk helped to retrieve it... Due to my severe cold, I was looking for orange juice on my way to walk my dogs. I was unable to find any juice. Noticing my search in the hotel "store", the man at the front desk got me juice from the kitchen machine at almost 2am! They were very accommodating for my dogs as well. I am very impressed and will be returning! Highly recommended!

One of my favorites in the area. We like the uncarpeted area in a hotel with a pool and jacuzzi, fewer moldy carpets. Jacuzzi with late hours crucial, and great, apples and oranges in lobby great, breakfast and coffee good.

Staff was very friendly in the evening and morning. Breakfast was actually a hot meal, not just grab and go (although they had that option too). We were able to get waffles, sausage, hash-browns, and eggs with cheese and peppers. The lobby doesn't look that bad, but the rooms seriously need some attention. Carpets were gross and cleaning could come up. They had USB and regular outlets on the desk across the room, but we had to move the nightstand just to get to a standard outlet. Beds were firm, but not rock hard. Overall it was quiet, except for some reason someone knocked on our door several times at alike 5AM. They have carts for you to bring your stuff up to your room, but it is a tight squeeze in the elevator.

Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Great deal. Selected this hotel for the affordable price and free shuttle service. Room a little outdated and breakfast lacking but great deal for the price and close to the airport. Rent from National or Budget company if you rent a car.

This hotel deserves only 3 stars but I added an extra star for the staff and morning breakfast. But for the price and quality of the furniture and some details..... I didn't think it was worth the price. The outside of the building looks very nice and very grand looking, but the room I was in had a very old and outdated couch, lamps and desk. The tvs in both places were nice and new, but the didn't swivel in any direction so you had to be directly in front of them. Normally that wouldn't bother me, but for the price, I expected more.

I used to give 5 stars but this time it was a little different. Our room was cleaned but not the way it should have been. Small amounts of dust bunnies float around the edges of the room and a balloon from the previous people in the room floating at the top of our ceiling, when it was mentioned they just said the maids were short. Hot tub was not open for most of the first day we were there but they did offer to keep it open later when it did get going. We will be back nothing so bad we can't get over.

The king's Suite was awesome had a nice jet tub right there just to the side of the bed, it also had a bathroom with a tub and shower. The night manager was really nice he even let us in after hours for about 30 minutes in the hot tub. Breakfast was awesome I highly recommend this place will go there again if I get the chance

This is a great place to stay. Wonderful views of the mountain range as it is up on a hill. The staff are so friendly. Love the amenities such as pool, hot tub, continental breakfast and newspaper. They even have a game room with old school arcade.

I have been here a few times and have had great experiences. This one not so much. Got a jacuzzi room and had no towels or shampoo or face clothes. Had to go get my towels from the front desk after already settling in. Could not get the air to work properly as directed. Breakfast mislabeled and on the cool side. I will go back in the future as it's a decent place for the money. Beds are amazingly comfortable and when the room is prepared properly it's a good stay.

Had to take away one star for a few cons: like the parking lot had horrible potholes, the swimming pool was closed off. Darker curtains can't be completely closed etc. Though the location is very good for driving, walkability is practically zero.

The only negative I had was when we went to get ice the ice bucket was gross and not cleaned. Other then that fantastic experience and we will definetly be back !

Nice to see such attention paid to this area, gentleman was checking the water in both, very personable. Breakfast was a To Go with cereal, breakfast bars..standard for COVID times and expected. We knew this ahead and did our own thing for breakfast.. Great Stay, would definitely recommend. Had a room with 2 Q and a second room was the 1 Bedroom suite with 2 Q. Loved the extra room in the suite for the family, and it had a pull out couch.

We always add to hotel reservations that we would like extra pillows, as my husband needs to sit up more to sleep. We never get them and always have to ask, but not at this hotel. They told us a check in that there were no extras in the room but could give me some now. This was very appreciated! Lots of great food and shopping very close to the hotel. The room was very clean, a little out dated but not bad. The only slight complaint was that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. A pillow top would do wonders.

No more making beds! Very limited on room services. There was no soap in the room. Drain in sink was clogged. Three times reported and nothing done. On the plus side they have a nice buffet breakfast every morning and fresh fruit and coffee and cookies all day. Make your own decision based on my review. The first time I stayed here was three years ago. Things were a lot nicer with hospitality service for the rooms.

I never would have picked this hotel because I have a preference but I am grateful for last minute booking because this hotel surprised me. It was cozy, cute, rooms were lovely. Breakfast was delicious... waffles eggs, toast like main continental stuff, yet they had croissants and corn beef hash.. my babe enjoyed. We got upgraded due to shower not cutting off and our new room had a Jacuzzi. Staff was so pleasing and pleasant. Everyday fresh cookies, coffee and tea. I would definitely stay again.

First and foremost the best part of this place is the staff, everyone was wonderful! Super friendly, polite, helpful and kind beyond belief. The property itself is lovely, the lobby is cozy and beautifully arranged and the hotel is so clean. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable and spacious. Lastly, the free breakfast was incredible! The hot options were delicious and fresh, and there were so many cold options like yogurt, cheese, pastries, and breads. The cereal bar had so many kid friendly options and there were many condiment choices for eggs and waffles. Then rounding everything out was coffee, fresh fruit and really good cookies always available in the lobby. Just a wonderful place to stay, and we can't wait to come back.
Couple more details: game room is cute, an old fashioned arcade type game room. A couple of games are kind of old with washed out screens but nice selection. We didn't use the pool or laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers) but both areas were clean and the pool area looked nice, although the spa was closed while we were there.

We stood here one night on the way north to Weir's Beach and bike week. Like all the Country Inn and Suites this hotel was excellent. The woman at the front desk for check in was excellent. She was polite, cheerful and very, very helpful in making sure that everything was perfect. We also received a goody bag for being a Radisson Rewards member. The first one out of all of them we have stood at that did so. We'll continue to stay at the Country Inn and Suites we love them.

5 stars This place is not only beautiful on the outside but o. The inside as well. Rooms were clean and the staff was some of the friendliest I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond with every interaction. Coffee and water was provided all through out the day and night and what I couldn't find in their store they had behind the desk. Only issue I really had that I couldn't always find the right angle for the remote control to the tv. But really in this town you should really be exploring for it has some of the nicest people ever and the scenery is breathtaking. Thank you for the lovely time there.
